Most web sites tell you about the host company in “About Us.” Our take: it should be all “About You.” Whether you are a consumer, funeral professional, investor or reporter, our focus is on you – getting you what you want, when you need it.
At Eternal Image, it’s not the same old thing.
We combine the power of brand-names with 21st century materials and composites that won’t rot. We support our customers and partners through exceptional service and professionalism. And we work tirelessly to assure that the quality of the products from our workshops and the service from our professional partners meets the high standards you deserve.
Where we come from... In an industry as unchanging and static as the funeral business, Clint Mytych is an unlikely CEO. At 26 he is poised to change one of the world’s oldest industries through a very modern technique: licensing.
How did this happen? Mytych challenged himself to find an industry where branding – and licensing – had little or no impact to date. After months of research, Mytych hit upon what may be licensing’s last frontier – the funeral industry. Together with his partners, Nick Popravsky and Donna Shatter, Mytych crafted a business plan to bring top licenses to the funeral business.
Then he set out to acquire the rights to key licenses. Almost every company EI approached immediately saw the opportunity. The true challenge was in convincing a handful to be the first to have their marks on urns and caskets.
Beginning with four licenses – The Vatican Library Collection™, Precious Moments™, the American Kennel Club™ and Major League Baseball™ – the company began designing the first urns and caskets for these lines.
During October 2006, Eternal Image introduced its first production urn, L’Italiano Classico from the Vatican Library Collection, at the National Funeral Directors Association Expo. The company also showcased the designs for the first Major League Baseball™ urns, Precious Moments urns and caskets, and the AKC-licensed pet urn. The products generated tremendous media and public attention.
Today Eternal Image is rolling out products at the rate of about one a month. To learn more, click here to see more of each individual product line. And please contact us with questions or comments.
What we stand for... Our mission is to give people the freedom to reflect the passions of their lives in a meaningful, tasteful way.
We are focused on bringing top-quality funerary products to consumers who want their own passing (or the passing of a loved one) to reflect a life well-lived.
Each one of our products is individually designed to the brand. We start with a blank canvas and design the casket or urn from paper to computer design to tooling. Where some companies take an existing casket or urn and just add a mural or attach accessories, Eternal Image products are completely designed to represent the specific brand.
It’s what we would want – and the experience we want you to have. Want to know more? View the website and Contact Us – we are here when you are

American Kennel Club(R) Approves Design of AKC Memorial Garden Marker for Production 1:17p ET November 26, 2007 (Business Wire) Eternal Image, Inc. (OTC:ETIM.PK), a public company engaged in the design, manufacturing and marketing of licensed brand image funerary products such as caskets and urns, today announced American Kennel Club has approved the design of the AKC memorial garden marker. The approval clears the way for Eternal Image to begin the engineering phase of the production process.
"The AKC memorial garden marker is a unique product for animal lovers," said Clint Mytych, CEO, Eternal Image. "It offers dog owners an affordable way to memorialize their beloved pet. We look forward to bringing this product to the market by mid-2008."
The marker will be crafted from aluminum and will measure 10" in diameter. The design includes a border of paw prints around the perimeter of the marker with the American Kennel Club logo in the top center of the piece. For more personalization, owners can have their dog's name engraved on a plaque attached to the marker.
