We contacted Penson Financial in regards to BHUB this morning and they have informed us that DTC has not released its global lock on the security. The volume you may be seeing today is most likely away from the market, on the inside. There is no trading being done by the general investing public.

Called Etrade Bhub is trading you have to call your order in. The bid and ask are 0 at the present time because you cannot place any order less than .00001. Call Etrade at 1-800-387-2331 youself. Option 1 when you get connected and ask if Bhub is trading.

Yes..I saw that this morning...but what will it mean for BHUB stockholders? It sure would be nice to recoup some of the losses from this one. I had pretty much written this one off....maybe there is some hope:)

Interesting thing happened with this. Someone on IHub posted that they got a letter from Penson about BHUB, and it turns out I had gotten the same letter, but had yet to open it. I had sold most of my BHUB shares the day before the halt, and they took the shares but never gave me the money, saying that the trade never cleared. The letter says the following:
"This letter serves as notification that Penson Financial Services, Inc. the clearing firm, has recently processed instructions, which resulted in a securities or cash disbursement from your account." Blah blah blah.
Then on the back, where they show the transaction it says "Recipient Name" and has my name, "Transaction description: Move BHUB to T7", "Symbol/Cusip or Currency: USD", "# of shares or amount:" and has the amount of BHUB shares that I sold in May of 2007 that I never got the money for.
Maybe they are finally unlocking the global halt and the trade will finally be settled. It would be nice to get the money back that has been kept from me for over 18 months.

Just spend about 20 minutes on hold wiht Choicetrade. Guy said he was talking to a bunch of people at Penson and none of them knew the origina of the letter or what it means. He said he was involved in a lot of the original back and forth when BHUB was halted, and he hand't been contacted by anyone else about this letter yet, and said he was very excited that at least SOMETHING seemed to be going on. He said that he will e-mail me when he has more info. I will pass along anything that I find out.
