Purl...if CVSU is attempting to go to the bigger boards...wouldn't this be a good way to go about it? "buy" a company alrady filing and on the OTC...and then the next step would be to go bigger? Less time...less steps...and I would assume..less money?

Just a side comment on this: the fact they have a contract for the F22 explains thier location perfectly, Dobins ARB is 10 min from thier office, and this is where they actually BUILD the F22. This would lead me to belive they have actually personel working in Kennesaw apposed to a "virtural office" as a previous poster said. But then again, you never know. Just expressing my thoughts.
Danny mentioned he lives about 15 minutes from CVSU. He was gonna swing by apparently and check it out.

Does anybody know if they have to register all of the merger securities ie: existing CVSU / FHAL on the S4 or can they just register the received CVSU?

Still working on it. Just wonder if there was a PR or something. I saw something mentioned in the 8K about Nasdaq OTC Bulletin board, but maybe I was looking at something other than why folks think it's gonna go to the Nasdaq.

Only reason FHAL is all pumped up into a speculation bubble, which will burst and cause a crash, is there are millions of naive gullible traders out there being worked over by shrewd seasoned traders.

I disagree...I don't see allot of "pumpers" at least not on this board...and I think that this has risen just as any other stock does..."hype and Rumor" but this hype and rumor was started by an 8K filing..and that is where I see quite a difference from other "un-called for runs"...this isn't my version of a "typical P&D"

If this were to go the way "they" claim..then i see the $...I posted it earlier in this thread...
and i agree with you Livinon...but I can't find it...perhaps we will not know until the actual merger...but I will be out by then...although still following so i will find out the answers...

OK, so where in 8K are FHAL shareholders "guaranteed" anything?
quote:Originally posted by 10of13: Livon... the way that is sounds...although this was my concern also...but...
First the merger...FHAL will "join" CVSU and in that merger CVSU share holders will get 1 of FHAL's stock for each of their curent CVSU..and then all stock will be "turned" into CVSU shares...and the "company" and new stock will be called...and traded under CVSU...(old CSVU share holders now have 2 stocks and the old FHAL share holders only have 1 stock of the "new" CSVU)
if on the first closing day of the new stock (we are all now share holders of CSVU...FHAL no longer is) the stock does not close at 15..."we" CSVU shareholders get the difference...
Here ya go Tex...but I am not going back through the 8k to point it out...this is what I came up with after trying to figure it out...

"seem to believe CEO or company can somehow "set the price" of shares on open market..."
Oh, Tex, (and I know your real name now) many CEO do this all the time! Parkin said NDOL is worth 2.17 per share. Lyamec said shares are worth 2.25 per share.
Must be true, yes?
CEO love to give away money.
Such a bargin. Buy FHAL for 1.20 today, sell FHAL for 15.00 tomorrow!

it isn't that complicated... i really don't know why the issues are coming up... the only thing in question is whether the 15$ price is going to be agreeable to the market...

agreed! Further, I believe--but can not document this....let's say, instead...I wouldn't at all be surprised to learn that the overwhelming majority of CVSU shares are the new officers of FHAL, eh?

lol, true...
current FHAL shareholders "guaranteed" nothing; no magic day when a check is issued to cover the difference between what "FHAL" trades at and what current CVSU owners get in addition for going ahead with the merger....
I found FHAL this past weekend, but it did not take long for me to find ***'s write up about them. Today's upsurge is not hype or pump, it is the 1.5 billion dollar exclusive contract, and the buy rating from two analyst. Try reading this before you dump, then when you do dump tel me when so I know when to buy up the loose shares.
