Sorry to bother you, but I was wondering if Yakima Speedway now requires racers to install Aero Exhaust on their vehicles. The reason why I ask is that I thought Yakima Speedway only encourages Aero Exhaust to be used, but not require, according to the Yakima Speedway news PR put out 1/2/2007. The second paragraph states "All vehicles that race at the speedway in 2007 will be required to have an Aero Exhaust muffler installed on their vehicle. Yakima Speedway, an historic one half mile oval track located in Yakima, Washington (www.yakimaspeedway.us), will be supplying Aero Exhaust mufflers to the racecars that do not already have one installed."
Please let me know if this is true because I am concerned that this will be required now.

i just went to yahoo stock quotes and put in fccn and i got a popup saying the symbol has been changed to fccn.pk i went back and put that new symbol on my etrade steaming quotesthe symbol came up but it was all zeros and i still also have the fccn symbol and it is showing stok changes,i went back to yahoo stock quotes and put in the new symbol fccn.pk and it showed me the recent stock price change,so maybe these restrictions have something to do with a supposedly new symbol that yahoo is claiming jsut happend?

I don't understand all the bickering. Aren't the cards all layed out for us??? Why would Aero be linked to Fccn if it weren't merging? Please explain for I am new to this. How could they get away with such a scam?? Aero seems to have an indemand product, so why all the skepticism? Please shed some light on this for me.

Well, when I was new, I said many of the same things...basically a pink can say whatever they want - promise the moon even - and there will be no repercussions if they don't follow through. Scams are RAMPANT. You have to do extensive DD, trust only people that you believe to be trustworthy on the boards (and that takes some time), and only play with what you can afford to leave on the table. You need to be skeptical....it will save you money in the long run. Not saying at all this isn't the real deal - I believe it is, but....

i am new here but not so new to stocks ,when i first came here this board seemed like a good place to be ,but right now it sounds like a bunch of whinny 5 yr olds,who cares who put this up ,or who put that up.if by now you still are sceptical about this stock then dont buy in ,and by the way no one and i mean no one can predict anything when it comes to stocks,not even those so called bull**** stock experts that get payed a lot of money and scam people with their so called expert predictions.It is all unpredictable and if it works once in a while you were just lucky,no one can predict anything when it comes to stocks,the reason i use this board is to find new penny stocks that i would not of found otherwise,and thats what this board is good for,but being able to predict whats going to happens bull****

VFIN Vfinance investment Inc. Seems to only deal with OTC.BB/pinsheets 1-800-487-0577 they have quite the number of shares to sell...
These after market trades of 3.5m and what not...could it be that the MM's are just letting him do all the selling and simply "pay-up" at the end of the day?

I am with you bobybybob. I took over my own investments a few years back when my broker tried to sell me shares of MCI a week before the bad news. This board is how I found this stock and I hope it is winner. If not then I will continue to search. If you are not willing to take risks then how do you expect to get ahead?? I just don't like the negative posts that have nothing to back them up. I play with pennystocks now to learn. Thanks for the advice everyone. GLTA GO FCCN

I know they can make it "look" however they want. That's why some guys stick to charts and never look at level 2's. Most old school guys are convinced they manipulate the chit out of them. We do not know all the rules.... they can have whatever deals they want with eachother....

I agree with TOMPOM, nothing is engraved in stone here YET!, the fact is there was an attempt to buy AERO several years ago, the deal fell apart appearently because AERO did not provide documentation to the buyer in a timely fashion? so the deal went south. also it may interest some to know that NASCAR has cancelled the elite division series at yakima,(news released nov 06) however the track owners are going to try to keep it going under another name with the same drivers and rules so maybe not that big a setback. todays news was nice but not earth shattering IMO, the track is within the city limmits so sound retsrictions were needed to avoid the risk of city officials shutting them down, drivers may use these mufflers on THIS track but they will likely come off when they race elswhere. after all the roar of the the track adds to the excitement of watching the races IMO!, others may disagree.

I just spoke to Choicetrade and they have no such information about FCCN filing for a reorganization of any sort...they told me that the info would come from their clearing house and as of now...do not have anything...
Etrade is great about putting out "crap" they've done it to me plenty of times...
BUT? i guess Dog could be right and something "tipped off" the larger firms...
