Hey, sometimes even scams make a last dying effort at a run.
WGFL did it. It was sitting at .0006-0007 forever, and all the sudden, it jumped all the way to .0016. Course, it gasped that last breath and then went right back down and now sits between .0004 and .0005.
I'm hoping that maybe NDOL will do that someday! Someone call SHAKERZZZZZ!

Due dilligence goes a long way towards uncovering that. Checking the numbers, background research on the management, reviewing the business plan/profile, etc etc.
But the message board is useful, too. If you find a thread posted about some stock, a thread that just won't go away, a thread with, oh, say, 79 pages, with a group of people doing the rain dance hoping the pps will go up so they can unload that bag they've been holding for months, with a cluster of knock-on-your-door-sell-you-jesus kind of relentlessly optimistic people touting the stock despite hard evidence -- chances are it's probably a scam.

Precisely, good research is all that is needed.
Assume all facts to be false, then set about proving those facts true. You will discover truth very quickly.
Spotting a scam is often too easy. Fourseven alludes to type of discussions, more exacting, taking notice of pump & dump efforts which are always very obvious. Those who engage in pump and dump activities are always very stupid people, quite literally. Easy to spot.
Good research, that is all that is needed; show me the money or take a hike.

I still own NDOL and if people wish to buy it then so be it. I am but a humble man who does not admit to knowing as much as you or someone else. I think I knew as much as you when I was 17 but life has a way of humbling us and making us realize that we are not the cat's meow...except for you of course. Your the cat's everything. You can sure dish it out. Making a personal attack on me and calling me a liar after you make comments about people calling you a liar. Now what does that look like. You don't wish to be called a liar so to those who you felt called you that you called them on the carpet.
I believe there is an old saying Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
I have tried to respect you and have a conversation with you but you are hell bent on making sure that does not happen. Why is that? Are you afraid of something. Afraid of being wrong? Did someone hurt you bad when you were younger? You just act like a person that has been hurt very bad in the past and has to prove themselves. You don't need to prove anything and hey we can agree to disagree. But don't say things about me that questions my credibility and insinuate that I am a liar. That is just wrong. We are here to discuss this stock not make it personal. So lets keep it on track. If you cannot I will move forward and talk with those that can keep it on track about this stock.

I'm glad to see there are some credible people on Allstocks now. The last time I posted here it was strictly a pump and dump board. People should follow penny stocks for a year to see how they work before even thinking about trying to trade them. Notice I said trade them. Pennies are not for investments.

Of interest, Tex, several boys from the I-Hub board are now threatening everyone with being turned into the SEC, turned into the company, if posters do not think right thoughts.
Postings at the Raging Bull board have dropped off to zero, so far today.
This threat and fear tactic of the I-Hub boys, does work.

Tex or anyone. My offer still stands. If this company turns out to be what some here say (a scam) then I will be glad to apologize publicly for being misled by my own research and the company.
If however this company continues to produce revenue, makes good on their two aquisitions, etc. etc. how about all here who have taken the opposite tact doing the same.
Seems fair to me. Then it does not become personal it just becomes factual down the road and then their is no argument. It is a company that either is what is says it is or it is not.
Then at some point in the future Tex you can say littlefoot you didn't get it or I can say Tex do you get it now.

In one case, a boy outright lying to you. In another case, an ignorant boy resorting to childish Ad Hominem.
Over at Raging Bull, those boys are now threatening anybody and everybody with being turned into the SEC, being turned into the company, if anybody so much as critiques this stock. Once active, posting count has instantly dropped to nearly nothing because participants are fearful.
