I was saying I got another one because the SEC finally filed suit against John Robinson. Rufus is next... I am so right about CSHD.. so far and going forward. Thankfully for us all, you have less than 34 hours to see that is true.

First... I have written to the SEC and posted THEIR (the SEC's) letter here.. and it CLEARLY says that they DO NOT give out info on who they are investigationg...
So chalk up "another" lie to our creep I mean street lol ~

Where's a good place to watch for the next 8K or PR. I usually watch Yahoo but sometimes they don't post it for hours after it's initial release.

I didn't see a PR about an actual "reset" price..only the speculative Book value... but according to the meger filing...there are still many options...and If this keeps up...there may not even be a reset...it could actually go to those levels with out a reset...time will tell....

Yea, ive been seeing more and more people compaining about that since yesterday morning. Im not sure if it will hurt AMTD in the long run but it doesnt look for great for them right now.
IMO if they dont publically comment on this by 4pm tomorrow they will look even worse yet. I mean seriously, im sure they know that Sept 30 is a big day for Rufus so if they are "innocent" then i would expect them to comment on it before the 30th. Tick tock

Well, like everyone one else I'm excited about the PPS going up, but if people read Tuts posts there is much more to be excited about.
