Dish, over the weekend our little group here hammered out an agreement we would wait until Thursday or Friday to sell, and only dump no more than one-third of our shares.
We agreed to hold the other two-thirds on a bet this Media Magic outfit will become a pump & dump scam, driving prices above .0001 per.

This is the Crap that gets me someone bought 85000 shares at .0001 thats $8.50 for those shares who in the heck would spend that kind of money. I would say the minipulation has begun but I think its been around awhile. Ha

DENS........like I said earlier....one of those trades cost a total of fifty cents + trade fees. They were trying to trick people into doing market orders and it worked. I'll bet there are some pretty shocked sellers out there. LOL
PURL..........I know, we are going to be sitting pretty. Let the others dump, it works in our favor.

I am estimating the public short float is between five to seven-trillion shares. There is not a chance GVRP can buy those back anytime soon, much less afford to buy all those shares.
Some have indicated they plan to buy shares to drive prices up.
My guess is GVRP is not buying shares back but rather betting on the SEC to halt trading and allow them to weasel out of this.

With over a hundred-million shares traded, by now I am sure GVRP anxiety constipation has become anxiety attack explosive diarrhea.

I don't think SEC will halt trading. I think that would have already happened.
Here's a thought....since they didn't have shares to be trading.........like PURL said earlier, if we sell before ACTUAL shares are in our account, we could be guilty of the same thing....am I correct? That possibly could be used against us at a later time.
I'm with Keith, holding until at least Wed. Think we will be rewarded. JMO........everyone has one. LOL

How could I be guilty of trading shares that are posted in my account. If Im guilty then ameritrade should have not shown those shares in my account how would I know that they don't have them.

I agree, Dish. I don't "think" the SEC will halt trading. To unwind all of this is extremely complex. I also believe the SEC might be sensitive with so many sending in complaints. My hope is with so many complaints, the SEC is fearful of causing harm to share holders.
If there is a trading halt, it would last for days with so many trades made. It would take days to fix this mess.
Only solution I see for GVRP is a reverse split, followed by share registration.

Den and Dish, I agree. Risk of being liable for short shares is a point I argued for holding shares. In theory, the broker who sold us shares is responsible to deliver.
However, some brokers including Etrade, are trying to pass liability to the customer by forcing phone orders only, after a customer acknowleges there is liability attached. I am sure they are recording those calls to cover their butts.
Yes, I agree, too much risk and there is potential for better prices later on.
