well, if a CEO's job is to erode shareholder confidence then Petar is doing his job.
unprofessional 'loose' CEO statements that god awful **** stating deadlines, missing deadlines, saying will never set a deadline again, then setting another deadline
i could go on, but I won't. I'm as interested as everyone else to see what happens on (or before!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! heads up, they could come ANY time!) the 15th. Maintain a small position.

I'd say he wins the jackpot on that one!

HossTrader. Am I hoping that the CEO is manipulating the stock price absolutely not, I think Petar wants to get this stock rolling at some point. Is postponing the financials what I am hoping for no. Is postponing the financials manipulation no. Is eroding confidence to allow a select few to purchase shares at a lower rate manipulation no. Why, because the message Petar has been sending is a mixed one hence the ambiguity and it is your choice to select and attend to any given part of the message, I just hope that my selection was the one that evaluated all the possible options.

Someone posted this over on I-Hub. Wondering what your take on it is. It appears it adds validity to Petar's role as a dealmaker since the source is a newspaper and not a marketwire PR put out by his own company. The part that makes me wonder is how the mayor and the town planner could have no idea of this supposed development:
Gary Rennie, Windsor Star Published: Wednesday, November 08, 2006
ESSEX - A proposed $20-million commercial development for Colchester Village is getting bigger all the time, with talk now of a European partner building a cheese factory and another factory to make wooden spindles, The Star was told Tuesday.
Petar Vucicevich, director of Kore International, described both factories as "done deals." Earlier, the company had announced plans for a $1-million Kronk boxing gym, stores, shops, and bed-and-breakfast style accommodation -- all to be done in an architectural theme based on Vienna's city centre, according to Vucicevich.
Even though Kore is getting ready to knock down unwanted buildings in Colchester, surprised town officials say they've yet to be officially informed of any of the plans for the village or nearby areas.
Worrying about a development surge without an overall plan, council this week approved the drafting of an interim land use control bylaw for a large section of former Colchester South, from Colchester Village, south of County Road 50, to the town's western boundary with Amherstburg.
But Vucicevich said he doesn't have to approach the town until he's ready to ask for building permits. As far as he's aware, he said the properties acquired by Kore don't require rezoning for the uses he has in mind.
Coun. Bill Caixeiro said the town doesn't want to discourage development, especially factories that could generate needed jobs. But the town also has to make sure the kinds of planning mistakes made in the past aren't repeated, he said.
A prime example, Caixeiro said, are the many residential beach subdivisions served by private roads that aren't connected in any orderly way. The patchwork of private roads makes it difficult to provide timely police, fire and ambulance services along the Lake Erie shoreline, he said.
And while industrial growth is wanted, it shouldn't be scattered throughout the town, Caixeiro said.

IN THE DARK
"We don't know anything official about it," Mayor Ron McDermott said of the Kore development. Town planner Chad Jeffery said he's had no contact with the developer and knows little more than what he's read about in The Star.

There's that sentance being used again by PV.... "It's a done deal".
Again,....if this is factual, why has this not been mentioned by the company.

All this going on and the town officials aren't aware ?
So,...let me see if I understand this..."It's a done deal",...yet he says: Vucicevich said he doesn't have to approach the town until he's ready to ask for building permits .
PV, how is the "DEAL DONE", if you haven't even pulled the permits yet, and the town isn't even aware ?

THE MAYOR KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT IT!!! SO, IS PV THE ONLY ONE THAT THINKS IT'S 'A DONE DEAL'?
THE TOWN PLANNER KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT THIS OTHER THAN WHAT HE READ IN THIS STAR ARTICLE .

Didn't see Sulja Bros. mentioned in that article, instead it said "Petar Vucicevich, director of Kore International". What's up with that?

I didn't see Consultech mentioned in that article as well. Last time I knew, Kore International was the name of the IR Rep they were using before LFWK became SLJB.

LOL However you want to spin it.
A company executive doing anything to lower share price to allow someone to purchase at a lower price is manipulation. In any context.

I read your above posts. Crazy huh..... Like I mentioned to you recently,....it's not a done deal here till we see the numbers, AND even then, continue to be cautious, and keep your eyes open. So many things just don't add up, and something tells me, long after the audited's come, the trend's going to continue on.

Can we start this type or reporting right now so we can get our money and run? If the US gov. has any input it will take years for this to happen. It sounds like a great idea.

Why do I get the impression there are hundreds of others like myself, staring at the bid and ask today, to see which way she's going to swing? Volume is currently light and there's been a real tug of war going on between .105 / .12 Seems to be a stalemate at present. No one wants to be left out, but no one wants to be left holding the bags either. Looks like a draw at the moment?
Four trading days to the 15th. and countdown is in progress. It's so quite in here you can hear a pin drop. The anticipation is about to build and the "To Da Moon" HaHaHa We'll see. GLTA

Which PR states that the AF's will be posted on EDGAR. If you are talking about Petar's BS b l o g post then you are in for a disappointment. I give little or no credibility to any statements made in the sljb B L O G. The last two PRs don't say anything about EDGAR they clearly state the SLJB web site.
