This is just a shame,....a real shame.

Investor, I have to think back & laugh at where you were with this months ago,
and where you are now with it. Too funny!! We all come around eventually. LOL

I'm sure Ihub is excited today, making light of all this and calling it a buying op. !!!

At this point, I think we can ALL agree that even when the financials come out, Peter's accountability is now forever compromised and the companies image has been damaged. A new CEO might correct this? Steve Sulja, where are you? [Confused]

Just read that SLJB has been reported to SEC.
I saw a copy of the written letter.

Many holders are fed-up I guess.
Can't blame any of them.

Adwald-

Honestly,...I'm not convinced they even have them at this point.

I'm really starting to wonder if this has all been an elaborate scheme. I don't have any inside info. on that,...I'm just beginning to wonder.

I'm hoping that the SEC will definitely put some pressure on them though,...and if they have been deceiving us,....I hope they give it to them good!

This is just ridiculous at this point, and all this silence really doesn't help matters any.

Sure guys,....give me a few minutes.
I have to go back there, I'll copy & paste it here.
It's not the shareholders letter, it's the SEC response back to them.

SLJB Sets Release Date of Audited Financials: November 15, 2006

Internet Wire via COMTEX

Nov 3, 2006 12:50:43 PM

Deadline Called by Board... "If Not Sooner"

WINDSOR, ON, Nov 03, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX News Network) --

Sulja Bros. Building Supplies Ltd. (PINKSHEETS: SLJB) today announced that the Board of Directors has completed the in-house review of their financial audit, and they have set a "date-certain" to release the information. CEO Petar Vucicevich stated today, "We have collectively agreed that on November 15, the audit will be posted for public inspection on www.suljabros.com. We also agreed that we would make every effort to post the document sooner than the 15th (November) if at all possible."

Vucicevich further stated, "We understand fully and completely the time issue involved and the necessity for complete accuracy in the audit report. This has taken much longer than anyone here could have possibly imagined. The end result for us however must and does remain constant. It is simply unacceptable for external factors to affect the accuracy of this report. And I am stating now that they have not. We set November 15th as an absolute deadline for public release of the financials, but we will make every effort to put the report out sooner."

This contains forward-looking information within the meaning of The Private Securities Litigation Act of 1995. Forward-looking statements may be identified through the use of words such as "expects," "will," "anticipates," "estimates," "believes," or statements indicating certain actions: "may," "could," "should" or "might occur." Such forward-looking statements involve certain risks and uncertainties. The actual result may differ materially from such forward-looking statements. The company does not undertake to publicly update or revise its forward-looking statements even if experience or future changes make it clear that any projected results (expressed or implied) will not be realized.

Is anyone else wondering about this?.....

They just said this in their pr :
The Board of Directors has COMPLETED the in-house review of their financial audit

Is this really true?
Or,..was this a quick plan to stop the selling?
They said they " completed " the review.

Why are we waiting then ?
What are we waiting for ?

I think they got nervous today and threw this pr out there, to halt the selling,
as they continue to "review" the papers, or whatever else they're up to.

After making us wait all this time, why would they make us wait even more ?

I agree with Wit.
We've been at a RED stop light for a while waiting for it to turn green. When the light does turn green we typically mash the gas and go ... We don't turn around and tell the other passengers in the car that the light is green ...we just go !!. Now we get this PR saying the light is green but we are going to go in about a week and a half.
Hats off to them for the PR tactic ... It did stop the sell off, but I'm definitely NOT waiting till the 15th.

I still can't understand why we have to wait an additional 12 days
if they are all completed & reviewed as he claims
.

What's going to happen from now till then?

That is the magic question.

By then we will have:

Election Day
Veterans Day
Rememberance Day (Canadian)

with each of these holidays, that will push the financials back to the second Tuesday of next week.

I swear [Smile]
