Well if we go down, it's only because people don't know how to read IMO. The PR above explains what the line of credit is for and I like the part about the rapid growth! People will make their own decisions, I know I have made mine to stay long. The company has been very honest and I look forward to what they have to say in the coming days and wks. Much more information to look forward to (merger news, Aero financials, Aero business/NASCAR). JMHO
In a well structured reverse merger the private company should end up with 95% or more of the stock after the merger, thus reducing the tax loss carry forward by this amount for greater.
They are following the scenario to the tee!!

So... what does that mean to FCCN shareholders? 1 for 1 swap? 100 for 1 swap?

The one thing that will send this stock thru the roof can be disclosed at anytime. The details of the aquisition will IMO, make this climb to new highs. They said they will be releasing info in the coming days and wks, so patience is key. I will stay in constant contact with Andrew, because he has gained my trust and knows a lot more than anyone on these boards. GLTA

Why should they let it run? There are no financials, no defined share structure yet, they PR'd a definitive agreement. The speculation of that event ran this from .002 to where we are now, so why would this go higher until more speculation occurs and some revenue numbers get put out.
There is a long way to go on this one, be happy if we stay over .05 until the next 'speculative' move or PR comes out.
Pumpers who are expecting a dollar before the merger is finalized are in for a dissapointment, plus with these things there are usually delays and unforseen events.
After doing more DD I do feel the returns on a purchase at .05 will be significant, but it's going to take a year. GLTA!
