You out late or up early?
I've been going through all 83 pages on this thread. Still torn .... like an old sweater. Someting is telling me to stick this one out (risk vs. reward). I've just got to take this chance. If after AF's, and it aint what we thought it would be, will sell for a loss and move on along. Would not be my first loss. This is why I love the pennies. There is no casino near my home.

I have gone back a couple years, if I would have found this back in april when I first started trading.... good 'ole if word. anyway there is a lot here and in other forums that have compiled the DD. that certainly doesn't excuse their current business practices (including the bl0g) but with a little leeway for the newbies entering public domain IMO they will get where they want. I also think it will be another 3 - 6 months before we really gain any speed in pps. 1st step is transparency through the sec or even pink sheets. if the af makes edgar then that will accomplish that but they need to start filing the the forms also. another week to the af - pps could slide down a bit 'till friday but as we get closer next week it should start to show some life. when the af does hit, typical pink - if it doesn't hit edgar 1st... down goes frazier! (as repoman would say) They need to show how they plan on making the wheels turn.

IMO

Wow,...I'm impressed, you went through all 83 pages.

That's some good DD.

In regards to audited's not being what we expect,....keep an eye out for that.

They haven't been tooting their horn lately, so I'm a bit concerned.
Haven't been hearing anymore of those "eyebrows will be raised" comments.
They've toned it down quite a bit if you've all noticed.

They toned it down because of the high volume of idiot investors going Paparazi (sp) style on any investigative trails of verification.

With all the focus on the AF's and when will they come out and what will the numbers be, I thought I'd bring back to the forum some of the other reasons we're here, as even I'm starting to forget, only thinking of the AF's.

Okay, remember the shorts? Well, that's a factor in the PPS. What was the number being thrown around, something like 200Mil? Also, these first AF numbers are important, but not so much for what they are, but what they represent, which is transparency, making the CO. legit and paving the way to OTCBB. This puppy has come from .002 in Feb. to .12 +- in 11 Mths. or roughly 6,000 percent and this all on speculation. If all that they say turns out to be true as far as forward numbers forecast and uplisting, then short squeeze should come into play here. IMHO

All things considered, the PPS has held up incredibly well without any major sell offs. Also, per one of Peter's prior statements on his B log, Wessel (oh, yah remember Wessel?) has been buying and I got to say that looking at the volume over the past several months, it does look like there are less shares on the table being traded.

The risk to reward here looks to be about the same as it ever was. Days to the AF's now and let's face it we know it and so does Peter & Co. that if they don't deliver that they are toast, so we're all on the same page counting down the hours to liftoff or the crash and burn. I've come this far and if for no other reason, I'm sticking it out till next Wednesday (or sooner?) GLTA [Big Grin] [Big Grin] [Big Grin]

They stated it may come out sooner which I would really like to see. What would be the difference if they released it today or next week unless they have something working to push it up even further.

Perhaps they are trying to work for the next step and releasing to soon will cause a dip soon after the release.

Once you have the rock rolling you keep pushing it to keep it moving.

BooDog, Thanks
I first got in at the name change and have been adding and flipping along the way. I had forgot about the link to the 136 pages. As I looked back through some of the DD, I remembered that this is what really had me blinded. I was counting some serious $$$$$. No doubt this is what kept me in after we first hit .20 and then dropped back down through the teens. A lot of the posts from the last month have helped me realize that you just can't fall in love with a stock. You have to see both sides. Now I think I have seen enough. I'm ready for some #'s.

Wit, my guard is always up. While this seems to fall into the category of scam I like to look at the big picture. Risk Vs. reward plays the major factor and why I still hold a position here in the first place. IMO the 15th is the drop dead date, and you have to be able to show you were a shareholder for the law suit right? not that we would get anything back after a year or so of litigation, but when they hand you a PR like this it's just too hard to pass up. If they don't follow through then I’ll be posting the scam and manipulation articles right along with you.

Why would he PR this again? hmm

WINDSOR, ON, Nov 08, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Sulja Bros. Building Supplies Ltd. (PINKSHEETS: SLJB) CEO Petar Vucicevich reiterated today that the anticipated release date of the audited financial report for SLJB was in fact correct, and that the company and its management are still confident in the 11-15-2006 deadline to publish the report on their website, www.suljabros.com.

Vucicevich then again thanked all those interested for their patience during the period in which the report has undergone great internal scrutiny for complete accuracy. "This will clearly define the assets of Sulja Brothers for the fiscal '06 year-end and set the standard of how our efforts will be measured in the future by our shareholders, our partners in business development, and everyone else who has peered into the 'magnifying glass' that this report has seemingly generated," stated Vucicevich.

My take on the PR is Peter & Co. are letting everyone know they are fully aware of the consequences of not meeting the 15th deadline, that they will deliver by the 15th and it will all be worth the wait in the end. [Big Grin]

Now, will it come to pass? [Confused]

Still here and waiting along with the rest of you. [Roll Eyes]

Red-

That's just another plug for them.
They're trying to pump the pps up.

In the past, news of audited's has usually ran this up. I think people are becoming hip to this action.
We are keeping afloat, but not where they would like it so they felt like they had to remind us a second time, that they were definitely coming this time.

Again,....I'll mention, if they were all set last week,....what's the hold up. They want the pps higher? Why?

I wish I could figure that one out.....
Well,....whatever the reason,....we'll soon find out.

These redundant PR's and amiss CEO statements definitely seem to be planned strategic maneuvers. Remember in one of Petar’s late statements he said "or maybe not" with respects to good AFS. Why would he cast doubt when not nessessary? Regular people would freak as they have been and sell. Instead it is my belief PV wishes to erode shareholder confidence for some time, but for good reason, so that a select few like Wessel and the Arabs can buy in cheap. Because of this fairly obvious strategy I am confident that Petar is well aware of human emotion and I am comfortable in holding at this time, and realize that something good may come out of this planned psychological reversal with all the ambiguous dates and press releases, and that waiting for the football is all part of the game.
Perhaps this recognition explains the price performance, and perhaps other things explain it as well, but this is the message that some are decoding.
