If the percentage of ownership is the same whether they split or not, then why bother with an IPO?
Question: With Bob being the majority shareholder, can he decide to eliminate rshn's stake in AR? Does anybody know if he can legally do this?

I would spin it off if I was Bob. He can leave RSHN alone, sell the 3B shares set aside for AR and get it really running. He can then let RSHN rise as AR rises. (THAT will happen only if he once again reduces the shares) I would also buy Garden and spin it off. Like a spider in a web, raking in a bit off of every company. Then as suitors want to buy each product, sell them off. (Now that would indeed hurt RSHN in the long run.)
JMHO..... great questions screamer. This is a far cry from IHUB in responses.

No Screamer, you have not to my knowledge, and I would have known because I hold grudges..... lol (just kidding )
I had to 'out myself' awhile back because I guess my post's showed a 'feminine flair', and at times I guess I would make remarks that made some think I was a 'gay man'. Not to mention being called, dude, guy, and sir. My favorite was when some would say, "Wit, you da man!",....PRICELESS!

Pincher- feel free to private message me anytime with any questions you should have. I'm always happy to help out anyone new. I don't always like to voice my opinions openly, I'm sure you can see why,...Ahemmmm
Good luck here and be careful.

what about the buffalo bills comeback victory over the Houston Oilers in 1992? We were behind 35-3 earlier in the second half and still won the game.
That was a pretty sweet game!

Not sweet for us Oilers fans! I remember that g mae- friggin choke central, couldn't muster any offense and the Bills got lucky on every play - that was unreal! I got my revenge though when I went to the Titans/Bills playoff game in 1999/00 - Music City Miracle lateral kickoff return - I WAS THERE - THAT was SWEET JUSTICE!!
I hopefully didn't just throw away another $500 - bought another 1mill shares at .0005 !!

Hi everyone. Sitting back and watching. Lots of new faces and some old ones. Buyers are back, just need some sellers. Most today seem to be at the ask, not the bid.
Good luck everyone!

I have also been watching and waiting... One question has been bugging me, and maybe someone knows the answer. What was the O/S and float when RSHN had its huge run last year? I'm trying to do the math.... If the float was 1B shares last year and it ran to 0.01 or so, and today the float is 3B, and if it has a similar run as last year, couldn't the new high be about 0.003-0.004 or so? Just wondering. Any comments on this would be greatly appreciated.
Have a great day, DrZ

Welllllll.... that is quite a question Dr. Z. I am figureing it was around 3B and is now 4.4 B. The math makes my head hurt. Bottom line is.... on one know. I doubt it was anywhere near 1B.

Just curious to know if this stuff is available outside of California. Specifically, the mid-Atlantic. I'd like to give a try and put it to the test.

beecwood, supposedly it is available in a lot of places. Finding it is the other story. You can order it from the website if you are in the U.S.

Beechwood, there are quite a few places where you can find the products, but rarely all at the same place. ie I can get GRXXX at one store locally and in the next town, only GR. None carry Rush Cola. I have to order that online.
I don't think anyone is carrying AR yet, it is still awaiting organic approval. However you can order online AR and ARR. (Raspberry) I was slipped a sample of the four new flavors and am still trying them out.
There are a couple of good web sites out there put together by shareholders that list the stores. (They are much better than the one on the RSHN site.) Mad Tony is the main one I have used in the past I think.
I have not found a drink yet that I did not like, however I prefer some better than others. CHECK LOCAL HEALTH FOOD STORES and that is the best way without a list.

ya, all in all, it really shouldn't be this hard to get the product. I mean if soooo many like the taste, this tells me that it would sell, if Bob would get off his arse and start moving it to the big stores.
bahhhhhh, frustration...

Yeah, distributions is my biggest fustration as well. However, last year I went from none to two stores locally. I would settle for two more this year as long as they carry AR products.

Here is a bit of sad news. Lets hope it is at an end for now.
CLYP total since the start of dilution is 1,006,000,000 shares. However all numbers from February are lost. I will estimate around 300M shares in February. That would put the new but estimated total since the start around 1.3B.

they HAVE to give some type of PR that talks of numbers, distribution or something relevant - It is a NEW quarter and hopefully some positive things will start - we'll see
added more last week at .0005, hoping for ANY type of upward movement!!!

If calls to Bob last week are correct... (IF) Garden is now in a new deal. (Hard to keep track of them at this point) However, Bob is NOT giveing up easy on them.
AR has sold large amounts of product... but can not deliver yet. They are waiting for final approval from the Goverment on official Organic certification. The new run of 4 flavors has it on the bottle cap and lable. No deliveries until that is signed and sealed by the government.

cklington has the right attitude on this board. He is telling us to be patient. I was at the Coca Cola Museum a few years ago in Atlanta and learned the Coke was not an overnight success. It tastes good, etc., but there was a whole lot of marketing going on and a long time went by before Coke caught on. Drinks like Red Bull and a couple of other ones are rare exceptions imo. It's time to give Bob some slack and let him market. It will catch on. The time is now right!

DasTexan, No one has said Garden is off. Just that it has changed how it will happen several times. If it does finally fall through, I doubt we will hear about it. That has been the past track.
My shares do not hinge on Garden anyway. I still look at them as a small distributor who would be good to control, but not critical to future growth. My shares are still thinking Japan is the big enchilada. Now if Japan falls through, I will be disappointed.

From what I have seen, they are wondering along with the rest of us. Unfortunatley, looks like so many things still hung in llimbo. Just wish gravity would get hold of one of them and let it drop. What planet are we on anyway?
