this is funny or maybe not. Someone on I-hub posted that someone just called the ceo and he said this merger may not happen. Well that was all past knowledge that the ceo already posted on the web site. A lot of people sold off on that bash, but made more cheap shares for us.

A/S IS ONLY 30 MILLION!!!!! This explains why Etrade started restricting buys. The MM's are super short on this 1.

That day BHUB traded 1.3 billion shares, everyone assumed that the O/S was in the billions, with it being a triple zero stock and all. The MMs probably were caught by surprise by that 1.3 billion volume share day and simply naked shorted in order to handle the transactions over these past couple days. If you have been watching L2 you will see how easily they uptick this .000 stock.

Here's a post from The_Pink_Lawyer, one of I-Hub's top posters! He loves BHUB!
Summary of the MOASS about to hit BHUB! Mother of all short squeezes:
Several posters have spoken with Burke, the CEO of Cyberhand, which is the reverse merger partner of BHUB. These posters report that Burke told them that the BHUB float is 20 million shares. See, e.g.,

BHUB was formerly incorporated in Florida, but pursuant to a 10-SB filing, changed its State of Incorporation to Delaware, as follows: "In May 1999, the Company changed its name to TheBigHub.com, Inc. and elected to change the state of its incorporation from Florida to Delaware. See Notes 6 and 10." See, e.g., http://esignal.brand.edgar-online.com/DisplayFilingRTFandXSL.aspx?Type=RTF&filin gid=514659
That 10-SB filing confirms that BHUB was formerly known as "Coordinated Healthcare" and "Isleuth," which matches the information Pinksheets.com has on BHUB, as follows:

BHUB hasn't gone ballistic yet because no one knows about the short squeeze. That day BHUB traded 1.3 billion shares, everyone just assumed that the O/S was in the billions. Then folks went off on that reverse merger binge.
BUT, as I have been saying for awhile now, it looked to me like the MMs were caught by surprise on that day and simply naked shorted BHUB in order to handle the volume. I say that because normally, big runs like BHUB had are frontloaded and the MMs know what's going on and can prepare for it. Since that 1.3 billion share day, BHUB has been trading like a low floater. I believe the MMs have continued to naked short, covering some along the way, since.
Now, with Burke confirming that according to his understanding, there is 20 million in the BHUB float and having re-confirmed with Delaware that such a share structure is in fact the case, finally people are becoming aware of the short situation. This is breaking news!

I dont buy into the idea that the P&D folks work for the market makers. They are just folks like you and me, sometimes groups that buy in at a very low price and pump it, pump it real good to get buyers in and then dump. there have been many here that have done it and thankfully Bob and crew take care of it when they can. As my little tag line says. only trust yourself. TMAN...
