NDOL "should" drop below .30 sometime next week. Most likely, around .28 to .29 as exemplified before this recent mule manure fluff news.
Why are you boys not discussing this extreme debt being taken on by NDOL? I have yet to read any of you discuss how NDOL plans to pay off their debt. Currently, if these fluff news prove to be true, NDOL will be taking on close to a billion dollars in debt above current NDOL debt.
Dilution and coming extreme debt is turning away seasoned traders. NDOL is currently labeled a loser stock by those in the know; more debt than ability to pay.
You think this might have something to do with ongoing heavy dilution by the company and by insiders?

you're sure right on that. GHLT went from 9.45 to 4.02 in about a week, this chart should be a warning to anyone who likes to hold these pinkies long. pinkies are good only for buy-flip-adios IMHO. TDCP may have some redeeming social value but even that's off .10 today. but what do you expect the day before a long weekend ? everyones already sneaking off if they can !

LOL They will join an earlier group of investors who saw as much as $30 billion of their assets expropriated by the Kremlin on a trumped-up tax charge, passed through a couple of shady intermediaries and eventually sold for a song to Rosneft. Russian Oil... a goldmine---for Putin and friends...

So would you say, aiukli imponna ohoyo=beautiful smart woman, that would work for me, or would the order be incorrect? Adjectives having to come later. How would you say, "She is a beautiful and smart woman"
Haven't been fishing in a long time Dustoff, I passed on the chance to fish off an island a few weeks ago, now I regret it, but these guys I know go often, so I'll be going soon.

hi dusty. yes i did. double flip for me today that i did not expect. trying to help others get in (and out) of this. +106% today + . as usual, i don't recommend holding this any longer than necessary to flip as it will drop like a bomb unless there is something i don't know of to prop it up.
sorry about the accidental length exageration. good article on russian oil and other investments.

New OTC Short Position Reporting Rules ( Remember it Goes into effect Monday July 3rd, 2006)
On February 3, 2006, the SEC approved amendments to Rule 3360 that expand the short interest reporting requirements to OTC equity securities. For purposes of the amended short interest reporting requirements, OTC equity securities are defined as any equity security that is not listed on The NASDAQ Stock Market or a national securities exchange.5 Currently, members are required to maintain and report to NASD short positions in NASDAQ securities. Further, members must report to NASD short positions in listed securities that are not otherwise reported to another SRO.
Accordingly, the amended short interest reporting requirements will require that members maintain and report to NASD all short positions in NASDAQ securities and OTC equity securities. If members have short positions in listed securities that are not otherwise reported to another SRO, those short positions should be reported to NASD as well.
In recognition of the technological and system changes that may be required to implement the new requirements, the implementation date for the amended short interest reporting requirements will be July 3, 2006.
Not sure why those boys are all excited about this inclusion of some non-reporting companies in the SHO regulation guidelines.
This rule inclusion will not begin to be effective until July 28 of this year. This rule is toothless, riddled with loopholes and will change nothing, just as before.
Strikes me those boys are mindless parrots who have not a clue about what they squawk.
For readers, there is a long discussion of this in a thread here at Allstocks, dating back a year or two. I can no longer remember the topic title but an Allstock search with appropriate key terms will turn up information.
Glassman, you remember the topic title for this SHO mule manure we discussed long ago? I think we also included discussion of the related NASD rule, cannot remember the number.
