Treat this as rumor until proven out.

From elsewhere,

BEGIN

I think someone has some explaining to do......

I have been in contact with a London analyst that covers Sibir stock and Sibir's (owner of Magma Oil Fields) investor relations advisors. They informed me that Siber IS NOT aware of this transaction (I sent them a copy of the June 21st release). I repeat....
***SIBIR ENERGY IS NOT AWARE OF THIS TRANSACTION!!!!*** A respected member of this board (cynic) has been forwarded a copy of the emails. This is no joke. Wonder what the excuse for this one will be. Please don't anyone bury your head in the sand on this one. The evidence is getting too clear.

END

This references the NDOL announced acquisition
of Sibir Magma.

What? You think work stops simply because today
is a holiday?

Our family only rests Sunday afternoon, after
slopping the hogs, feeding the mules, scattering
chicken scratch and strapping a feed bag to the
Neandertal man living with us.

This morning, pulling weeds to the tune of
eleven trash barrels (30 gallon) full, along
with the usual yard work for eight acres.

This afternoon, blessed nudity and wetness!
We are wet sanding body parts to be painted
tomorrow morning; 56 Chevy pickup.

Quick skinny dip and now I am researching stocks
which look promising for a short light week
in the markets; bargain shopping.

Tonight! Tonight is our traditional fireworks
night, in privacy on one of our sundecks. We
sent our girl away, away, away! Had to pay
her one-hundred bucks to leave. Daughter like
Mother, certainly.

Roman candle, hmm, nah, wrong story to tell.

What are you doing? Drinking Budweiser horse
piss and stuffing your face with hamburgers?

You should be working.

"Doctor_Neil" - Raging Bull Board

He asks if Sibir is aware of the NDOL announcement
of buying their subsidiary "Magma Oil."

I have snipped out "To" "From" addresses and
other unimportant information. Originals are
available at the Raging Bull NDOL board.

First response from Sibir people:

___

I have forwarded your details to the company and asked them to get in contact with you. If you don’t hear anything today, let me know and I will chase it up for you. As per the sale of Magma, management has in the past said that they would consider selling magma as it is no longer a core asset but to date they have not announced anything on timing or to whom they would sell it.

___

Second response from Sibir people:

___

Dear Steve - Cazenove forwarded us your message regarding Sibir Energy. We are Sibir's investor relations advisers. We are looking into it right now and will forward you the info asap.

___

Third and final response from Sibir people:

___

Further to your message to Cazenove, I can confirm that Sibir Energy is not aware of this transaction.

____

"...no longer a core asset...."

Those words speaks loudly.

Interesting Sibir appears unaware NDOL is
buying their Magma.

Reminds me of the GHLT announcement about
installing GPS devices for some company.

Later, that company slaps GHLT down and
adds the quality of work by GHTL is less
than acceptable.

Odd, GHLT never retracted their false pr news.

Could Transpetrol be the next aquisition?

Russneft oil co. pulls out of Transpetrol deal-1
17:19 | 08/ 06/ 2006

(Adds paragraphs 4-6)

MOSCOW, June 6 (RIA Novosti) - Russneft has withdrawn from a deal to buy a stake in Slovak pipeline company Transpetrol from embattled oil company Yukos, a source close to the companies said.

Yukos announced in February a deal to sell a 49% stake in Transpetrol for $103 million to its fellow Russian oil holding, but Russneft failed to complete the deal within the set term of 90 days.

"The Polish concern [PKN Orlen] is now the most possible buyer," the source said.

Russneft refused to comment on media reports that appeared Wednesday citing Yukos Chairman Viktor Gerashchenko as saying that the purchase had been annulled.

The deal was expected to be completed in 90 days, after Slovak anti-monopoly agencies and the economic ministry approved the sale on April 29.

Yukos [RTS: YUKO] purchased Transpetrol in 2002 for $74 million. In 2005, the company pumped 10.662 million metric tons of oil. It owns pipelines totaling 1,032 km in length.

