I agree Surfer in the short term it will help (maybe) but with out s4's being filed etc we as shareholders will probably not be told of selling. I doubt we will ever see a PR of the CEO selling X amount of shares. lol. TMAN...

volume is low for this to be moving up like this. That is a really good thing for us, but not the shorts.

surfer, ndol wasnt until May. Made out like a bandit with that one too. lol. The rest of my picks for the year sucked except for the first fgfc run. SHould have taken my hard profits and invested elsewhere instead of buying back in. LOL. TMAN...

Surfer, that's not true. The opposite of dilution would be buying back and cancelling shares. It IS dilution in that your X shares is a smaller % of the total outstanding shares.
[X / Old total] is less than [X / (Old Total + Shares given to management]
So literally, it is dilution. you may not see the effect of it unless/until they start selling shares, but you still own less of the company than you did before, which is the definition of dilution.

Typically when a company offers shares for monetary compensation the shares will be held as preferred for 2 years. Thats when dilution might occur.
But all is moot untill proof of said shares is p.r'ed or filed

That is always a hard question to answer shrimant. I got shook out of usxp last year to early. I sold in increments but got skeared. lol. I still made out nicely but not greatly. You did the right thing in covering your capital. That gives you money to play another day. TMAN...

I know what you mean tman...I did the same with USXP. Could have made a whole lot more but sold most on the way up. Did the same here.SOld most of mine for a 133% gain, and all I have left are 400000 shares. Hope I didn't sell too quick. I have a feeling that this is gonna keep on going in spite of my selling lol.

Nice job shrimant. Always better to be safe than sorry. I sold some today also but I'm still holding plenty. Been a great week and a loooooooooong time coming. Glad people are making some nice money with CHNW. Nice to finally be able to look at it in my account and smile.
Good luck

so to shrimant. Any profit is good profit. Never went broke taking profits.
Well said RockLobster and great play. Can't worry about coulda, woulda, shoulda. Everytime something starts to run it becomes the next USXP. If it is great but the most important thing is protecting your capital.

very nice move, plus after pulling down capital it makes it easier to hold onto some for potential huge gains
profit is profit is profit, don't ever look back !
