So, for those that are going to hold a few shares through the symbol change I have a question. I am holding some shares through the change to see what unfolds.
What happens if the stock is short upon symbol change and you do not request your certs?

Can anyone attempt this question for me? I am looking for possibilities.

The stock could trade at 15 bucks the first minute because Rufus and his girlfriend Ben can have a trade at 15 bucks and tell us "SEE WE PROMISED 15!" and it can come back down to its TRUE value...which is below a buck. Thats being REALISTIC

I think this was heavily manipulated today by the MM's as glass does.

and??? if you own some on margin (I do w/eTrade)??? wouldn't it be illegal for them to take your shares? I can't see a big company like eTrade doing funny business

thats what I was saying, i know i'm good, they can't take MY shares...you have to call and ask for your particular situation...I don't own mine on margin so the particulars are slightly different...
just call and ask...

Thanks Crab but I hate calling eTrade. The phone guys are idiots and have no clue. You can call three times and get 3 different anwers every time. I even call the "pro trader" special number and they are still idiots.

Will do, thanks dust. Half my FHAL are cash and half are margin only cause when I bought with my cash, I hit send twice and bought double the shares I intended. I hoping it was a profitable mistake! Never held on margin more than a day or two so I'm pretty nervous about it.

Peaser 10% - but I get free l2's - and if my shares at 1.33 are going to be worth $15 in a few days - that 10% I'm glad to pay.

10, never bought in today, was out all the way yesterday..Didn't like the feel of things..When I made the submerging comment the graphic's were becoming out of cinc with the last few days.. They just didn't look right and I warned folks.
Right before and during the blood bath I only had time to get out a couple of warnings privatly..Don't know if it was to late in those case's tho..
Purl hit it dead on..Whitch also helped in my decision process. She really could of took the heat on that call..As I said earlier "the demeaner of her words was straight forword "

i have carefully analysed the trading for the last two days dusty....
the 1.5 million shares traded in the last twenty minutes were a panic sell started by somebody posting that it would take 90-120 days to get the shares "converted"
this was a lie...
it could have gone the other way if the MM's had WANTED it to....
they didn't... bashers here are more numerous than any stock i've ever seen.. scan the boards....
reverse mergers are not that confusing...
filing says they have 850 million$ assets...
it's filed...
