"...its like gloating over and having that sense of
condencendance...."

You are lying, boy.

I do not mince my words. You boys f-kd up
big time and I am not about to play nice-nice
to cover up your stupidity.

Accept responsibility for your actions,
quit your cry baby whining, change your
own diaper, become mature, show respect
for others and maybe, just maybe, I will
show respect for you.

I am not about to give you or anyone else
respect until you earn it.

I have earned my respect here. I expect
you to do the same. If not, bugger off.

I am not degrading myself. I am displaying
my significant self-confidence. I am a b!tch.
I am also a kind and caring person.

I know what I am and what I am not. I do
not care diddly-squat what you or others
think of me. I do not know you nor do you
know me. You, plural, are not a part of
my life nor of concern to me.

My life will remain unchanged regardless
of what you boys do or think.

Clearly my self-confidence really scares a
lot of you boys. I am a woman and I am not
behaving as you boys would have woman behave.
I will remind you one of you boys wrote a woman
has no place in the stock markets.

Pfftt... I trade circles around you boys.

You can take your sexist man's world and
shove it, with vigor.

You want respect, earn it.

disagree with me using logic, reason and

I want you to disagree so readers will be

learn something new.

Could I be more fair?

No wonder I couldn't find this info before, my work puter blocks .ru, but i did look again from home and walla. I'm pretty sure I have seen this before. It's a Friday so maybe volume will be strong in the am, this will be a real test to see what kind of support this "reporting" firm really has. If my other positions pay off I may get into this at around .18 so I'm ready for the pr runs.

Boo Dog,

.33 / .34 on 74K volume

Prices are right were I indicted several days
back, over at the I-Hub board. However, that
article was deleted in seconds.

Share price will not change much anytime soon.
My expectation is share price will continue
to slowly slip downward as dilution continues.

i agree, the pumpers are trying to keep it up, and if a PR does come out I would expect a lot to jump back in. Personally I would wait for the real filings. This just being a reporting company IMO should only be around .01 to .14 but the way they are advertising such an attachment to the oil is keeping ppls attention...and money.

Not to mention all that messy black stuff that gets all over every thing and is so hard to get out in the wash.
This will be a problem for the well workers family life when they get home from work.
They might have the kind of old lady that doesn't appreciate a good thing when they see it. Even though they are just living off of the old man.

I agree Boo Dog.

Anticipating what will happen with a stock
in these circumstances is very difficult.

A lot of factors are at play. NDOL was, maybe
still is a pump and dump scam. Those who lost
money on this will not be buying more. This
base support is gone. Some who lost money and
are still holding, will be dumping to cut
losses then move on.

Many who bought a long time back now find
themselves right back where they started.
These people will give up and dump.

Insiders are dumping millions of shares into
the market. This will continue to dilute share
prices. Why this is so these insider shares
were given to them. With no capital investment,
none worth mention, insiders do not care all
that much if prices slide downward. They would
like to see higher prices but are not concerned.
No matter the price, they profit. This driving
force will push prices down.

Die hards fools, like over at the I-Hub board,
previously would buy up shares like crazy. Now
they are finally realizing share prices will
continue downward. This upward pressure base
support is being lost, evidenced by abandonment
of the I-Hub board; hardly any left there.

This recent pump and dump effort by NDOL through
DML Marketing and L E B E D really soured a lot
of people. This stupid mistake drove away potential
buyers by the droves. Additionally, now that the
pump and dump scam is out in the open, potential
buyers are lost. This upward pressure base is
completely gone.

An unknown factor is the billion plus shares
printed off down in Florida by NDOL. None know
if those shares are currently being dumped. This
represents a fear factor. Potential for extreme
dilution is right there in those billion shares.

Other minor factors are close to a couple hundred
millions shares having come off restriction, I
think yesterday. Adding to this, a clear pattern
of deceit by NDOL is now very apparent.

All that is left is insiders selling into dilution
and innocent newbies buying, who have not performed
good research.

