NDOL is haven of daytraders. i am sure plenty flipped, bought, flipped , bought and so on and so forth hefty number of times. anybody who plays pinks knows when to sell and when to hold. and how to set profit/loss margins. and if they dont, do i have sympathy for them, well may be not sympathy but i definitely feel bad for them. but thats the whole idea of market. it teaches you how to become good at it the hard way. i lost almost 50% of my profits from NDOL in JPHC. so does that make me a fool? do people have sympathy for me? well it does. i learnt it the hard way. and i have adapted and refined some of my techniques. and so will they.

i watched for several days as it fell to see if it was nekked shorted.. it wasn't... PG SUSPECTS the co. insiders ran it...
i don't care who ran it....
one thing people forget about in reverse mergers is that not all of the shares can be "cleaned up" from the previous company... in other words? the insiders are not all one single set of insiders.....
the company may have engineered this runup to flush out those shares on purpose ... theres all kinds of rational explanations...

thats what i have issues with. the chart shows rise and fall, but it rose because people expected it to get acquired and all shares bought for 2.17. but that acquisition was not even in plates when it ran till 0.45-0.6 range. company engineering this to flush out those shares is an overexaggeration, because you have to read the PR's they released. i have posted all of them and put them into context. read that thread, and then tell me where the P&D was till it had had run of 0.6 range. no P&D. pure market reaction. classic example is acerlars case. share holders want acerlor to be bought by mittal, because they would get instant money. company holders are dead against it. just the fact that mittal has shown interest in acerlor has increased acerlors shares significantly. but when it becomes clear that acquisition might not happen, wait for the share value to fall on a thump. infact you can even expect 25%-30% loss in its value. and on that day you will see chart similar to NDOL's on acerlors stock.
so put the things into context before deciding it was P&D.

Lots and lots of explanations. None know what is really happening save for a handful of insiders. With this being a merger and with Russians being involved, could very well be there is a lot of back stabbing going on between insiders!
My opinion is Parkin and NDOL / North West orchestrated this entire pump and dump scam. I also believe NDOL hired DML marketing in an attempt to start another pump run, which failed miserably.
All "facts" stated in various filings point to an inside job.
I am also convinced the I-Hub board is a tightly controlled pump and dump operation, "possibly" being ran by two who are being paid to assist with the pump and dump.
None know with any certainty what is happening.
All know a lot of people lost a lot of money through this scam.

i don't know enough about Russian culture to even guess whether it is the same over there.... it's obvious that many of the posters in this thread are not poor English speakers, but it's just as clear that they don't use English as a first language...
Wescott's first language appears to be English....
the fact that this is being traded in Franfurt should be kept in mind as well.... short-selling out of Frankfurt seems to be a major problem for some comapnies...

His writing skills are good, but only in terms of mechanics and grammar. He does have somewhat of an education, at least in English.
Contrasting this, his logic, his thinking, his composition skills are very poor. Based on my teaching experience, I rate Westcott's thinking skills around late teenage level.
However there is this hatred factor, this racist factor with Westcott. This suggests to me he suffers some psychological issues. Westcott is significantly insecure and very obsessive. Those are not good signals.

very few people ever take credit for their mistakes, and most people want to take credit for other people's good works.... it usually starts about the age of four... and it's up to parents to decide if they are going to raise their kids to take responsibility or not...
