(Notice how far they have come in such a short amount of time) A SHORT HISTORY OF AERO EXHAUST
The Aero Exhaust Company was formed in 1999 in order to develop an idea for a new type of vehicle exhaust. The Aero Exhaust company has evolved from a couple of reducers built in a garage, to a global manufacturing and distribution company with the most technologically advanced muffler in the world today. After three years of research and development the Aero Exhaust was finally perfected. In January of 2003, the company began aggressively marketing the Aero Exhaust product in its current form. The Aero Exhaust product has been met with enormous industry acceptance and demand. The Aero Exhaust has been approved for a US patent (patent 6,679,3510 on its innovations and development in the exhaust industry. http://www.aeroexhaust.com/index.html
Who's selling Aero Exhaust? Aero Exhaust is said to have up to 30,000 distributors signed up in their network. (just go to there site and type in you zip code to see if there is one near you.)
OTC 360 will be sponsoring the Nascar #36 car for 2007. OTC 360 is a FDA approved pain reliever which is a product of Rockford Labs. (It appears that Aero exhaust has dropped the sponsorship of the #4 car and will be an associate sponsor on the #36 car) http://www.360otc.com/ (watch the flash intro. and you will see Aero's logo on the #36 car)

Concerning the gaps needing to be closed, I don't see a true gap that needs to be filled. Even though we've had gaps from closing price to next day's open, the high for the previous day versus the low for the next day eliminated the gap, IMO. As far as trades being printed after hours, I don't think there's any way an actual trade took place 8 minutes after the close. It could have been MMs shifting inventory, but more likely trades from earlier in the day that did not show up til later. Either of these two scenarios are possible, IMO. I'm looking forward to tomorrow and I believe we'll reach at least .053, maybe more. I do think, however, that we will hit .08 to .10 Monday. Volume and chart is looking strong. We're getting retracements(consolidation)as we go each day. Everything seems to be positive right now. This may be the opportunity of the year. I feel very blessed to be included.
quote:Originally posted by cassity: Been doing DD on this for the last day or so. I wrote Aero exhaust an email yesterday from the contact information at aeroexhaust.com. I asked them some basic questions about the merger. This is the email they sent back. Notice the company name on the email they returned. Remember, I sent this email through the aeroexhaust contact info.
As stated in the December 12, 2006 press release, Franchise Capital Corporation and Aero Exhaust have entered into a preliminary agreement in the form of a Letter of Intent for Franchise Capital to acquire the issued and outstanding shares of Aero Exhaust. Franchise Capital is currently conducting its due diligence, and pending the results, both companies expect a definitive agreement to be consummated and the transaction to be completed.

iFlub been rather decent... I'm still looking for holes in this one other than "it doesn't happen", but we know that going in. IFlub has some great DD on this..... one of the few times I have ever been on that board. Good luck to all.
And as a comfortable Wolverine, I can say "Go Buckeyes".

Another Happy day going on. FCCN is starting to remind me of a young NDOL. Slowly gaining recognition from the masses as it steamed ahead from .18 to $1.65. AHHH Ndol how I loved thee.
Go FCCN!!!
