ANOTHER INDIVIDUAL WHO CLAIMS TO HAVE SPOKEN TO PV.
All of the following is from what I scribbled hastily as he spoke, so take it with a grain of salt.
First of all, us shareholders (not investors, but shareholders) have caused him considerable grief lately. He had the RCMP ? (Canadian verion of the CIA) waiting for him at his house because of all the shareholders thinking this is a scam (in a nutshell). In a little town like his, this kind of thing is huge. Big pain in his A$$. So he is not real happy about that (or us).
Probably the most important thing that he said was that of course he knew who did the audit. He held the interview guy in some amount of contempt, apparently. I didn't ask about whether the numbers were close. He did offer that what we're looking at is the financials of the company from June 1 2005 to May 31 2006 . The point of interest is the assets. They have assets and contracts from that time period that will be reflected in the AF's. The current entity has assets from 5 different countries! When you combine companies from 5 different countries, some assets are retained and some transferred. This apparently is complicated stuff (I've never tried it so I'll have to take his word for it).
Thus the difficulty in the audits. He also said that going forward, the quarterly reports will not be 'audited' , but the following annual report will be. This is due to the 5 countries involved. The difference in currencies alone is enough reason not to audit the quarterlies.
He also said that he has sealed a deal with Lefarge (?) for supplying cement ( I think he said to the ME). The deal is between $1 and $2 per metric ton for 42 metric tons. It will be realized over the next 3 years. This will translate into about $84 mil. I didn't ask about other deals.
Regarding shorting, he doesn't think of it as an issue. He WILL NOT issue any sort of dividend anytime soon (like years). He said that the only way this company could ever be a 'home depot' is if every cent goes back into the corporation.
I'll paraphrase here, but he basically said that the shareholders hoping to make a bunch of $$ real quick are not what he's about. He's building a company and short term market fluctuations don't concern him.
Wessal has bought about 100 mil through different 'American Concerns'. He himself doesn't own a single share in the company and he doens't allow his employees to own shares.
About Edgar, he said that they would "receive the AF's". I didn't totally understand what he was saying, but it was almost like since we're a pinky, Edgar might not choose to post them. Don't really know what he was trying to say.
I guess that's the jist of it. I'm glad I spoke with him and I'm looking forward to seeing the AF's on the 15th. (not before). I'll visit him in a few weeks. And he'll be gone next week so we're on our own lol. But I'll sleep well until then.
SO, PV AND HIS CREW DON'T OWN ANY SHARES? THAT'S VERY ODD..... HOW WILL THEY PROFIT THEN? I DON'T THINK THEIR SALARIES ARE THAT GOOD. NO INSIDER SHARES? NOTICE NO DIVIDEND NOW. SAYS EDGAR MAY NOT CHOOSE TO POST THEM, "YEAH RIGHT!" SHORTING IS NOT AN ISSUE (SO ENOUGH OF THAT, SHORTIE WILL HAVE TO COVER BULL.)

Canadian version of the CIA huh ... well let that be a wakeup call for PV, empty promises carry a consequence. He should think twice before he speaks, because unlike himself (who doesn't own shares) some of us are actually using real money here. So this coming Financials will be audited, but due to it's complexity, we're not to look for another AF for another year ? you would think that after they get educated the first time the second time should be a breeze. I can't seems to think of any down-side to the company by prohibiting employees from stock ownership ... can someone help me out with that ?

LoftWerks, Inc. Increases Authorized Shares: Anticipates Consultech Inc. Merger Monday February 6, 2006 1:34 pm ET
NASHVILLE, TN--(MARKET WIRE)--Feb 6, 2006 -- LoftWerks, Inc. (Other OTC:LFWK.PK - News) today announced that it was increasing its number of authorized shares by 300,000,000. A company spokesperson explained that this increased number of shares was necessary to insure adequate capitalization, prior to LoftWerks' planned merger with Consultech Construction Management, Inc. "We believe that this move will help to insure shareholder dollar value and facilitate our operations during the merger process," said LoftWerks CEO Dennis Ammerman. "Our future partners at Consultech have requested that we make this move in anticipation of the merger to provide continuity in our operations. I know that it is unorthodox in its application, but in this case, we feel that 'dilution is the solution' we need to attack this situation from both sides of the fence." Ammerman continued, "Our financials will be out prior to February 10, 2006. They will ensure our shareholders that an 'out-of-the-box' response to what would normally be a steady downward spiral to posting a shell for sale, is made and enacted by a company that is truly ready to climb out of boxes!" Ammerman further explained that this authorization has been done in anticipation of a future reverse stock split, which will be announced well in advance and according to the best interests of all shareholders. Consultech Director-General Petar Vucicevich expressed his excitement regarding the upcoming merger. "We see a true opportunity to create something really special for all of our shareholders," he said. "This increased authorization will insure that everything will continue to run smoothly during the pendency of the merger process."
WINDSOR, ON -- (MARKET WIRE) -- September 13, 2006 -- Sulja Bros. Building Supplies Ltd. (PINKSHEETS: SLJB) CEO Petar Vucicevich is proud to announce a shareholder update.
CEO Petar Vucicevich stated: "As the new CEO, Sulja Bros. will continue on the same path that Steve Sulja created. We will not reverse spilt our shares or change the share structure. The company will continue the Middle East growth with the same philosophy of 'Excellence.' Our customers and shareholders are the primary concern. We will strive to close amicable contracts that will increase the size and price per share of the company. I will approach this task with the same conviction as my predecessor.
"The company financial audit is nearing completion. We anticipate having the audit stamped this week. Early next week the completed audit will be available for shareholders to view at www.suljabros.com. I will also issue a new statement made available at the same website on Monday morning."

