Poorly written PR IMO. All over the place, not enough specific detail. And once again no numbers as to what the waiting orders were, how many there were, and where they were going.

Interesting news on a somewhat positive note,....On the negative side,..I was hoping for some figures in there, but that may be a little premature right now, looks to me like this is just 'getting going'. (Wish I could say that for the pps).

None the less,.....we got a few things in the works, and if Bobby would stop the "D",....maybe we could finally get somewhere.....

I think.... I wish RSHN would send another PR today with some break down and numbers. It just seems we get so hyped for things to happen and we get good news, yet the MM's find a way or reason to hold us back. It is not there fault however, as Corr does not spell it out in clear terms for investors. I would like to change the thread when Corr actually issues a letter to shareholders stating that dilution has ended and away we go. It just seems to much to constantly change the thread name and for the stock to do nothing. I am not saying it is only upto me. Let's make it democratic and take suggestions???

My suggestion would be to wait for one more bit of news.

No matter how much we change the thread name,...the sad 'fact' is that this is not going to do much till the dilution stops.

NOW,....a pr 'stating that he is done',..WOULD DO WONDERS as there are many standing on the sidelines, not making a move to get in till they see where this is going.

Then, maybe we can label the thread a topic regarding finally 'being able to move up'. (Not in those words exactly, but something to let everyone know that the cue to 'go' is on).

That's just my opinion, but you guys can do whatever your little hearts desire,....LOL
I promise not to scold you. LOL [Big Grin]

Seems that RSHN may still be leaking shares like a sieve. What happened to no more dilution needed after the certification? I agree that the only thing that is going to be worth touting at this point will be no more dilution, or huge new sales, which could be one and the same.

I have posted this on the other boards and I will here as well. I have asked (and havent been lied to yet) the folks at RSHN about dilution. And their answer went something like this.........

"Yes it did happen and for good reason because we wanted Garden and to produce all the NEW producs you see us selling now."

They HAVE NOT been diluting since after I went to the first show. There are a lot of MMs out there with oodles of shares they gobbled up on our way down. Take it for what its worth but I have not been lied to since I have been asking questions and I doubt that they are going to start.......especially now. JMHO

GO RSHN!!!$$$!!!

I still like this heading for RSHN. This is right on the mark, the future is indeed bright. Things will get moving eventually, there is just too much going on to keep it down forever. I agree that some numbers would be good. However, I would put that down in a couple of days, let this one sink in to the AH crowd getting home and looking for a new stock to get into. Some of us live here......

Here is an article from Barrons......

Rushnet Targets Japanese Market

RushNet, Inc. (OTC: RSHN)

Japan is the initial target market for RushNet's sales of their new beverage, Deep Ocean Water from Hawaii.

Hawaiian Deep Ocean Water is harvested from 600 meters - 2,000 feet below the Ocean surface off Oahu, Hawaii, where the water has been protected from the influences of the toxic environment of the Earth's surface. This remarkably pure resource is considered the healthiest source of water available today. It undergoes state of the art desalinization and R/O treatment on station, and is securely shipped to RushNet Inc. in 5,200 gallon flexitank lined containers. Link to DO Water process: http://www.hookline.com/ewater/DOHawaiikeynote.pdf

Japan is the ultimate test market for beverages; it has six million vending machines and 40,000-plus convenience stores. The result is about 1,000 new drink products released every year, making Japan's beverage market among the most crowded in the world. Hit drinks can sell half a billion cans a year. The approach has made Japan into a kind of world-wide beverage testing ground, says Gary Hemphill, managing director of the Beverage Marketing Corp. in New York.

Japan has a prolonged interest in beverages that are energy and health enhancers. In the U.S., soft-drinks makers usually conduct years of consumer research before launching a product. Japanese producers do limited research, throw new varieties on the shelves and see what happens.

Minoru Matsumoto, a senior officer at Seven & I Holdings Co. -- Japan's biggest convenience-store operator and the owner of 7-Eleven stores world-wide says it is typical for Japanese customers to become bored with drinks faster than ever.

To keep up with this constant desire for new products, convenience-store chains demand beverage makers provide them with unique -- and sometimes exclusive -- products. Advanced in-store technology tracks sales daily, and flops are pulled from the shelves in as little as three weeks. The power of the convenience stores is so great that they sometimes charge drink makers "placement fees" to secure prime real estate in the drinks aisle.

