Great job, Farmerboy. Another good one is here -- take a look at:

I thought the $25,000 was an SEC rule, not a broker rule. Be careful there.

This is not a case where a company can dilute and screw the people playing the short, so I can't understand what he's getting at exactly.
Oh well. My best guess is it won't go as high as some people think or as low as others think
nope...left early this morning and just now getting back... I posted it in case it might affect today's trading, and of course in case there actually is a tie between Yucatan & Spparrow-Wong: If so, would make it easier to suspend, imo... anyway. got some catching up to do...

I almost bought some this morning hoping to get to .0045 today, and see that I would have been right (good feeling) - still made the money elsewhere, but wanted to say congrats to all here - GREAT PLAY!

What'd you work like a 4 hour day? Must be nice
Nothing new. No one really knows who is responsible for them at this point, as far as I know.
All i know is with an A/S of 50 million, and over 11x that many traded just today, somethign doesn't add up. Right now I'm betting against a halt, but if a halt comes it will probably come without warning, so don't leave more in here than you are willing to lose. (That's for all of you, not just Jenna)

Is there any more news or does anyone think that this will continue?....Who's responsible for the "extra" shares that were traded?

Cola- no sweat, I was aware of that. Also, I remember last month I found float of 20m- cannot find where the hell i found it- still looking....will post
I'm with you- also betting against the The Trading suspension. Yucatan is doing everything they can to keep that from happening. If the SEC does suspend trading- It will be temporary. Yucatan, has probably gathered and investigated all the information, and what they don't have- they will subpeona in the court order. I don't believe the SEC will get involved too much, if a District Court Judge is already doing the job. I should find out by Wednesday- the legal filings.
Also, I am of the frame of mind- that the SEC will follow statutes, and not try to help out the brokers- "possibly 1.5b shares frudulent" that's alot of money that could run away to the next galaxy, lol...or at least $3.00

I was wondering that as well Tex. BCIT has been "temporarily" suspended for what, 2 years now?

I made a 400% gain on the initial run and I'll leave it at that (in*.0004 & out *.0016). Something about this just doesn't smell right at this point (no, I didn't pass gas). A halt could come at any time. I might throw a few more C notes at it just for kicks but that's about it. I wouldn't go long on this one folks.

anyway, for real--what does this mean: "SEC suspension temporary" ???
Anyway, appreciate and respect the heads up, but I am gonna let this one play out. I took my capital off the table, and am willing to see where it goes from here.

Tex, I meant- if and when the SEC suspend's trading- it will not last long(14-45 days I would guess) I say this because, disposition of the fraudulent shares will be court ordered "void". The uproar this would cause-(seriously...think about it)- would be craaaazy! So, I think eventually, they will have to let the squeeze run. But, I am cautious that- they will have a convenient amount of time to buy back without breakin' there balz. I don't think there is much they can do without violating statutes, unless they ratify the statute- and you know how fast the American Lawmaker's are- "we are working toward a viable and satifactory agreement"...blah,blah,blah.
Anyway, sorry so winded, I have been tearin' up the lines with this one. I just need 4 more peices of verification, and I will know how this will play. All imo, of course. will post, if you're interested.

Zero...
SEC suspension is for 10 days...
to do another one? they have to show a reason different from the original suspension
posted
Tex-- SEC has "administrative judges" that can "suspend trading" for pretty much anything within the boundaries of law, and for any amount of time. I didn't know it was for 10 days- have never seen it less than 14, thanks. I do know- they "scale the reason's", in order to have leverage with any investigation. IMO this is a huge can of worms for the SEC- I think they will let Yucatan pursue it(they have already been investigating it for ??3mo??) Still hitting the books- to find out the intrepetive law v Statute. I think in the end- the SEC will either be- all in or fold. I will have a better idea midweek, hopefully. Just waiting confirmation of court filings. Will post if you're interested.
EDIT:: Also, I don't mean they can suspend 10 times in a row- but extensions can and probably will be filed pending criminal, civil, several discovery and motion hearings, blah, blah. hurry and wait, bit by bit.lol
