10%, was just covering my bases there squizz...
I did think it through, I did not want to look back in a few years and say, I could of converted billions and look at the stock price now...but your right, I did not want to dilute the stock, I have been waiting to hear about this..

Volume is listed VIA E-trade and Yahoo as 102,000,000 though I swear I saw it around 115,000,000 about 20 mins ago.. What is going on? Too much Captian Morgan this morning? LOL....

The Fight Network Obtains Exclusive Rights

TORONTO -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 03/13/07 -- Blackout Media Corp.'s (PINKSHEETS: BKMP) -- The Fight Network's -- North America's first and only all combatant sports and entertainment channel is pleased to announce that it has obtained the exclusive rights to broadcast the long awaited rematch between light heavyweight legends American Virgil Hill and German Henry Maske. Hill is a five-time champion whose victory over Maske more than a decade ago not only sent the German boxer into retirement but was the only loss in his career.

The fight will take place in Germany and be broadcast live by The Fight Network starting at 4:00 on Saturday March 31st. "Over the last half century it's safe to say that Virgil Hill and Henry Maske are two of boxing's premiere light heavyweight champions," said Brian Sobie, Fight Network Vice-President of Programming. "For us to secure the exclusive rights to show their first meeting live in Canada is an enormous thrill. There's no doubt this will be a 'can't miss' event for Canadian boxing fans."

Virgil Hill enters the match with a 55-5 (23 knockouts) while Henry Maske sports a 30-1 record with 11 knockouts. During his career Hill defeated stars like Frank Tate and Fabrice Tiozzo. "It's not often two legends collide," added. Sobie "This is going to be a historic day and boxing and we're thrilled to be part of it."

You just don't see this much good news on a stock PPS this low. I expect for BKMP to explode in a few days once confidence is gain by more investors. This could be really big soon. I just wish I had more funds available to load up more.

if they are buying back 5 billion more shares, then the pps will stay low so that they can get a good deal.i dont see this stock going anywhere.

Dilution causes pps to drop. Buying back should increase pps. It will only stay low as long as people keep selling low. Once they are gone, the BKMP will shoot to the moon.

If they buy back 5 billion and retire them, A R/S is less likely.... The less shares on the market the better the price has to move up... but if they dump them back on the market than the price drops= R/S to lower shares on the market and increase value....IMO