Pressure to maintain the right image with consumers and a good standing with retailers pushes beverage makers to launch hundreds of new drinks a year.

"It's becoming a self-perpetuating system," says Dave McCaughan, executive vice president at marketing communications company McCann Erickson Japan, a part of Interpublic Group of Cos.' McCann Worldgroup. "The whole industry is just geared towards new products, new products, new products."

This is a smart move for Rushnet. Japan's beverage industry is well developed and Deep Ocean Water is the type of product consumers are willing to try in a country where brand loyalty is almost non-existent.

IMAKE You must be right. He has bought all this concentrate (well over $500k worth) just to sit back and make a few hundred thousand dollars of shareholders money by diluting so that he could run away with all his concentrate and sit on a beach somewhere and suck his apple juice down. All the while hes laughing at all of us suckers sitting here like lambs waiting for something to NOT happen.

Wake up

If your worried....SELL why wait??? Get out NOW and sell your shares and save your rear from the big bad Bob.

IMAKE i said it earlier and will again. They havent lied to me yet. Everything they have said will happen has and MANY people know what I mean because I was sharing with them through email and phone calls. I dont lie but I also dont have to listen to the likes of you slamming me for sharing what I was told.

I dont make accusations, I dont lie. I also dont talk about things I know nothing about. Try making a phone call and act civilized and maybe someone will share something with you too. These guys are great people if you would go meet them and get to know them you would find that out as well.

Forget it.....you all just stay here and prepare for the sky to fall...Im going elsewhere!

Later

Take it easy the chrisPy, there is no need to get upset. This cespool (OTC) is full of sharks, IMAKE is just wearing his shark suit and is a tad pesamistic. Looking at the world through rose colored glasses in this market is going to leave a "investor" broke. Bob may be trying to do the right thing but I have been to this dance before and it's pretty hard for a leopard to change its spots.

Funny thing is you just may see RSHN gap up tomorrow on the open. It traded 150mil and closed up. That will catch some eyes. The news was not half bad either. Should prove to be interesting... especially if we get another PR Friday.

I really think that we need a new title for this thread including the USDA approval.

Government approvals are few and far between with Pink stocks. Let's take advantage of it.

I agree, this PR is just smoke & mirrors, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that you need to hit Japan & China, 2 very big markets. Until we see some numbers ( i.e. Earnings ) the pps will stay at this support level of 5, we hope. IMO, I bet the operating expenses out way any foreseeable future revenue about 5 to 1 or higher ( i.e. Debt vs. Earnings ). We need to figure out what their assets are, plus unit costs with any other tangibles, then we can get an idea on some kind of numbers ( i.e. Debt ) to soften the shock value, if we ever do see some numbers....lol GLTA

Add 40M AH to that total Robbie. Final total for the day around 191M. Not bad volume.

Should be interesting in the morning, but will not hold my breath. That was ugly today to squash such a nice PR like that. The MM's were brutal.

I think what alot of you fail to see is RSHN has no debt. The only real property it owns is an office, Garden and all the trucks, wharehouses etc. And that was paid for in cash and stock. ie we own it no debt.

Overhead..as we have diluted to manufacture any runs of late there is also no debt there. Most production is done through contract bottlers and brewers. ie cash for service... not debt.

Revenue streams... product is being sold and replenished. Garden brings us positive cash flow of upwards of $5,000,000 yearly. I would say when all is said and done we are in good shape as far as liability and overhead.

Robbie you need not forget that RSHN also OWNS nearly a million dollars of materials needed to meet production demands for its launch, which by the way just fired up yesterday.

Things are going to be looking great for all of us in the near future.

GO RSHN!!!

sev278-

Yes,. it appears it is for AR, however, we do have a stake in that as well,....as far as this being strange,....yup, it does come off that way,...but the fact is that the ball is just beginning to roll now, we SHOULD start seeing something going very shortly as all these orders can now be filled & delivered. If we don't,....'I will screammmmm'!!!!

This is in fact,...'the moment we've all been waiting for',.....It will be interesting to see how this all plays out.
