Dusty, when our Grandma became very old, after suffering a mild heart attack, all kept telling her to not go out fishing in her small leaky plywood boat, on Grassy Lake.
Grandma said, "If I am going to die I would just assume die fishing."
The others never said more.
Grandma died, sitting upright in her kitchen chair, while churning milk. She is blessed. She died doing what she enjoys; living life her way.

I am looking for that PR sometime in the next 2 weeks on the production increasing 5 fold with the OAO NK Magma aquisition.
NDOL/North-West Oil Group (PINKSHEETS: NDOL) announced today that it is eager to continue the process of making the acquisition of OAO NK Magma. The tender referred to in the previous news release was a private tender that permitted it to negotiate with Magma directly without the necessity of dealing with other interested buyers. Although the acquisition price is not yet determined, we are expecting it to be in the range that was referred to previously. This transaction is very important as it will immediately increase the Company's oil production fivefold.

Purl girl....you say NDOL is spiraling downward....the last 2 weeks have been steady in the low 30's with some fluxuations......I don't see the spiraling downward you talk of. I see a bottom forming here and with great news possible with in the next 2 weeks, I see this going into the 40's at least for a nice flip......at least.....longs, I don't know if this is headed back up into 50s and 60s land yet, but I believe this will be great for flipping next week.

"I don't see the spiraling downward you talk of."
This rate of downward spiral is very slow because of dilution efforts; false support of prices.
NDOL is moving downward a quarter cent, a half cent per market day. This is evidenced by recent pump and dump failures and evidenced by the recent news also being a flop. Both events only generated very small upward swings followed by immediate falls and continued slow downward spiraling. This signals a lack of bottom support.
"I see a bottom forming here...."
I do not expect bottom support until NDOL falls below .30 per share. Downward pressure remains very strong. My expectation is NDOL sliding down to .25 to .30 next week. Probably a mean average around .27 to .29 per share.
There is another factor; heavy dilution. Some support is there through the TA and Broker working at keeping prices up. Nonetheless, dilution always forces prices down. Dilution needs to taper off before a firm bottom support can form. While dilution continues, prices will slowly move downward, this is a given.
I will be watching for a sudden drop in volume which will signal one or both of two events, buyers dwindling and dilution slowing.
Eventually, there will be few buyers left. There are fixed number of buyers for any given stock. People out there only have so much money to spend and I believe the buyer market is about saturated. Note mine is "about" not "is." There will still be some buying, but lessening.
Dilution, about ten-million shares being sold by NDOL insiders; form 144 filings. My guess is those insiders are fairly close to having sold those shares. There has been enough volume to absorb those ten-million shares since filing dates of the 144 forms. Might be a few million left, hard to guess on this.
Should dilution continue for another week, another two weeks, this would signal NDOL is dumping those billion shares. This will defeat any flipping potential.
Next week, I will be looking for a noticable drop in buying evidenced by drop in volume along with a more rapid decline in prices. Those two events would be a decent signal dilution is ending. Contrasting this, if volume falls and prices begin to fall at a faster rate, then dilution is continuing.
"and with great news possible with in the next 2 weeks...."
I have read the two next pr news which "appear" about ready to release. Unknown if those two items will actually be released. One is news of port facility acquistion and the other is news of mineral rights acquisition. Both do involve significantly high debt.
Last news of mineral rights acquisition only caused share price to drop because seasoned traders are not impressed; they see high debt and a strong need for dilution capital income.
If these two unreleased news items do come out, inherently there will be those who buy into news, quite foolishly. This might generate a rally but a very short lived rally.
I do not expect more than five cents to eight cents upward motion on news, and do not expect this upward motion to last for more than a day.
"...this will be great for flipping next week."
Possibly. I am doubtful about the "great" part. If flipping circumstances come about, this will be strictly for day traders who know how to get in and get out in a matter of hours. I would not hold NDOL for more than one market day.
Readers are cautioned what is discussed here is _possible_ potential for "flipping" in the near term. Flipping is extremely risky. More often, people lose money. As written many times, you need a live feed and you need a lot of experience at day trading. My sincere suggestion is for readers to NOT try flipping. Odds are stacked up against you leading to almost certain loss of money. This is especially true with NDOL because there is no confidence in NDOL and wide consensus is NDOL is a pump and dump scam.
I urge you to NOT try flipping this stock. I do not want to lead you into loss of money. Watch and learn. Place a bet, discover if you win, but do not gamble your money on this one.
To those that read this post here and on the just formed Purl room.
Although I have not visited nor really think it is one I wish to visit there is no excuse for anyone to bash another person.
This thread like other threads should be about the stock at hand. We can agree to disagree but do not need to bash or pump any stock. The personal attacks of one person or another are WRONG. Whether it be Purl,Mr. Parkin, The President of NWOG or anyone on this board or other boards. It is flat out wrong.
When somone, anyone attacks another person they are showing their lack of security in themselves.
This is a stock discussion board and as such the MOD should control where and how the board goes.
If the MOD allows the board to get out of control with personal attacks then there needs to be correction of the board.
No one wins when one human attacks another human being. The basis for all this attack on each other is about money pure and simple.
If anyone on this board had a neighbor who talked this way to each other would you put up with it or allow yourself to lower yourself to such depths to be funny or get the last word in or the last jab.
Treat others as you wish to be treated. As far as the Purl forum put up ,that shows a lack of class and integrity by making an attack on a person.
No need for that. Lets post information and facts and discuss those or let them speak for themselves.
If we need to then let us be so different as to agree to disagree with no malice.
When a person attacks another or makes fun of a stock another owns etc. they are showing their narrow mindedness and lack of wisdom.
I have invested in this stock and do not bash or pump and am not interested in discussing side notes on stuff that does not pertain to NWOG.
I respect others opinions and look at them as opinions. No need to post lies, conjecture or misinformation.
A good healthy discussion with reasonable people is good. If you are unreasonable or rude or just post stuff to bait people then you will get no response from me.
If you are respectful and honest and really care to discuss issues even if we agree to disagree that is fine. If you show disrespect for me then I will not reply to you.
I think this board could become civil again and actually be useful. But personal attacks do no one any good.
Purl, I do not agree with many of your posts but I want to apologize for those who have said or done things that are inappropriate towards you. That does not mean that I agree with your methods etc. It means that no- one should be abused.
To me that also means it is a two way street. You should not be abused nor should you abuse others. That goes for anyone on here.
A person of integrity would not act that way.
I probably will not address things like this in the future and will continue to post (what I consider factual things) from the company.
If you or anyone here wishes to discuss those things in a civil, non-condescending manner then I will try to show anyone here the respect that I would want given to me.
I am an honest person of integrity and I chose to be open to discussion but will not argue nor answer stupid questions.
I have done a bit of DD on NWOG and so I do not wish to be one who has to answer questions by looking up DD that those who ask questions should already know the answers.
Lets assume that we are all intelligent here and start from square one ok.
If there is no wish or desire for this kind of dialogue and persons here just wish to be closed minded and spew unsubstantiated opinion then I am not interested in that non-discussion.

