So you would rather chase than get in cheaply now? Regardless of what the ticker shows today or next Wed. ....that will all be behind us in the next couple weeks.
I dont play allot of other pennies so Im no expert. What I do know are machine tools and good work ethic when i see it in someone. What I saw last Saturday when I walked up to RSHN's booth were two guys sweatin, working, smiling constantly, and answering happy delighted people wanting to knwo where to buy the products locally.
RSHN bought Garden for one reason....to get their products out to the public once they get the certification. That is happening sometime before the 5th of May. Alex told me and he has never once lied about anything if it was alright to say. Things that deal with speculation he wont comment on but he is very certain of the certification coming before the 5th.
Rumor took this over a penny a year ago. Facts, contracts, cash flow, and sales will keep it there. Good luck in your despising red. I dont like it either and Im relatively certain I have almost seen the last of it in this stock.

Every chart out there looks good, news I was told was ALL good, the consumers responce was outstanding and all the pieces of the puzzle are finally coming together all at once.
10 days from now life will be different for Bob Corr and RSHN longs. IMO

Hanging here and watching. Seems like a lot of thing finally coming together. However it would be good to have a realistic update on Japan and Asia. Just would like to know what where that stands.

RushNet also has unveiled its e-water(TM) label for Japan. A copy of the label can be viewed at http://www.applerush.com/japanese%20ewater%20LABEL.pdf . This label has been submitted to the Japanese Ministry of Health via the Importing Agent as part of the ongoing approval process. While that process is nearing its conclusion, the company feels confident it will be able to secure an order for its first container sometime next month.

Im sorry I dont have anything to update as of yet. yesterday my meeting turned into having drinks down on the riverfront with my customers and their staff. I didnt get home until 11PM last night and then I woke up late for he trip to Chicago today. Basically I let all of you down because in order to get to Soldier Field in time I couldnt go by RSHN on my way into town today and I apologize for that.
There is a silver lining to this though because as I talked to Matt today he told me that it isnt a problem that I didnt get the products to him today and it may be a good thing because he was very busy with all of the hoopla going on with theplayers draft and the guests at the party.
Alex phoned me while I was on the 50 yd line walking the field and I told him I would call back in 4 hours. He told me he would like me to talk to Bob when I call back to get to know him so I wil be calling Monday and talk to Bob about taking product up to Halas Hall (Bears headquarters) to turn over to the trainers of the Chicago Bears. I will do this some time within the next 2 weeks as time allows me to travel back to the Chicago area.
Again I am sorry I let everyone down and didnt follow through with things the way I told you I would but I have a business to run and that involves meetings like this one I hadnt planned on. I apologize to anyone who feels I let them down.
I wil forward any info I get in the next few days,

I apologize for NOT being on a better schedule Saturday but I had people running late as well as myself and I was not able to get to RSHN before going to Soldier Field for the Draft Day party.
I have spoken to Alex and he said that the USDA officialwill be in town for the Fancy Foods show this weekend at McCormick where he will be meeting with RSHN and the bottler folks from MN. to present them both with their certifications. That is how it is supposed to play out and Alex said he feels positive that it will.
One question I was able to get an answer to right now was the one pertaining to the quantity of cases produced in aday by the bottlers. Alex told me that number is 5000 cases per day meaning that once they get certification they can begin and have 15000 cases commited and sold to customers already.
Once I speak to Bob today or in the morning I should have answers to most of the other questions as well. Alex wants me to get to speak to Bob and get to know him so he wants me to direct the other questions to him.
I will share the rest when I have more information.
Now since I didnt get the product or brochures to the people at Soldier Field Saturday, I will promise right now to do so within the next two weeks when time will allow me to travel back to Chicago. I have work commitments I must address first but I promise I will get up there before May 15th. Im sorry I dropped that ball and I have no good excuse. I rarely fall short when I make a promise, but I was weak and stayed out a bit to late Friday night and got a late start. Again I apologize but will follow through with my promise very soon.

You know that I found out nearly every bit of the things I have shared with you and the other boards by calling into RSHN and keeping an open mind and a tight lip on the finger pointing. I have read posts from people who are highly educated and called and got no where because they implied wrong doing rather than supporting the few who are working very diligently every day to make this thing come together.
I dont know how many people realize there are only 5 people working very hard to get all the pieces into place so WE can ALL be rewarded for our patience and loyality to our company. Some call it a sham, ripoff, POS ect.... but those are the ones who are either a "closet RSHN holder" or probably got burned after the run up last year. Last years run came on lame news and much rumor, and everyone looked around when it didnt hold. This run is not only going to be built upon facts but SIGNED contracts.
I told Alex that they should keep anything that sounds like a fluff PR under their hats and ONLY release numbers, contracts, and FACTS! I was told today that they are interviewing two University of Illinois grads to help take this to the next level and that they are both very computer literate and web savoy to help with the website and its sales as well as many other duties. Alex also explained that they realize the web site isnt all that it should be and that is going to change within a couple of weeks. His reply to my statement of "the investors need to be better informed good or bad" was sumed up by saying that in the very near future the company hopes to do just that but through its website with weekly updates to be found in the investors link, rather than through PR's. Those will be kept for the very important and news worthy information.
Lastly I asked about Japan and was told to direct that to Bob later on today or tomorrow morning. However I was informed that there are other areas of S.E. Asia that havent been talked about like So. Korea. Evidently there is a dist. in that country which is very excited and loves the samples of AR, ARR and other flavors sent to them and wishes to set up trade once they can use the USDA seal. Quantities were not discussed but just the fact that they want the product says they know something good when they try it! This is going to be big stuff folks so if you call and talk.....be POSITIVE and proactive like a teammate should be and you can find out alot. Yell, cuss, accuse, and threaten and you wont like what you hear from what I have read on here and other boards.
Like I said I will fill ya all in when I talk to Bob later today or tomorrow.

