the ultimate scam is when those people who are taken are still convinced even after the scam is exposed. thanks for the info on SLAPP. these offshore platforms gives these criminals more territory to operate in,i.e. offices in Canada and Russia. the numbers do not add up. i want to take money from the criminals, not the other way around.

looks like this thing is getting serious with sec complaints and stuff .. well.. keeping my fingers crossed and waiting for july!!!.. meanwhile i hope spme of these "legal freaks" take it lil easy.. as purl is just another "i told you so" person IMO and she means no harm other than fact that she despises when stock price rises while she predicts it would fall .. and doesnt like it when people contradict her..

lol.. no i was talking about discussiong about ndol stock price or weather it was P&D or weather dilution blah blah.. not like completely quitting.. how can i quit??? i will still keep reading and expressing my opinions.. except anything to do with issues weather NDOL is worthy stock of holding etc. which i am sure i cannot win with veterans like you guys and only time can resolve:)

I just spoke with Interwest Transfer Company the former Transfer Agent for Nord Oil. They are located in Murray,Utah and I am familiar with them from previous stock I owned.
The representative on the phone just now said that some transfer agents release that information by phone and their company just moved to fax requests only.
She gave me the numbers and fax for Select American Transfer. She also said all documents concerning Nord Oil were sent as of May 17th, 2006 to the new agent.
I ask her what the last figure she had for Nord Oil Issued and Outstanding and she said 252,214,157. I understand that would have been pre May 17th sometime and pre merger.
I also put in a call to the new agent and left a general message that I was a stockholder and please return my call.
I followed that up with a fax explaining that I had spoken to the previous transfer agent and they had given me the O/S and that I wished to update the number post merger.
Hope that helps. If the new agent is so kind then I will post any updated figures.

Have any of you shareholders spent more than a small amount of time in a thread for a company in which you didn't hold shares, unless you we're considering buying?
