Haven't seen it in any PR. and I still can not connect to the bl0g or sulja home page to check there. chalk it up to rumor control eh? If they intend to file on edgar they are running out of time. verifiability for me would be to see it as a filing, not on a cheap poorly maintained web site.

I would think there are forms that could be filed to change the name of the company but, as far as I know Loftwerkers was never a reporting company to begin with. Therefore, there wouldn't be a CIK number anyway.

BooDog - Petar did state "on the sljb Bl0g" that they would release the AF's on the sljb web site at the same time they where posted on EDGAR. I think that is wishful thinking on his part. IMHO, EDGAR would lift this stock to the next level.

Janniebgood post #151902.

CIK# ISSUE PUT TO REST!!!

I just spoke again with Petar and confirmed they are going to use the Loftwerks' CIK number for the EDGAR filing.

Also congratulated him on the Vienna Village development and asked if he was going to use "our lumber". He said yes, since they are "right around the corner"! I told him about my posting that he would no doubt want to wash his right hand with his left, or vice versa, at which he chuckled.

Allrighty then, I've done my part! I'm going out for a while so please hold the onslaught of questions until a bit later. This was the entirety of today's "fireside chat with Petar". LOL

I guess I didn't dig deep enough on EDGAR to find LFWK CIK#

LOL
I wish I knew something. I leave that up to Imake, Schwabie, and Wit. Posting on EDGAR will prove that the company is legitimate and not another pinky scam. That should hopefuly drawing in some new and bigger investors. If not we will go up and then drop back like we have been doing over the last few months.

And companies are "allowed" to use any CIK they want to? So then can just use another comapnies number? Even if it is a sister co?

hmm, that's odd.

Red, I am no expert but if they file as a company name change this can be done. check the rule book.

But Boo, can this technically be called a 'business name change'?

That's not really what it was, but there's a possibility I guess, that they can pull it off with the right wording,....or no? I'll see.
