FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Eternal Image, Inc. (OTC:ETIM.PK - News), a public company engaged in the design, manufacturing and marketing of licensed brand image funerary products such as caskets and urns, today announced the company has officially filed for “design patent protection” for urns from three of the licensed product lines. Those product lines include the Vatican Library Collection™, Major League Baseball™ and American Kennel Club™. ADVERTISEMENT
“When you have something as unique and novel as our products, you wouldn’t want someone to come along and replicate your merchandise,” said Clint Mytych, CEO, Eternal Image. “By applying for these design patents we are taking the necessary steps to protect our design innovations.”
The process of applying for specific design patents requires an individual company to submit an application along with draftsman drawings to the U.S. Patent Office. Eternal Image may be issued the design patents for the aforementioned product designs in six to eighteen months.
Eternal Image has plans to apply for design patents for the remaining product lines in the near future.

From the grape vine. Two more big boys to jump on board. Co to buyback more shares but both are awaiting a bottom. Paper work should be ready for uplist filing by end of yr. Prob no share moving news till the above. GLTA when the vol and news breaks.

MM shake on to fill big orders and make a profit. How low will they take us before they give up and realize the only way pick up shares is to head us north. NO FEAR unless several hundred million traded on down days. Then I panic. Breaking news when positions are built. JMHO

One day left to dip to 15. Be on board by Tues. No news this week means breaking news next week. Great time to break news right before Thanksgiving. Lots of word of mouth over turkey dinner and a bottle of wine. Come Mon. all will want a peice of the action.

Hitman you are on the money. Too many shares to move above .05 cents. I'll settle for .02 for now. Maybe a share retirement. R/S can be positive for a real growth Co. Don't get left in the dust. Happy Thanksgiving GLTA.

They are planning to uplist to the OTCBB from the Pinks soon. They have been in process of preparing for a while now. The OTCBB will get them more credibility and exposure.
Also, both the company and individual officers are buying back stock. Whether they retire it of restrick it I don't know but the company seems to know they have lot of shares out there and is working to reduce the float.
