Weirds me out. I sincerely am so surprised by how gullible and by how stupid are so many people.
"You have to own a stock before you can discuss."
What is that all about? This strongly suggests those boys buy a stock before discussing a stock.
Discussion of a stock is the utmost critical activity before buying a stock.
What the ignorant do not understand is we are here to discuss stocks. Buying a stock is not related at all. We discuss stocks not only to help each other make decisions, we almost always discuss stocks to learn, to be better traders.
Stock discussion is all about learning.
"Everyone knows the number one rule of the Basher's Handbook is...."
How incredibly stupid a person must be to not only believe that but to also post it. How humiliating to flaunt such ignorance.
"This is my confession of being a paid basher...."
Good Lord, the first few sentences, so obvious the whole thing is a spoof! Not only obvious but this is one of the better known hoaxes, very well known hoax!
I read people (always men) citing those types of idiocy on a daily basis. Truly, I am shocked by the frequency. I think about and wonder how our country is producing such stupid people.
To believe such foolish notions indicates to me a person is operating at a sixth grade, maybe a seventh grade level. How did those people graduate high school? Are they high school drop outs? How will they ever become successful in life?
Relative to overall populations, these people are operating at what is best described as a "sub-human" level.
Most surprising is they come around places like this, which are populated with seasoned well learned traders, and they post that stuff! They believe we believe (and think) just like they do! Their minds are so limited they are incapable of realizing how little they know.
Incredible and sad.
These people trade stocks? Makes no sense, at all.

Yes! GVRP was a very good learning experience.
Never before have I talked to so many people inside the SEC. Some are smart. Some are stupid. Most are ordinary people like us. Like you, I talked to a variety of SEC lawyers. I discovered all of those lawyers are actually very nice. One in paticular was really nice and carefully chose his wording to hint to me without violating his rules.
The New York attorney you found, most interesting!
I tried contacting him many times, no response, would not even take my phone calls.
My freedom of information request, as you know, did not help us one bit other than disclose how many complaints were filed.
Boy, did we kick some butt all over Wall Street and Florida! Never in my life did I ever imagine I would talk with people in the Florida Department of State. What an experience.
My opinion is the most important information we learned from all that is how Florida laws are written and the implications for stocks.
NDOL is incorporated in Florida, as you know.
I am most certain the boys pumping NDOL have not a single clue how Florida rules work and how those boys are being screwed.
Rather humorous, these boys turning in people to the SEC, turning in people who are in regular contact with the SEC, even speak in person with SEC insiders and SEC lawyers!
They assume we know nothing, like them, and will frighten by their threats! This returns to my notion these boys are too stupid to realize how stupid are they.
I hope they keep filing complaints! They have no clue the SEC looks at all facts. They are turning in NDOL as a pump and dump scam! How surprised they would be to discover a trading suspension. However, they would never realize this is a result of their complaining.
Nonetheless, those complaints are instantly thrown away. Such a waste of good time.
Most laughable, I love this, a bunch of Russians are going to fly over here to America to go after an unknown person who wrote a comical spoof based on their photographs! That smurf boy is about as stupid as they come.
I think, though, this vice president you boys are so hot and bothered over, will be flattered by my words about her. Telling you, she is the brains behind this company. I would bet you if she was in charge, this pump and dump would have never taken place; she is too smart.
Bottom line is these unfortunates will never realize what fools they make of themselves and rather sad, they will lead mediocre lives, very much so; no significant contribution to society.
On the smurf boy, there is only one notion which annoys me. He is a piss poor writer and plays his smurf boy role with the talent of a child.
Annoys me to watch our English language slaughtered.
I am being sincere! Really annoys me to read these people who believe themselves to be talented writers and talented character role players. I am more entertained by a pile of steamy mule manure!

Who is holding shares here, by the way? DIG, Auburn, littlefoot, cm3i, ruskinmuskin.
Who else is holding shares here?
Just wondering, because I haven't spent more than 5 minutes in any thread that I'm not a shareholder of.
Have any of you shareholders spent more than a small amount of time in a thread for a company in which you didn't hold shares, unless you we're considering buying?
What an oddity. It seems as though we have a thread largely comprised of non-shareholders.
Interesting, to say the least.
Not me, just here for strategy now. GL

The Munchkin Man is most delighted to enjoy the opportunity to read your continuous postings. They are so very amusing.
The Munchkin Man shall proceed to address a few of your most humorous excerpts:
You wrote:
"Most laughable, I love this, a bunch of Russians are going to fly over here to America to go after an unknown person who wrote a comical spoof based on their photographs!" _____
The Munchkin Man would like to respond to the above with the following comments:
***They have lawyers and others to do that for them.
***The Munchkin Man did not find your poor attempt of a spoof to be "comical." Potentialy libelous, yes. But not comical.
***It is quite possible that at least one person you tried and failed so miserably to spoof from those photographs might feel the same way.
***Do you really want to risk the time and the expense of a libel suit? ________________________________

It annoys the Munchkin Man too.
The Munchkin Man is especially annoyed when he sees somebody with your alleged education write an incompletely constructed sentence, such as the one you wrote above, which lacks both a subject and a predicate. ________________________________