This is worth ripping apart.
Spotting the end of dilution is very challenging. This is one of the more difficult talents to develop and even when talented, you are often fooled by false signals. None of us, no matter how many decades at this game, can accurately predict ending dilution; wrong more often.
Dilution, as you know, always leads to falling prices. Buyer market becomes saturated and those left are seasoned traders who know at the end of dilution will be the best prices.
Problem here is determining if buyers are simply gone leading to a drop in volume, or dilution is ending also leading to a drop in volume. Both events create the same end result.
Some clues are available but not often reliable.
An end of dilution is often signaled by a faster rate of price dropping and falling volume. Often prices stablilize, then volume increases slightly but not very much. This signals seasoned traders moving in for the best prices. They will buy like crazy causing volume to move up, slightly, but prices will remain the same; stable. Another clue of this is large block buying and, again, no real upward movement in prices. Seasoned traders often buy lots and lots of shares at a target buy price; a set price by rule.
Continued dilution is a bit easier to spot. During dilution, a broker or brokers will chase the price downward. Prices fall at a more rapid pace but volume remains relatively high. Clue here is prices do not stabilize; prices begin a faster rate of fall. This represents those who are fairly good at trading (and some fools) who are not quite sure if bottom has been reached. These more experienced traders but still somewhat new, will chase prices downward, to a degree; they know better than to keep chasing.
Many pitfalls and risks exist in trying to predict end of dilution. You can end up chasing prices down then discover prices continue down, even suddenly crashing resulting in loss of money. This is very typical of pink sheet stocks which have poor fundamentals. These become the sub-penny stocks; always losers.
Buying into falling prices with expectation of bottom support forming, is high risk. I do not suggest this for those new to trading.
Best protection you can afford your money is set a buy price, stick to it, do not chase prices down. Most important is to set a very tight "stop loss" sell price. For pinks like this, never hold upon a five percent loss. Sell instantly. Get the heck out. Does not matter if prices come back up and you miss potential for profit. Best game plan is to protect your money first, then work on making profits. Nine out of ten pink sheet stocks prove to be losers. Your odds are only one in ten of making a profit. Those are not good odds at all.

I will only comment on Littlefoot, "Whitewash."
I read today the I-Hub boys are making a concerted effort to encourage many to file complaints with the SEC about me. They have a group going now who monitor my articles, cut selected pieces out, then send falsified allegations to the SEC and NDOL.
Has no effect and does not change my style. I do not kneel before petty tyrants and racists.
Quite humorous. Perhaps this will garner SEC attention and result in a trading suspension. This could afford excellent flipping opportunity when a suspension comes to an end.
Wishful thinking, this will never happen and those boys are only making fools of themselves, more than usual. The SEC is not in the least bit interested in such idiocy coming from those childish boys.
Yeah, Blue, I have arrived and arrived and arrived! My moniker is becoming a household word out on the internet.
Some even compare me to Kevin Mitnik.
Playing the Robin Hood of stock markets is a very fun game! Problem is these tight green leotards make my butt look bigger.
I like my feathered hat, though! Kinda Indian!
Bow and arrow, of course this is a natural for me.
One item mentioned before, those boy made a big mistake slinging racial slurs at me. You will note the smurf boy wrote some racial slurs today. Those boys, dang, they always leave a paper trail.
You know, I might just file a complaint against a bunch of those boys for hate crimes. Wonder who will catch us first? The FBI or the SEC?
Least I would only have to deal with the SEC, which will never happen. Who knows on the hate crimes? The FBI take those seriously.
Filed a successful hate crime complaint, hmm, I think about three or four years back. Internet related and all. FBI were very nice, investigated, provided the perp's identity, offered to fully prosecute. Our family decided this racist was not worth our chasing after; FBI contacting him was enough of a warning. No problems since.
I keep excellent records of all online activities.
Maybe I will file hate crime complaints against a group of boys over at the I-Hub board.
Never know, I might just be mad enough to do that.

Why don't they just put a target on they're backs and plead with the SEC to investigate themselves and company! LMAO
BTW, on average, an SEC investigation takes 7 years...Quess they are longs..
