thanks but really i don't want to argue either, when the SEC states in their document the Share holder on EX-date gets the divs. that is binding in a court of Law.

Ex-dividend date– On (or after) this date the security trades without its dividend. If you buy a dividend paying stock one day before the ex-dividend you will still get the dividend, but if you buy on the ex-dividend date, you won't get the dividend. Conversely, if you want to sell a stock and still receive a dividend that has been declared you need to sell on (or after) the ex-dividend day. The ex-date is the second business day before the date of record.

someone else do the math but i'm hearing post R/s from gluv there were 11 shares, also hearing that the transfer agent gave up shares early

nevermind keithsan - i read that somewhere - i will have to dig that up again. that was the reason for forward split.

my buddy called again LOL, this is from a guy jim bishop, my buddy says he's good and honest, I don't know. he's on I hub I don't travel there i did last night but when you don't know the good traders its a waste of time.

Brian at NASD Customer Complaints just called back after confirming with Nasdaq that GVRP ex dividend date it May 23 and it is trading Due Bills redeemable and yes....if I own it Monday morning I will be owed 3 million shares for every one share I own and they are due to be paid to me on or before the Due bills date of May 25th.

The company has been contacted with all relevant nasdaq information. There are more mms on the bid now. This started yesterday by friday they should know somethings wrong, 3 day rule
