Jo
when/where the interview, please?
they said on Ihub that the interview won't happen because they only have room for 200 listeners (not sure if THAT is his argument, but there you have it, no interview). I sold my shares at 1.24, thought about getting back in around 1.11 but I decided to wait

The Merger qualifies as a tax-free reorganization under Section 368 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, meaning that as the Reorganized Holdings Corporation begins to trade it has an option to adjust the market (trading price) to reflect the new Reorganized Holdings Corporations audited financials as it reflects on the per share book value.
this is what somebody came up with...
getting more interesting... more shade than a three hundred year oak but interesting as heck

anyway, long story short--my post from the other thread:
"opens a whole new line of inquiry...
don't know much about these things, but it does seem to limited to specific entities:
quote: Section 1.351-1(c)(1) states that a transfer to an investment company will occur when (i) the transfer results in diversification of the transferors' interests and (ii) the transferee is a Regulated Investment Company (RIC), Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), or a corporation more than 80 percent of the value of whose assets (excluding cash and non-convertible debt obligations) are readily marketable stocks or securities. Section 1.351- 1(c)(5) provides that a transfer ordinarily results in the diversification of the transferors' interests if two or more persons transfer nonidentical assets to a corporation in the exchange. http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-regs/co-19-95.txt
have no idea whether their bonds would qualify as "readily marketable," but would like surely like to understand the mechanism of adjusting "market (trading price)." "

So Tex...and all..."he" can "regulate" the price...because "CVSU" has purchased FHAL and FHAL is going through a "name" change to CSVU and it is "being reorginized" so this quote from above applies: "...or a corporation more than 80 percent of the value of whose assets (excluding cash and non-convertible debt obligations) are readily marketable stocks or securities."
