Just got off the phone with Andrew(40 minutes). Do you guys want news now, or should I wait until after the bell, so people don't call me a pumper. LOL

Didn't FHAL fall pretty hard after the first pump? I seem to remember it going to .20 then back down to .08 before the run to 1.65. Then it fell again to .65 before the run to $4...
Of course we all know what happened after that...
But Aero is a real company...
Anyway what I'm trying to say is I don't think this game is over even in the short term. I'll add to my 100K shares if we dip down to the .02's.

Just let us know what he said, it won't matter to the pps today anyway. Last hour on Friday nothing happens.

Already did, he said that was done before current management was put in place. He said that FCCN is in the process of cleaning up the company(filings,10k's,10Q's). They are not concerned with anything, but getting the company ready. There will be no new business, so to speak, just cleaning up what has already been done. I'll post more in a minute. __________________ -Cassity

-They will be announcing all business for Aero, now that the definitive agreement is complete. He expects a very active PR campaign.
-Javelin is doing FCCN's audits
-Private firm is doing Aero's audits
-Developing a new website now that definitive agreement is complete.
-Should be an update on Aero's distribution
-Should be update on 1.5 million given to Aero (within days). (explanation if it was a private placement) He said, it like giving money to yourself. He also stated that in manufacturing(which I'm getting my degree in) a company will have loans of hundreds of millions, even if they make 100's of millions.(I was already aware of this) They need the money for RIPID growth.
-There are many filings that FCCN needs to get cleaned up. FCCN was a lazy piece of chit company.
-Aero value will decide where we are listed after merger. People wanted unaudited fins on Aero, he said that this would be very dangerous. If they were off on the unaudited fins, the board could be sued and it could do more damage than good.
-Stated that being a pinksheet company and being involved with NASCAR, would not be a good idea. Aero will NOT be a pink.
-I spoke to him about a previous merger he was involved with(Nicholas and some Chinese company) He stated this acquisition will better. The Chinese company came in with their own management and completely dropped the ball. They didn't put out any PR's and wanted to do everything themselves. There was more to this, but that's the highlights.
There was also more to the conversation, but you would just have to be there. The main thing I received from the call is that there is much more news to come. Some will come in the short term and some will take awhile. Point is that they are completing the deal and they are doing it RIGHT. So go listen to some dumb-ass basher or relax, as for me, I think I'll take a break from all the B/S. It's going to happen and it's going to be BIG. GLTA __________________

Hope it helps y'all out. I just don't want people spreading B/S all over. I think people should call Andrew. I've spoken to a lot of companies in the past year and the only one that came accross as professional as him is CBAY's IR guy Tim. Most of them just want to pump their stock or they don't tell you anything, because the company is a POS. I'll talk to everyone this weekend. Take care.

This is from IHUB, I have to laugh....mainly because I'm a man baby! It also reminded me of something when I called FCCN today. A woman answered the phone, which kinda thru me off, since I'm use to Andrew answering directly. She asked who's calling and I said ---- Cassity. She was sooooo excited because her name was Cassity too. Anyways, I know it's a stupid story, but I thought it was kinda funny. Later

Word. and Cassity was one of the very first on board and has talked to the co. as much as BeanDog. She is very much "in the know" and, of course, has great advice on how to handle stupid bashers, that cannot provide a shred of prove about thier false and ridiculous posts!
He also stated that in manufacturing a company will have loans of hundreds of millions, even if they make 100's of millions. They need the money for RIPID growth.
Thanks for following up Mr. Cass.
I'm one that likes to read between the lines, as I'm sure you already know. Soooo,... I'm just a little more than curious as to what he meant by the above statement, OR rather what it means for us......
He's already bringing up debt with loans,..and the fact that they need money for rapid growth.
And, mentioning the fact that although a company can make 100's of millions, there's a possibility that it might not make a dent in profits as the debt may out weigh it.
Soooo,....where does anyone think that money will be coming from?
The company selling stock of course,...but how much stock is what I'm wondering....does anyone get the feeling that we're being prepared here for this, in a disceet way.
I'm seeing a company that is progressing but in a slow, timely manner.
Anyone else?

Wit I wrote you something, but just deleted it on accident. I short the 1.5 is a good thing and I'll tell you why later. I have to get ready for work! Later
