Elegant crowd flocks to country garden for fundraiser in support of Theatre Lac Brome .... Despite a threathening sky.... they came in droves. The Shish Boom Bash was held at the beautiful 250-acre estate of Bob and Mona Bandeen... Noted arriving were Sheila and Paul Martin, Pattie and John Cleghorn, Sue and Charles Cavell, Joan and Alex Paterson, Sue and Jawaid Khan and Stratton Stevens. Admiring the gardens were Helgi and Ian Soutar, Mary and Peter White, Jeanne and David Marler, Diana and Brian Timmins, Scott Yetman, Ginette Millaire, Francine and Richard Wisdom ... The party was a great success with guests staying until the rain came at 10 p.m. The event raised $39,000 which will support the theatre's future productions.
To me this man brings integrity to NWOG and NDOL. That is more than good enough for me besides all the other DD you can find.

This company has a long way to go in order to rebuild its credibility. This may be a step in the right direction, however, they have burned a lot of their shareholders with their recent maneuvers. Only time will tell with this stock.

Yes, silly NDOL boys. Their stock goes up a penny and they break out champagne and party favors! We are going to the moon! Up a penny! In case you did not notice, this went to 28.5 last week,so where was the pr below .30 last week?Oh,there was none, keep on a bashing, does not work here. Have you noticed when NDOL falls below .30 per instantly more pump news comes out?
Purl Gurl
Dropped below .30 last week and no PR pump, keep on bashing, won't work.

FYI, It should be a given and go without saying from this date forth that this is a credible company with credible management and audited financials.
Look no further than Mr. Stratton Stevens as a credible person.
I understand emotions can run high when people question your investment in NWOG and want you to validate or explain or answer a question.
Let's go forward KNOWING that this is a credible company. That would eliminate many posts and questions that don't deserve answers.
If you have done your DD and are long your patience will be rewarded.

BUT?...
i do have knowledge of Russia taking major oil co's off the market and leaving MULTI-millionaires as bag-holders.... sorry... i guess i'm just Russophobic...

well, questions and such are a bother. LF counsels that it's understandable "when people question your investment . . .. and want you to validate or explain or answer a question."
To the Board of Directors and Stockholders of North-West Oil Group Inc.
We have audited the accompanying interim consolidated balance sheet of North-West Oil Group Inc. (the "Company") as of March 31, 2006 and the related interim consolidated statements of earnings and comprehensive income, stockholders' equity and cash flows for the period April 1, 2005 to March 31, 2006 and from July 1, 2004 to March 31, 2005 . These interim consolidated financial statements are the responsibility of the Company's management. Our responsibility is to express an opinion on these interim consolidated financial statements based on our audit.
We conducted our audit in accordance with auditing standards generally accepted in the United States of America. Those standards require that we plan and perform the audit to obtain reasonable assurance whether the consolidated financial statements are free of material misstatement. An audit includes examining, on a test basis, evidence supporting the amounts and disclosures in the consolidated financial statements. An audit also includes assessing the accounting principles used and significant estimates made by management, as well as evaluating the overall consolidated financial statement presentation. We believe that our audits provide a reasonable basis for our opinion.
In our opinion, these interim consolidated financial statements referred to above present fairly, in all material respects the financial position of the Company as at March 31, 2006 and the results of its operations and cash flows for the period ended April 1, 2005 to March 31, 2006 and from July 1, 2004 to March 31, 2005 in conformity with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America.
I did not say 10K. Sorry you both assumed it was the 10K. The 8K and the 10K are both financials.
These are the audited interim consolidated financial statements. They are audited by one of the top 50 audit companies in the world.

Pretty clear AUDITED financials that are public and easy to find as I said in one of my previous posts.

i've read thru the filings several times and noted some clerical errors... might want to send a note to Parkin that they have a serious mistake in the pre 14... Increase Authorized Shares of Common Stock to Fifty Million Authorized Shares
A majority in interest of the shareholders believes that it is advisable and in our best interest to have available additional authorized shares of our common stock in an amount adequate to provide for our future needs. This will be achieved by increasing the number of authorized shares of our common stock from 500,000,000 to 1,000,000,000.
the title of that paragraph is in conflict with the substance of it...
i do have NDOL on my radar now and am following to see if they can clear up some of these questions... increasing the A/S to a billion is of some concern, but not if they use the shares effectively...
i just don't read some of these things the same way you do.... the Russians have an uphill climb IMO to gain confidence in US retail invesotrs... i am only half joking about the Russophobia... i know this co. can't control Putin... i still don't like what Putin did with Yukos... that's not NDOL's fault... but they have to live with it don't they? Putin did push oil to it's new highs with his move.. and IMO? he knew what he was doing...

glassman, Your an intelligent man. I leave the clerical corrections to you. They do not bother me. I look for factual data and the 8K is factual. We can agree to disagree and I appreciate your respectful discussion. The A/S does not concern me since they are not using dilution to do their parallel aquisitions. Many companies authorize more shares than they ever intend on using.

Typical pattern of behavior. Pump and dump scamsters rush in, tell lies to readers, insult, threaten and otherwise attack critics, take their profits then leave. This is followed by bag holders casting blame on everyone but themselves, more insults, threats and inappropriate behavior.
Eventually they fade away, go off and sit in a corner to whimper and hold their empty bags.
Those boys did everything they could to get rid of me, insults, threats, racial slurs, complaints to the SEC, tried to have me banished and, here in the end, I am still standing proud and true top of this mule manure pile they left behind.
