I found something about the math of OS and market cap, if the market cap is 24.96K and the price is .0005 then in theory, if properly priced stock should be at 50m OS. I'm probably wrong or maybe my math is. I created a short Wiki on wikipedia for RushNet! Please edit it and make it look pretty.

RSHN on Wikipedia? Now that is humorus. If you do a search on the Nevada State Corporation web site, you can see the A/S. Bob recently filed to sell 44M shares. He stated a 3.4B in a PR and then diluted 1B more shares over several months.

Everyone now waiting for OFFICIAL word that Garden Distribution is now closed and 100% owned by RSHN. Fingers crossed.

Charts says this should go up now. Needs more volume maybe. Things look pretty good if we could get the OS AS and any kind of future outlook or financials. Good financials or sales and this thing might take off. If only they would release something about those. Im completly impartial, I have no shares in this(GO CHNW!)

In theory.... CLYP is out fo the way for now. That way the run will not be killed by dilution. However USDA approval of AR products and the biggie.... Japan..... will need to come across to really keep us moving.

Fingers crossed.....

I'm curious, is the above posted in ADDITION to what he has already dumped?

I wonder if he actually started that one yet... [Roll Eyes]

Will he dump those into the release of that 'Garden news'?

Bob has 6 months to actully sell them if I remember right. Y, he will dump them at some point, but may set the bid higher on news of Japan. However he could recoup some on news of Garden. However in the grand scheme of things.... 44M is not much. Does mean that Bob is expecting a nice run though. That alone gives me hope.

EDIT: Yes, those are Private Shares, and would be added to the float.

And, I agree, 44M,...is a drop in the
bucket compared to what he has already diluted.

ROFL... from another board...... "Gemma is still waiting for Bob's approval to release the PR" I bet she will learn as well after this about timing.

Guess Bob is going to PR late or back to the future and PR on Friday again.

vitaminwater Goes xxx
Posted: 3/28/2007 5:24:49 PM

get your mind out of the gutter – we’re talking about triple the antioxidants...

whitestone, ny (march 28, 2007) the ultimate in performance enhancement has hit the market. no, this has nothing to do with explicit adult content or anything ‘uncensored'. but, it does have a lot to do with antioxidants to help keep people healthy and fighting free radicals so they can last longer. glaceau, makers of vitaminwater®, fruitwater® and smartwater®, continues to bring science and nature together in its new, healthy and great tasting variety - vitaminwater xxx.

the flavor of xxx blends the taste of acai, blueberry, and pomegranate bringing the antioxidant levels for this brand new variety off the charts. antioxidants have been proven to provide enormous health benefits in helping to fight cell damage, aiding in maintaining good health and preventing disease.

with 15 varieties, each providing a unique flavor and function, xxx joins the vitaminwater line-up and provides the best bang for your buck (much more than the $1.99/minute you would have spent on that ‘phone call.')

"we are excited to launch xxx which will provide vitaminwater drinkers with yet another healthy option," said dr. carol dollard ph.d, chief operating officer, glaceau. "not only does xxx pack a punch with its flavor blend, but everyone can also rest assured that with the triple antioxidant ingredients, their bodies are being well taken care of."

leave it to vitaminwater to provide you with something both xxx and au-naturale. xxx will be available nationwide for a suggested retail price of $1.49.

Zola Açaí Power Juice Line Now USDA Certified Organic
Posted: 3/27/2007 11:09:25 AM

All three Zola flavors – Açaí Original, Açaí + Pineapple, and Açaí + Blueberry – now carry the USDA Organic seal.

SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. (Mar. 27, 2007) - Zola Acai, the world's first Acai Power Juice and the best selling single Acai drink in the natural foods channel according to the SPINS market research firm, has been Certified Organic by QAI as of December 2006. All three Zola flavors - Acai Original, Acai + Pineapple, and Acai + Blueberry - now carry the USDA Organic seal.

"Zola has always used 100% organic Acai and being officially certified as organic reaffirms our commitment to sustainable harvesting and to the preservation of the Amazon rainforest. It also lets our customers know that all three of our flavors are from 100% unfiltered, organic Acai," said Chris Cuvelier, Zola Acai's founder and president. "In addition, organic beverages experienced a 97 percent sales increase over the last five years, and sales are estimated to reach over $2 billion by 2011. Given this tremendous category growth, we see our own organic certification as a very positive development for Zola."