Transpetrol buyback open

THE WAY is open for Slovakia to buy back a 49-percent stake in the oil pipeline company Transpetrol that it sold to the Russian company Yukos in 2002.

Yukos Finance, which owns the stake, announced it was canceling a previous sale agreement with another Russian company, Russneft, which was interested in acquiring the stake.

The Slovak Antitrust Bureau approved the takeover of the 49-percent Transpetrol stake by Russneft in May this year.

Yukos officials said they had changed their minds because the Slovak government disagreed with the deal. The government has the right of veto on any sale until the middle of 2007, the SME daily wrote.

If Russneft acquired the Transpetrol stake, it would gain an advantageous position on the European energy market, while Slovakia in turn would be increasingly dependent on Moscow for its energy.

Economy Minister Jirko Malchárek would not speculate about whether Yukos' recent decision increases Slovakia's chances of regaining the Transpetrol stake. He is to meet with Yukos officials next week.

Compiled by Martina Jurinová from press reports

This from North West Oil Group Page

December 15, 2005
CJSC «NWOG» has applied for purchase 49% of the share holding of Slovak company Transpetrol. Transpetrol is an operator of the Slovak part of the pipeline “Druzhba” with the extension of 515 km and carrying capacity of 21 mln t of oil in a year. YUKOS has purchased 49% shares of Transpetrol in 2002 for $74 mln. On agreement with the authorities of the country the share holding could not be sold without their consent till 2007.

Can you give us some explanation ?

This is shoking......

MESSAGE FROM THE CEO

I have the business plan on my desk.

I am constantly disgusted how people go on the internet and say ‘’anything’’ and worst of all are all those other sheep that believe what is said.

Furthermore, this is approx $350 million deal and shrouded in confidential information, and if I represented Sibir, I would have told the caller either to avoid calling or mind their own business.

The same thing happened with the project of a joint venture with India. Some prankster stated that he called the Minister and that he was told that North West was unknown. Meanwhile, I have correspondence indicating the contrary. Of course everyone jumped to the wrong conclusion and the stock suffered.

Please, please give very little value to the message boards.

Gerald Parkin

Based on these alleged letters from Parkin,
based on his language skills, demeanor, attitude
and displayed level of maturity, I am prompted
to question if the man enjoys a decent education.

Yeah! Do not trust discussion board participants
you stupid sheep! You tell 'em, Parkin!

TEX, WAKE UP!

Reminds me of another story. This time, however,
out here in California.

Our girl is about ten, maybe eleven, has a bunch
of her girlfriends over for a New Years sleep over.
Lots of fun, gave her and friends plenty of
privacy, stayed upstairs, unseen and unheard.

Around midnight, those girls want to make a
bunch of noise. Understandable! I mean with all
the moaning and groaning going on upstairs.
Maybe we were not all that unheard.

Our girl and her girlfriends raid my kitchen.
They grab pots and pans, big steel spoons and
clanging things. Outside, at midnight, boy
howdy did they make some noise!

Next morning, time to cook breakfast for all.
I walk into our kitchen, naked, barefoot but
not pregnant. Right off I spy my pots and pans
scattered all over. A close look, my pots and
pans are all beat to Hades. I mean bashed,
battered, whiskey bumps, handles bent, even
the headlights broken out.

So, I grab a big black twelve inch cast iron
skillet, grab a small hammer from my junk drawer,
go up to our girl's room where she and friends
are sleeping, then clang on my iron skillet
like crazy.

They start, sit up, jump around, gasp.

My girl looks at me. Mom, standing there buck
ass naked beating on a black iron skillet.

"Girls! Girls! Wake up my little darlings. You
have much work to perform today to pay for
my pots and pans you F-n ruined last night."

Half of them tossed on their clothes, high
tailed it out our front door then walked home.

Our girl is pissed. Mom is pissed.

Her father and my husband leaves for the day.

So, WAKE UP TEX! I do not want to ruin my
pots and pans because you fall asleep on
the couch in front of a live television
playing reruns of Gilligan's Island.
