it looks like arca jumps in trying to force down the bid and then buys a bunch... they are manipulating the L2s?

I swear! Rufus just took my call on his cell phone that is listed on their website 678-255-7650.

I asked "I own FHAL today. Am I guaranteed $15 a share on the 7/28 or 8/1 merger date on all my shares that I hold today. He said "yes hon - you sure are" I said "that sounds way to good to be true, how can you do that?" He said the regualtions of reorganizations allow companies to stop the market and reset the price per share at reorganization."

r/s usually takes a penny to subpennyland like a rock in a lake - definitely death knell. don't hold these pennies more than absolutely necessary to make a profit, cash them, and shift some of your profits to a real investment like real estate, t-bills, etc. as suggested.

The only way this can be accomplished
is a reverse split or a forward split.

A forward split will NOT increase share price.

Assets, HA! FHAL is bankrupt.
