Confirmed the $15 share exchange if you're willing to exchange your shares. Could take 90 days they say for the exchange. Assets coming into FHAL, UCC Note + Global bond equal about $800,000,000. Bond issued by Republic of Venezuela. 13.6% rate on bond. $500,000,000 US Bond with 13.6% annual return. -------------------- Buy Low. Sell High.

I write, "There exists no fundamental support for these prices. Both companies involved are basically bankrupt; no assets, no cash, no revenues. This is a pure speculation bubble which will burst." Purl Gurl

Market close is what prevented this from crashing farther. Watch what happens at market open tomorrow. Been warning you boys about reality. Looks some of you made that "tenth trade" and lost. Purl Gurl

Ninety percent of being a good trader is protecting your capital. This type of crash can happen anytime without any warning. I am surprised this did not happen last week. The boy calling for shorting, made a perfect call, about two days better than my call for shorting. * tips her cowgirl hat to him * Purl Gurl

If he borrowed shares earlier today, he only needs to buy at market open, if he has not already covered. If he completed his shorting today, my guess is he cleared thirty to forty cents per share. He did call this perfectly, right to the day. Chances are he is double ending this, working both the upswing and downswing. The boy has talent. Purl Gurl
