I am attempting to run down the applicable rules and regs for a company to pull its share from trading. I refuse to change my order to Ameritrade to sell all my shares at $5.00. The longer we hold out the more the smoke will clear and the better information we all will have to make a decision. But, as long as my order to sell is in they cannot loan my shares.

sorry, reread the thread, and found my answer, I think. In 39 pages, it is easy to overlook things. It boggles my mind, the amount of time that some of ya'll have put into this. TY TY TY!! If this pans out, I might have to start a fan club for a few of you. PG, I wont have to for you, seems as if there is already one. Think I will hold this lotto ticket till it pays my sons college, or I loose a c-note. But I have to say this has been more fun than holding four of a kind, and being bet into.

Tex, not sure on the ticker change.....everything has been so haphazard with this deal, who knows? I assumed they might change, pure speculation on my part.

f/s, they won't show up till DTCC gives the greeen light. All Scotttrade offices will have instructions waiting for them when managers arrive, in about 30 minutes. They open about an hour before the bell. But if DTCC hasn't released, won't get em...The company threw out a desperation PR yesterday via business wire. You can see it earlier in the thread...

interesting....scotrade has toggled my account value around while i've been watching them..they don't seem to know what to do... i don't have my dividend...
the PPS is down to .000002 so the split is has to hold, they can't have both LOL...
next is getting my shares.......

Scottrade said that they have spoken with DTC and that the shares have not been received yet. Other brokerage's may post the split as a courtesy to their share holders but that DTC hasn't received any shares as of today. They will be posted into our accounts once they receive conformation from DTC...That is to protect them and to protect their client's.

i see you like to stir up a little trouble too..
You know what, these little companies do this to investors all the time, and yes I would love to see these people get what they deserve for a change. This kind of crap should be illegal. When I started online investing for fun 3 years ago, BOY was I naive!.......too much trust on my part.......thank God for woman's intuition...probably saved me more than a few times. LOL That is why I find it hard to trust people on boards and why I love it here....You are not getting your chain yanked all the time. Just good honest investors here and oh by the way, THANKS KEITH......you picked a super one here. This has been a ball regardless of the outcome.
