i'm very new to this so when does a split actually take place(time) at the beginning of the day or whenever the co. feels like?

Good point, Keith. I think this company is in entertainment or films. I didn't even bother looking for financials. I do know the company is dead broke, not a single cent to their name.
Hey, we are investing like most investors today! We don't know anything about the company, don't have a clue, but we are buying like crazy!

recently a few travel agencies, airlines and hotels have posted prices that were wrong on the internet. several have had the decimales in the wrong places...they have been honored....

The forward split is cancelled. The stock won't sell after the split. The stocks sells but very slowly.
Outside chance is some crook is watching all of this, will put together a conspiracy, pump the stock through boards, faxes and emails, and we earn $30,000 for their efforts.

Keith, you amaze me. I never, NEVER EVER, would have found some goofball deal like this.
It is worth my $250 just to have fun with you guys.