Zola Acai is made from 100% unfiltered pulp of organic, antioxidant-rich Acai berries and infused with energy-sustaining Guaraná powder, giving consumers health and power in Amazon-sized quantities. Zola is available in three flavors: Acai + Pineapple, Acai + Blueberry, and the newly renamed Acai Original. They are available in 11-ounce singles, and in 12-pack cases for bulk purchases, both of which ship in newly updated packaging.

About Zola Acai
Zola Acai combines a proprietary processing technology with an authentic Brazilian recipe to produce an organic, all-natural, shelf-stable product that tastes great. Our key ingredient is the organic Acai berry, which has more antioxidants than any other edible fruit on the planet, including 60 percent more than pomegranates and 500 percent more than blueberries. As the world's first Acai Power Juice, Zola is made from 100% unfiltered pulp of these antioxidant-rich Acai berries and infused with energy-sustaining Guaraná powder, giving consumers health and power in Amazon-sized quantities. Zola's powerful combination of carbs, protein, and Guaraná caffeine is perfect for people on the go who need hours of sustained energy without a crash. Zola's packaging is 12-month shelf stable, giving retailers the flexibility to sell Zola Acai in produce coolers and on grocery shelves. Zola is sold nationally at Whole Foods, Wild Oats, and Vitamin Shoppe, and regionally at King Sooper, Ralphs, Wegmans and Costco. Zola is available in three flavors: Acai Original, Acai + Pineapple, and Acai + Blueberry. For more information, visit www.DrinkZola.com.

Morning everyone. If there really was a PR, they held it until this week. Today would be a good way to start the week. However, who knows what happened. I guess we will see. I don't think they have ever released a PR at the start of the week.

RushNet, Inc Buys Chicago Beverage DistributorLast update: 4/17/2007 9:44:14 AMBLUE ISLAND, Ill., Apr 17, 2007 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- RushNet, Inc. (Pink Sheets:RSHN) is pleased to announce that the company has signed a contract to acquire the assets of Garden Beverage, Inc., a Metro-Chicago beverage distributor. Garden Beverage will become a subsidiary of RushNet, Inc in an acquisition that was financed entirely by RushNet. The very capable Garden Beverage management team will continue to operate this growing distributorship through the transition period, and they will also play an integral role in the future direction and operation of the three year old company. Garden Beverage hit its 2006 sales projection with revenues in excess of $5 million, and sales during Q1 of 2007 exceeded those for the same period in 2006. RushNet is implementing an aggressive growth strategy for Garden in 2007 that includes both an expanded distribution territory and deeper penetration into their existing territory for the fine, high-performing brands they handle. Additionally, two new divisions are being created that will focus on health-orientated Specialty Beverages and On-Premise sales. To support all of the above RushNet intends to add additional personnel and trucks to meet the anticipated demand in the 2007 summer beverage season. RushNet President Robert Corr stated: "I'm glad we got this deal done as it, importantly, gives us a division focused entirely on distribution in our home market. Garden Beverage is an inspired company and has grown impressively in a short time to become a real factor in the beverages it distributes. I am looking forward to working with all of the people there to help take them to the next level. As I've stated before it's only by controlling your distribution that a company ensures its success and longevity in the beverage industry. In the 3rd largest market in the U.S. we now have that platform, and it will give the people at Garden and the brands they carry, along with RushNet's marketed brands, the deeper market penetration and rich growth." He continued, "It's a fine opportunity now for RushNet and its shareholders to see real appreciation in their investments in the future. Some proposed deals turn out to not be in the best interests of shareholders, i.e. burdensome debt and ownership dilution, and we back away from them like the brewery acquisition and PPM announced last year. However, we continue to explore other opportunities in the manufacturing of beverages which would be the third phase of RushNet's long- term growth strategy, distribution is the second. We got the Garden deal done in eight months, which is within the customary window for such things. I want to thank our shareholders for their patience and support of us." Statements, which are not historical facts, are forward-looking statements. I was rediculed for posting this deal as done when I was told it was done by Bob and Garden. Now it seems the PR is here and looks as though the man came through. I hope we sustain this growth from this point on.