Overall, NDOL has become a total loser stock.

We are supposed to be getting Russian oil sooner or later, pay for it here and then pay for it again through our taxes. Whoo!....as far as talking to myself, as a life long fisherman and boater I think I have at least perfected that in my lifetime. and yes, I can even laugh at my own jokes.

It seems like the available resources that are stated in the SEC reports are totally ignored by posters. Should we figure they will just leave it in the ground and give it to a charity. Why wouldn't it make sense to harvest it and sell it for billions of dollars? Thats more business like. And a much more positive aspect of the situation at hand.

what is in the sec is the potential, what it doesn't say is that it belongs to the ruskies, not NDOL, also it doesn’t say the cost to get it out and transport and refine and then market it. NDOL is just the advertiser for north-west, that’s what the merger was all about. this is just my opinion though.

Not ignored by some.

Resources for this company, because of their
track record of deceit, I would cut stated
resources at least in half for a true picture.

"proven and probable"

Be sure NDOL is deceitfully exaggerating stated
resources based on a legal out of "probable."

What was ignored is my articles on how NDOL
does have potential based on a presumption
some of their reserves actually do exist.

Nonetheless, NDOL management has completely
destroyed any potential, reserves or not,
by their obvious pump and dump fraud.

Written before by me, had NDOL played this
straight instead of defrauding the public,
my estimate is share price would be up in
the one dollar range and well supported.

Not only did NDOL shoot itself in the foot,
NDOL also shot itself in the head.

Given the available resources to exaggerate have at least doubled in the last month and oil=$$$, some interest should be regenerated (this was demonstrated recently with the l*b*d incident)at least for us fools who are willing to wait it out and see it come to fruition.

"Experts say that the smart thing to do with stock is to buy low when no one wants the stock and sell high when everyone wants it, very few shareholders actually do this. The instinct inside us is to not touch something that no one else wants, and to buy something when there is great demand. These natural instincts are very difficult to overcome. The result is that when a stock price drops very low, investors see it as a situation of impending doom".

I have fallen for that Dig during my paper trading, and unfortunately for me with a couple small ones on the pinks, sold to stop the loss only to watch it go back up 2 weeks later grrrrr, at least the big boards are a little more predictable. Watching and predicting a trend is like trying to hit the right spot when you're fly fishing.

Agreed. probably charts help a little bit. i used to play bottoms when papertrading, and was amazingly successful, but when it came to real money, bottoms ended up losing more..lol..

NDOL / North West mananagement cannot be trusted.

Maybe they have reserves, maybe not.

What is certain is their oil production per
year is extremely low. This is not consistent
with their claims of value.

NDOL, via Parkin recently, claims a lot of
employees and equipment. Best I can figure
is NDOL itself has zero oil output or very
little oil output.

North West appears to have limited oil output
but the crew and equipment claimed by Parkin
in response to my article, is not consistent
with that oil output.

What is known is claims made are not consistent
with stated oil production. Additionally, there
has been no discussion of natural gas output
although gas reserves are claimed.

Somebody is lying, Parkin, Westcott, who knows.

I am, again, the main topic at the I-Hub board.

This exemplifies the boys over there, who tried
to pump NDOL here, are not interested in discussion
of NDOL / North West but rather interested in
attacking those who suggest problems with NDOL.

Clearly, they are attempting to fool readers
into buying based on deceitful practices.

At least a few, very few, are confessing NDOL
was a pump and dump operation. However, their
articles are instantly deleted.

You will never witness this happen here at Allstocks.

Like others have said we'll have to wait it out and see what happpens, because right now a lot cannot be proven, especially by those opposed to this stock. I say that because they are being transparent in filing to the SEC and all that, which is a lot more than illegitimate companies like to do...and to me it talks a lot louder than suspicion and speculation about what a company has.
I wonder how much Russia wants to be caught in fraud scandals at this time, when they are trying to be a presence to be reckoned with in the energy sector of the worlds economy?
