FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Eternal Image, Inc. (OTC:ETIM.PK - News), a public company engaged in the design, manufacturing and marketing of licensed brand image funerary products such as caskets and urns, today announced it has re-signed advertising agreements with Catholic Digest and American Funeral Director Magazine. ADVERTISEMENT
“The benefits we received from advertising with these two publications were substantial,” said Clint Mytych, CEO, Eternal Image. “By renewing these contracts we are recommitting to marketing our product lines to the people who care the most.”
Catholic Digest is a monthly publication that reaches 300,000 readers. The periodical features articles on family life, travel, history, culture and consumer information directed towards the Catholic community. Eternal Image is looking to reach out to followers with their Vatican Library Collection™ product line.
American Funeral Director magazine is a monthly trade publication that reaches more than 11,000 readers. The magazine informs subscribers about funeral home construction, finance, sales, display methods, new equipment and products along with other association activities. Readers can also inquire about personnel news about funeral directors and related supply firms.
“The core message of our company has not changed in the past year, said Mytych. “Eternal Image remains focused on delivering personalized products to funeral homes who can offer them to the many consumers out there looking for a way to celebrate a loved ones life rather than focus on their death.”

Are they trying to drive down pps by hyping PRs and giving nothing but day to day business reports. The CEO may as well announce when he takes a morning BM

Other companies don't make PRs out of day to day operations they are just expected to do that. Next are they going to tell us about paying the gas bill.

Was nice to see that the stock was up to .14 at 12 o'clock today with only 8 million shares traded..... I sure did enjoy seeing that 1.5 million dollars in my account.... lol...
I called Mitch and asked why he didn't promote things on the news wires that made investors happy like SALES and PATENTS and new License agreements... I guess that investors like to see Advertising contracts (how a company spends money)more than they like to see a company making money...

Eternal Image Releases Third Quarter and Year-to-Date Financials 9:00a ET November 30, 2007 (Business Wire) Eternal Image, Inc. (OTC:ETIM.PK), a public company engaged in the design, manufacturing and marketing of licensed image brand name funerary products including caskets, urns, monuments and vaults, today released its third quarter and year-to-date financial statements. These documents may be found on its website (www.eternalimage.net), and PinkSheets.com (www.pinksheets.com).
Reports show that losses have narrowed considerably when comparing FY2006 to the first three quarters of FY2007. The net operating loss for the first three quarters of this fiscal year is $1,978,599, compared with $4,987,272 for the full 2006 fiscal year. Revenues for the first three quarters of 2007 were $250,894. Eternal Image is projecting an additional $250,000 in sales for fourth quarter of 2007. Additionally, the company reports that the SB-2 registration statement has been drafted and is currently under review by the EI management team.
"Our goal was and continues to be to narrow the losses significantly during the first year of product sales. Comparing the current figures to FY2006, we have reached a milestone by reducing the gap by 60%," said Jim Parliament, CFO, Eternal Image. "This tracks with our plans to become profitable in late 2008."
"Releasing the third quarter financial statements along with the audited financials that will be included in our upcoming Registration Statement on Form SB2 will give our shareholders current full disclosure of our financial picture," he added.
Parliament also noted that once the draft of the Form SB2 Registration Statement has been reviewed and edited by the company's auditors, management, principal shareholders and SEC attorney, it will be ready for filing with the SEC. Once the Registration Statement has been declared effective by the SEC, the company will have a broker-dealer make application to have its common stock approved for trading on the OTC Bulletin Board.
The company will continue to post financial reports to its website and PinkSheets.com as they become available.

Lets see... loss of over 6 and a half million in the last year and a half with projected sales of half a million (yearly total) and the CFO expects to make a profit by the end of 2008???? This will be interesting to watch... in addition they have millions of shares that they traded for services... HMM... At a $1000 dollar profit per casket (LOL) they would need to sell 6500 caskets just to pay off debt....

I'm still holding mine... When I bought them I was well aware that I was playing a slot machine... This is strictly a gamble not an investment...This is a stock in my risk portfolio that I am prepared to loose it all (stay with it all the way to 0) or make a killing... He(Mytych) has a great idea, hope it can sustain him until he learns how to run a business... I'm just praying that the idea alone is strong enough to get investors to get it up to about .15 if so I (my kids)hit the MEGA POWER BALL lottery... but the odds are slim to none...

Well personally I think we can hit .05 after the uplist and announcement of next quarters EARNINGS. Yes, I said earnings.
May be the middle of next year and yes there are a ton of shares but when the stock goes to the OTCBB we get many new eyes which will say, "hmmm, never heard of this company before". When they start doing DD and see all the press releases, publicity in magazines and TV shows they may start jumping in the stock in droves.

Unfortunately, that does seem to be the case lately. We just need solid news and the uplisting info and we should be back on solid ground.
