I would imagine that this stock, being out of the penny range and into the multi-dollar area, is now getting a lot of new attention from institutions/investors. A move to NASDAQ would result in a HUGE upsurge.

Just talked to TDa. figured i would call and bug them some more about this whole deal.

sentances in quotes are what the TDa rep said to me on the phone. (figured i would post, becuase, well why not?)

"all TDa shareholders of CSHD have 100% verifiable shares"

"TDa does not permit this type of shorting claimed by CSHD, and does not engage in shorting of pinks and BBs"

"we have restricted buys becuase CSHDs claims are false" (refering to divi/ reset/ etc..)

when asked why they think its false:

"sir, im not sure, our compliance department made that decision"
