Glad to see that everyone was not fooled by this pr.
I cannot believe the audacity of the board thinking that this could even possibly placate the users. Come Monday I see a lot of profit taking so they can get in before the AF on November 15th. I cannot see them releasing before then if they actually do.

Wit, another way to look at this
as far as #1....the wrong doings by their AF's delays won't get them in any trouble(even if they are never released), heck with all of illegal activity that takes place everyday by CEO's and share traders they could indict and prosecute every second of the trading day, but they don't and won't for whatever reason
#2 the investment firm deal is vague with no key details, but most likely, whatever it is, stand inline/court/red tape...Good Bye!
#3 class action lawsuit... goodluck.....based on what( how many suits like this have ever been won with compensation to penny shareholders), Pr's that may have been juiced, thats why they have the disclaimers at the bottom ( hoping big, but this is no GE...with accuracy of Pr's and liability to shareholders)
and for the PR... lets hope things work out....at least he has put the gun in his mouth

wit has a definite right to be concerned....the uncertainty is what drives you nuts with almost every penny..should i sell or should i buy......and they have put us to the ultimate holding test...so doubt is legimate, but at this point his cards are on the table....anymore bs and its obvious to the outcome
maybe if you have been one of the strongs through this for months and months it has worn you down, but maybe, just maybe there is a reason you are one of the one's that didn't sell, and will be rewarded very greatly, lets hope....time is on our side, my guess is it won't go down to the wire for the AF's, they won't cut it that close...uncase something come's up

1) What position do you hold in the company?
I am the Operations Manager at the Sulja Bros yard. I am also taking calls from investors.
2) When will the website be updated with company and product information?
The website developer is still working on the site. It will be updated as soon as possible. As you can see, they are revamping the entire site.
3) Why would you guys keep the **** and Q&A there with all of the negative posts, as your clients or potential clients might see the website?
At this point, we don't get our client orders from the website, so it's not a factor. We work with a lot of builders directly. After the AFs come out, I believe the tone on the site will change too.
4) If you're running the Operations, how do you manage to also do IR? How many calls are you getting a day? I would imagine after the AFs come out and more investors gain interest, you'll need someone full-time for IR.
I'm getting about 4-5 calls per day at this point, so I can manage. I agree that a formal IR dept will have to be developed in the future.
5) Does the Canada location only service the local area?
Yes, but we are looking to expand that further into Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana.
6) So you do not ship any building materials overseas?
No.
7) How do we get the supplies for the big deals we're landing in the Middle East.
Those deals are brokered. We have brokered deals here in Canada also. It's actually much easier to broker a deal and make profits.
8) Does CCM own Sulja?
Yes, they are the majority shareholder of Sulja Bros.
9) And Wessal will own 25% of Sulja also?
Yes, that's my understanding.
10) Who's on the BOD?
I'm not sure, but it's not me.
11) If Sulja's fiscal year-end is 12/31 and the AFs will only have the numbers through 5/31, when will the 3Q results be out and will they include 4 months, as to get on track with the new year-end?
I'm not sure.
12) In the PR today, who is Petar referring to when he says, "External Sources"?
I'm not sure.
13) Can we expect any PRs on closed deals prior to AFs?
The number one focus at this point is getting the AFs completed and posted with 100% accuracy. Obviously, the first one can be and has been a challenge. Also, the recent middle east holidays played a factor too.
14) Will the AFs be posted to EDGAR because I have not seen the Sulja CIK yet?
I would assume they will be posted on EDGAR also. Petar will do whatever is required by law.
15) Can you confirm if we still have that the $350M cement deal?
I don't know.
16) Do you see or speak to Petar often?
No, I don't. When I do see him, we are mostly discussing the local operations here.
17) Do you have any information regarding the lumber mill purchase?
It's my understanding that the U.S./Canada tariff agreement complicated the deal and it's still being discussed.
18) Can you confirm that the graphic in my IHUB profile is correct, so snips will leave me alone about it? LOL..just kidding on #18, but I did mention it to him.
Overall, Dave was a very nice guy. He didn't have a lot of information, but sounded very sure about the AFs being worked on, which is very important. I hope this helps everyone!