I just got off the phone with Bob. He was kinda like me and a bit rough around the edges but that was cool because we had a great talk. He wants me to call back tomorrow and he will tell me about the new things coming with E-Water and Japan, and there are a few but I will wait until I have the whole story before writing about them.
What he did answer was the question about Organic Cola. He said that by late August he expects to have a solid base established with AR and its cousins so he can focus on the other new organic drinks which the Cola is definately one.
He said the following....It will be a Pasturized Certified Organic Rush Cola in 16 oz plastic bottles to compete with other drink mfg. who have plastic bottles (use your imagination).
About upcoming shows, RSHN is going to be at the Organic shows in San Fransico and Washington DC and their booth will be 2x's as big as Chicagos show and with ALL the products that are certified organic as well as having AR in a fountain type drink like a soda dispensor at a fast food joint.
I will let you all know about ewater and Japan tomorrow.

Its my pleasure to do this. I was guilty for the longest time just taking what was being "spoon fed" to me via the boards. It wasnt until I decided a couple weeks ago to take a stand for myself and go check things out that i really did get informed.
I share the things Im finding out with everyone, and I am trying my very best NOT to add any of my own feelings or remarks into my posts where they do not belong. That way you can see I am just reporting and not telling stories.
I do want everyone to know that this information would be available to you once you call and get a little bit of a relationship going with the guys at RSHN. At first they were not warm and fuzzy talking to me, however, once we talked then we met, they realized I wasnt the enemy and were more than willing to talk of plans and the path they seek for this company down the road.
As I said before, I spoke to Bob today and will again tomorrow. He is sending E-Water and other products for me to hand over to Matt from the Bears marketing dept for them to read, try and evaluate on their own time before summer training camp. I wil back out of everything following the release of material to Matt because that is for them and Bob to handle and not myself. I repair and rebuild machinery and not people and other companies business deals. Networking is there to be used if done correctly and this is the best I can do.
Lastly, I will be attending the Fancy Foods show Sunday afternoon as a guest of RSHN and will advise you all of everything Sunday night when I return home. I will also be taking photos of what I witness there again and WILL do a better job of steadying my camera and planning my photos before I snap them unlike last time. I kind of just snapped away and didnt plan the shots, so they sucked. My bad!

I enjoy reading your posts and dig your enthusiasm and tenacity following up with RSHN. I, as some other RSHN followers, got burned because we bought into the hype and now are deeply in the red with this stock. Your posts make me want to hold on to the precious little bundle I have and hope for the best. Please keep up the good work, and please keep sending us updates.

Alright here we go......Straight from Bobs mouth 5 min ago so take it how you wish.....
Me - First off Bob, I was asked to tell you thank you for taking this company forward and not giving up when times got tough. Bob - The shareholders are a tough crowd to please when the game is hurry up and wait. Dealing with the goverment of this or other countries takes time and it has snags along its path as well. Tell everyone you talk to (you all) that we appreciate their patience and dedication. You ALL will be rewarded and glad you stayed the course. ( I tried to get it all in his words but I dont know dictation)
Q - Japan Deal....Still on??? A - Yes and information covering more than one version of E-Water label, formulas, and other necessary flow charts covering production processes have been delivered. They have hired a Japanese company to handle the introduction of ALL RSHN products as they come online. There will be press releases as these things occur.
Q - I was told that So. Korea is interested in the AR and Organic line of products. Is this actually moving along? A - "Yes very much so.... They are excited and really love the samples we sent to them. They want the entire Organic line and E-Water"
Q - Is dilution over A - Dilution was a necessary evil. Bringing on all the new products within the last year took cash and lots of it. Bottle design, can design, plastic bottle design all takes money. Every time we changed a label we had to resubmit some of the paperwork to Japan which also takes money. Buying a distribution system of our own took allot of money. Dilution had to occur to make things happen and currently is finished. The Certification is scheduled to be complete by the 10th of May at the outside but cold happen before that date and that will assure us of no further dilution being needed. We are ina very good position right now. ( I couldnt write fast enough to put quotation. Some of that came from memory, but I wrote the highlites down and I dont think I added any of my own flavor to that)
Q - E-Water designs and sizes? Anything new there??? A - 3 New designs as well as new sizes. (He did NOT say 3 new sizes, just that there were going to be new sizes)
Q - E-Water promo in California.....how did that go?? A - A couple of dist. have had good re-orders, but the health club promo with the movie and such didnt go well, in part because they couldnt get re-orders filled. We think that is a major reason for it not working so well, so we are going to try that locally (Chicagoland area) soon where we can be certain the supply meets the demand.
I was asked if we could pick this up Sunday when I meet them in Chicago so I wil find out about the share structure and float then. Maybe I will take him to lunch and sit down and relax where he can talk more freely, because he kept getting calls while we were talking and it made it difficult to keep a flow going in one direction.
