Hi,

I just got off the phone with Nick from ETIM about that exact issue. He explained that the auditors have been given everything they need over the last several weeks and it is progressing as expected. The company will be on track to apply for the listing when the audit is complete although an exact time frame on that is very difficult to predict.

Do you have any updates on the audit and OTCBB listing?

Thanks,

Might as well put it up on the thread.

ETIM 0.0015 -0.0001
Eternal Image Signs Distributors for Mid-Atlantic, Southwest, and Mid-Michigan Regions
Eternal Image, Inc. (Other OTC: ETIM), a public company engaged in the design, manufacturing and marketing of customized designer caskets and urns, today announced it has reached distribution agreements with companies covering the mid-Atlantic, Southwest, and mid-Michigan regions.

Southside Grave & Vault, of Virginia, will carry the entire line of Eternal Image products, beginning with an initial order of Vatican Library Collection(TM) urns (the first products in the line available for distribution). Their agreement with Eternal Image covers much of the state of Virginia and south to Raleigh, North Carolina.

In a separate agreement, PBF Manufacturing Company, Inc of Phoenix, Arizona, has signed on to carry the complete Eternal Image line, also beginning with an initial order of Vatican Library Collection urns. This distribution agreement covers the entire states of both Arizona and New Mexico, and also southern Nevada including metropolitan Las Vegas.

Blue Water Burial in Michigan has also signed on to carry the complete Eternal Image line, and will also be stocking an initial order of Vatican Library Collection urns. The distribution agreement covers the "thumb" region of Michigan.

According to Nick Popravsky, vice president of sales and marketing for Eternal Image, inquiries from distributors and funeral homes have been steady since the company introduced its new line of products at the National Funeral Directors Association Expo in Philadelphia in October and then began a significant direct marketing campaign to the industry.

"While we do not disclose each and every new distributor we enter into agreements with, we are honored that these have allowed us to make known our business partnership. We are looking forward to a very successful future with all three," Popravsky commented.

The first Vatican Library Collection urns, featuring a design unique to EI, are now available for wholesale purchase. EI expects to roll out at least three additional product lines during 2007 in addition to the first Vatican Library Collection caskets.

EI products will be available through approved funeral homes across the country. Consumers are able to view current and new products on Eternal Image's web site, www.EternalImage.net.

For more information about EI, visit the website or call 1-888-6-CASKET.

ETIM (.0013) Begins Accepting Pre-Orders of American Kennel Club Urns Through the AKC Online Store and the Cherrybrook Catalogue

Business Wire "US Press Releases "

FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Eternal Image, Inc. (Other OTC:ETIM.PK), a public company engaged in the design, manufacturing and marketing of licensed image caskets and urns, today announced that its soon-to-be-launched line of American Kennel Club (AKC) pet urns will be introduced to the public through the AKC Online Store and the Cherrybrook Catalogue. The AKC is the leading authority and registrant of purebred dogs. Cherrybrook is a national supplier of pet care products to top breeders, handlers and purebred dog owners throughout the world.

"Eternal Image's American Kennel Club urns are a respectful, meaningful way to honor and remember pets," said Claudia Loomis, Vice President, Cherrybrook. "We are especially pleased to be introducing this new memorial product to our customers. Beginning December 15, customers can pre-order American Kennel Club urns, personalized to remember their beloved animals, through both our website and catalogue."

Pre-ordered urns will be delivered beginning in the second quarter of 2007.

Until very recently, pet owners would often purchase an urn made for human remains, usually a generic, oversized product that did not reflect the life of the very pet they were honoring.

"Americans spent nearly $40 billion on pets in 2005, twice what it was a decade ago," said Clint Mytych, president of Eternal Image. "This partnership will provide us with access to millions of Cherrybrook's customers, and we anticipate that the product will resonate with pet lovers - people who truly bond with their animals for the length of their lives."

The urns feature the AKC logo embossed on metal casing. The lid of the urn features a photo of the animal and the side will include a gold nameplate. The top half of the urn is finished in burnished copper and gold while the base is constructed of highly polished wood.

The AKC Online Store's web address is www.akcstore.org, while Cherrybrook can be found at www.cherrybrook.com or by calling 800-524-0820.

Eternal Image remains committed to growing its line of licensed-brand funeral products. For more information, visit www.eternalimage.net.

I posted this one as a quick bounce play and got in at .0012 and out at .0015 but this looks like possibly another good entry point. Does ETIM possibly have some substance to it? News sounds solid, but share price doesn't reflect this; although, personally pet urns don't seem like a big seller to me. Anyone able to contact Peter?

According to Eternal Image CEO Clint Mytych, the company will begin producing AKC urns by the end of January and the product will begin to be shipped in mid-February.

"In partnership with AKC and the Cherrybrook Catalogue, we will begin to take direct order inquiries from consumers beginning this Friday. Pre-sales are being supported through an advertising and public relations campaign and we expect there to be a significant pre-order list of both pet product distributors and general consumers," said Mytych.

Mytych went on to confirm that the company is advertising in Pet Age Magazine beginning in February 2007. The publication reaches more than 25,000 pet retailer managers each month.

Beginning December 15, AKC licensed pet urns will be available to view through the AKC Online Store and the Cherrybrook Catalogue. The AKC is the leading authority and registrant of purebred dogs. Cherrybrook is a national supplier of pet care products to top breeders, handlers and purebred dog owners throughout the world.

The urns feature the AKC logo embossed on metal casing. The lid of the urn features a photo of the animal and the side will include a gold nameplate. The top half of the urn is finished in burnished copper and gold while the base is constructed of highly polished wood.

The AKC Online Store's web address is www.akcstore.org , while Cherrybrook can be found at www.cherrybrook.com or by calling 800-524-0820.

Eternal Image remains committed to growing its line of licensed-brand funeral products. For more information, visit www.eternalimage.net .

Another nice piece to the puzzle. It's all about ramping up distribution at this point.

You interpret this as a "rising money flow", "upswing", "vol support"???
Its not the way I see the chart.

No interpretation... only buys... I don't see anything with the chart that supports anything postive.