What you wrote is now a "comical spoof", huh?
The backpedaling begins!
Where was your disclaimer that the comments you wrote in your original post with those photographs comprised nothing more than a "comical spoof?'
This will probably strike a severe blow to your case.
That's because your backpedaling confession of what you wrote, by your very own admission, and in your very own words, was a "comical spoof."
What is more potentially damaging to your case is that your late confession comes "after the fact."
Here's another point. If what you wrote about the officers of the North-West Oil Group was nothing more than a "comical spoof", then how much else do you write is a "comical spoof" as well?
Due the fact that you did not confess that your piece was a "comical spoof" until the Munchkin Man pressured you about it, which also came "after the fact", a lot of readers are going to question the veracity of whatever else you write, past, present, and future.
Having exposed the fact that you wrote an extensive bashing of the officers of the North-West Oil Group, without a disclaimer that it was only a "comical spoof", only to backpedal and confess that it was only a "comical spoof" on a later date, how will you expect your readers to take you seriously in the future?
Your credibility has now been seriously damaged beyond repair. __________________________________

Your psyche is showing.
The Munchkin Man is referring to the psyche of a basher.
Just as the basher does not bash bad stocks, does the basher also not bash bad writers?
If the Munchkin Man were a bad writer, then you would have no need to bash the Munchkin Man's bad writing.
Because you are bashing the Munchkin Man's bad writing, this must mean that the Munchkin Man is a good writer.
Thank you, Purl Gurl.
You are very perceptive, and the Munchkin Man deeply appreciates your comment.
Good luck to you.
Best Wishes,

Where is the dilution now and the vast amount of tradeable shares that can be sold to newbies. What do you think is going to happen to the oil reserves that the seguys claim and the 100+ mil profit that they declared etc,. If I can't count any of those elements into my decision to buy a stock then whats the use of any of this for me or you?
Has anyone seen anything about Canada importing this or did they move to russia to be able to sell this oil? Otherwise I don't see how NDOL can profit when CXIA is selling it all on the Frank. exchange.

NoWhenToHoldEm, After hours PR for you and my take. Any thoughts NoWhen?
NDOL -- Nord Oil International, Inc. Com ($0.001)
COMPANY NEWS AND PRESS RELEASES FROM OTHER SOURCES:
NWOG President Malyshev Discusses Corporate Plans
MOSCOW, Jun 20, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- The merger of Nord Oil International (PINKSHEETS: NDOL) and North West Oil Group is an important step toward satisfying the global demand for petroleum, according to Ernest G. Malyshev, president of the merged company. "Russia has large untapped reserves and older fields with significant reservoirs of recoverable oil," said Malyshev. "This merger and additional developments in the corporate pipeline will give us the synergy and financial strength to expand operations and improve shareholder value."
Acquisitions won't stop with Nord
The company presently has proven and probable reserves of 208 million barrels. Negotiations are underway to acquire significant additional reserves over the next few months.
"Our ultimate goal is to move from the ranks of junior Russian oil companies into the top tier," said Malyshev.
Acquisition details will be released in the near future.
Other corporate changes
To implement the merger, corporate officers have submitted the required documents to the SEC that will ultimately allow a name change to North West Oil Group (NWOG). Barring regulatory delays, both the name change and new symbol should be in place by early July.
"As one shareholder speaking to others," Malyshev added, "I assure you that we are committed to the prompt, timely release of information. We plan to contract with an American investor relations firm to improve our capacity in this regard and to upgrade our website."
Malyshev also stated that he has instructed CEO Gerald Parkin to move the company to a higher stock exchange. Both the OTCBB and the London Stock Exchange are under consideration.
ABOUT NWOG
Based in Moscow, NWOG also has offices in Montreal and New Delhi. The company presently pumps 894,250 BBL/year and has 153 employees on its payroll.

Forward-looking statements involve numerous risks and uncertainties. We have attempted to identify any forward-looking statements by using words such as "anticipates," "believes," "could," "expects," "intends," "may," "should" and other similar expressions. Although we believe that the expectations reflected in all of our forward-looking statements are reasonable, we can give no assurance that such expectations will prove to be correct.
A number of factors may affect our future results and may cause those results to differ materially from those indicated in any forward-looking statements made by us or on our behalf. Such factors include our limited operating history; our need for significant capital to finance internal growth as well as strategic acquisitions; our ability to attract and retain key employees and strategic partners; our ability to achieve and maintain profitability; fluctuations in the trading price and volume of our stock; competition from other providers of similar products and services; and other unanticipated future events and conditions.
My observations about the PR today.
1. The mentioning of OTCBB and London Exchange and Aquisitions confirms what I have been posting.
2. The fire sale prices are over soon.
3. Guess who answered alot of questions about getting a PR company to work this in the right way.....NWOG President Malyshev is who! Plus an upgraded Web Site. Now your talking Mr. President.
4.Aquisition of SIGNIFICANT additional reserves in the next few MONTHS. I keep thinking of JV with Oil India.
5. "This merger and additional developments in the corporate pipeline will give us the synergy and financial strength to expand operations and improve shareholder value." ( Synergy-1+1 equals more than 2 and IMPROVE SHAREHOLDER VALUE very nice.)
6....both the name change and new symbol should be in place by early July.( Can you see upward movement as we go forward in price and value? Yes)
7.I have instructed Mr. Parkin to move us to a higher exchange (can you say uptown!!!!)
8. "As one shareholder speaking to others," Malyshev added...( He may be the president but one of the best statements I have seen by a shareholder speaking to other shareholders.)
9. This PR was clear concise and factual. Very nice.
10."Our ultimate goal is to move from the ranks of junior Russian oil companies into the top tier," said Malyshev( Top Tier Guess who has an IPO coming out, who is in the top tier and is worth north of $40 billion with their IPO on the horizon? Rosneft that is who. Could we be rubbing shoulders with Rosneft....interesting.)
Ok I am not David Letterman but those are my top 10.