Today’s PR gives credibility to SLJB. This PR places a constraint on those that have been exploiting recent events. One thing that I and a lot of others have not liked over the past month is the obvious “appearance” that the CEO “might” be manipulating information via the **** and PR’s. Many investors have begun to suspect predictable price fluctuations were being created intentionally to allow share taking via pump tactics and scare tactics.
Granted, today’s PR could end up being yet another pump and dump tactic if AF’s aren’t released 15 November. Although, it is probably a safe bet to assume that the PPS will gradually (if not quickly) ascend in the days leading up to the 15th as those that sold attempt to get back in. However I see a lot of sideliners on this play even though there is still an opportunity to be a part of this under valuated company. They will be the ones sending nasty-grams to the SEC about price manipulation and the SEC might reply with something like, “Uhh, did you do your DD?”
So, yeah… I’m happy with this PR. It spoke directly to the smart investors’ unhappy perception of recently transpired events.

Ohio,.....I posted the above only to show the frustration of the holders. Not that I really believed all of it to happen.
As for this post, I am one of those strongs that you mentioned,....in here since early LFWK days,....being exactly what you said,...worn down, and add frustrated to the list. I have been put through that ultimate holding test,...to be let down, let down, and yet let down once again. With every postponement came distrust.
I didn't start off feeling like this, this is the end result of being strung along with many others here. I continue to hold some, just for that one small chance, that the company will do what it has been claiming to do all these months.
Your a wise man Ohio,...and I know that you know where I'm coming from. You recognize a basher from a frustrated long, that's what sets you aside from say, investicon for example.

Wit, I think you should hold until mid-day of the 14th and sell if nothing is released by then. Of course, there might be a shocker on the 15th but IMO this rises until release. Current holders won't let go and some that jumped may get back in. Although, I really think there will be a lot of siedliners on this one.

One problem that I'm having right now, is the timing of the pr today, the way it came smack dab in the middle of an obvious sell-off, and an obvious mad bunch of stockholders across the boards. They knew they had to rush and put something out fast,...we were nosediving.
Clearly, the review or whatever it was of the audited's is not completed or done. Had it truly been,....Petar would have thrown that out as fast as he could today. Instead, he threw out yet another stall tactic to buy more time and maintain the pps.
Do you honestly believe they are done Grande? If so, I'd like to hear your reasons as to why we have to wait another 12 days for them then.
I've put a lot of time, DD, and thought into this company, and I'm just calling it as I see it, that's all.

No one is forcing anyone to wait. I just made what, in my mind, seems to be a reasonable play if you have money invested which you fear may be at risk. Hold until mid-day the 14th and see what happens.
My reasons were simple. We are once again locked in waiting period of which those that did not sell today will refuse to sell for the next 11-ish days. Now if something happens in a positive direction with release of good AF's you may be pleasantly surprised if you hold a position. If you don't hold a position then you are just a sideliner... perhaps even a premature sideliner

Got back in this morning at .10, only to see it drop to .085, then shoot up to .125 after the news. This has been one HEII of a ride since I originally bought in March. Made bank a few times and now, well, I've got to stick around and see how the story ends, so GLTA !!!

I post in threads I don't hold a position in. Mostly because I am trying to uncover a scam pumping &%#^^* but also to scope things out. I watched the charts on this over the last couple days and the PPS did exactly what I thought it would. News changed things. Thankfully for any newbies that would have become bagholders. A good lesson, maybe they learned the importance of covering a position. I would have liked to pick up more on the drop but missed out due to insufficient funds since I thought we would go lower next week. but.... here we are... staring at each other.... again..... thankfully not literally

I think we will still go lower Boo for you to get more. The pr said we had about 12 more days, give or take a few,...that leaves some flipping days for some.
We will surely dip again while waiting.

I'm sorry, but I don't think you need a chart to know that when time goes by and AF's aren't released that people will sell and the price will go down. Everyone knew this thing would lose PPS as time lingred on without relevant news. Not really a ground breaking prediction or even reason to say, "I told you so".