A POSTING FROM AN ASSOCIATE, OF THE INDIVIDUAL WHO INTERVIEWED PV FOR THAT JOKE OF AN ARTICLE. (LINK BELOW)
I GUESS THIS IS HIS PERSONAL OFF-RECORD OPINION OF PV AFTER IT WAS DONE.
Gary did get his interview with Petar today in Colchester. I could go in depth, but the bottom line he doesn't have a good feel. Petar would not confirm anything about our operations and would give no names out. He even seemed to distance himself from the promised numbers (and the pro-forma) saying he didn't even know who did the unaudited numbers.
However, he did say that an audit was coming, but not from whom (not KPMG or PWC).
Petar did have a passport with UAE, Germany and England stamps on them and the UAE one matched the dates of his trip there for our Al Reem hotel and land announcement.
Gary like I said is very skeptical and things just didn't seem to fit for him. He would have liked to see more definitive proof of operations but Petar would not provide them. He said there is only one person on the board of directors and it's not Leo. According to Gary, the Suljas are not involved anymore but he's still trying to confirm all this.
It also appears that the land being bought up in Colcester is under Petar's name and not Kore. Now this could be transferred to the company at a later date, but it's technically his right now.
It appears the RCMP (their equivalent of the FBI) has already interviewed Petar (Petar confirmed this).<.b> If we have concerns, he suggested we contact the Ontario Securities Commission and file a consumer complaint (even if you just what more info).
I don't know what to think of all of this. It certainly doesn't sound good based on Gary's impression and lack of info from Petar. Could it be Petar's way of scaring out the rest of us penny infestors by keeping his mouth shut until the final minute and then surprising us, will the numbers come up short, or is this the scam of the century and then some. I have no idea. It would concern me if the Sulja's are completely gone from the picture and it's just Petar remaining. I think everyone here knows I'm a straight shooter and we are at where we are at. Where that is, I have no idea.
Gary is still working on the story and is hoping to have something in the paper tomorrow and Monday (depending on the editors). I guess you could say our reporter is in the same boat as the rest of us. He knows the Sulja operation is real and doing business and the Sulja's are a well respected family in the area but on the other hand you have Petar who for whatever reason will not give out more information on what the heck is going on. Why? Please don't shoot the messenger. It is what it is. The saga continues! I'd love to hear what others are thinking. Looks like a long weekend!

It seems as this is gonna be a big blowup, or a big "psych" to anyone who sells and then this thing takes off, because of some info or rumors that may be starting about PV.
I feel like I am watching Afternoon SOAPs now
Can't wait to see what this week brings.

Just keeping it honest here. I got out completely this morning at .1275 Too many red flags recently and I don't have a good feeling in the pit of my stomach. For one, this whole AF thing and how it's been handled is alarming. Secondly, if they don't deliver on Wed. I'm concerned trading may be halted. Third, if it ends up being not all above board and Petar is conveniently out of the country, then SLJB can claim that he was responsible and wash their hands of it, while Petar is basking in the Dubai sunshine the rest of his life. On the other hand, maybe AF's will come out on Wed. (or sooner?) and blow everyone’s minds and PPS will "Go to Da Moon). In any event, I made bank on this a few times since .025 and it's onto other plays for me. I truly wish you all the best. GLTA

I was talking with some of my colleagues, and we were thinking the delay could have been created to give them more time for deposits. These could very well be blowout numbers.

Haven't seen anything new with the website, but there was some activity by some form of admin earlier on the ****. The amount of messages in the reply to Petar's "Welcome" section went from 122 down to 6 so it appears someone might have been trying to clean it up. There are still a couple trash messages in there though, so who knows why they messed with it.

Sounds like they are setting themselves up for another delay.
If wessal is only able to buy a somany percent a day based on volume, I wonder if they are wait for that to be completed before the release the AF's. This would keep the PPS down.
Last unconfirmable report had wessal owning a 100 million shares.

Could be a bash tactic also. Someone mentioned the pucker meter in ihub was at the max. I have to agree. 3 words in pinks that say "run muffin man run!" IF HOPE MAYBE I'm sue more can be added. The only reason it hasn't tanked yet is by now most are on free shares and have their finger on the trigger to take the last of the profits. One bad thing about Scottrade is it doesn't let you put a stop loss on the penny stinkers. I have to be on the trigger live to get out. So my pucker level is a little different than most. IMO no AF today this will be back on the micro board tomorrow. how's that for increasing the pucker level?
