Bid actually means a 'sell' - but I have bought at the bid b4- Just depends on how the MM feel i guess.... I have actually had a sell in for a stock at .05 and it would sold for .055 that was really weird but GR8

There's a big difference between posting intelligent/worthy 'need to know', negative comments and then there are those that are just worthless/empty bashes for attention.
I myself have occasionally thrown out a few negatives about a stock when I have done DD and maybe come up with something everyone needed to know, but who wants to hear negative one or two word unintelligent remarks that don't help us in our decisions to buy/sell a stock.
If I had to rely upon those posts to help me in my decisions to buy or sell, I might as well dump all my stocks now as I'm 'sure to lose'.

they have been consistantly losing money, when the audited financials come out i dont exspect that to change but at least the losses will be audited, a step in the right direction.

I'm more or less looking for the audited's for the 'move up' off the pinks that they claimed they were doing.
I'm not expecting any kind of big profits or revenues and nor should anyone else, this company is still in it's infancy stages and profits will take some time.

YES, you are correct. We know they are a young company and I for one doubt very seriously they will show a profit but hopefully we can review the numbers and determine they are headed in the right direction. How many years did the microsoft guys work in their garages and lose money before they actually made some money?

Someone was doing some DD and found out that the delay in the so called A/F may be due to the auditors not being able to find any record of sales. Don't know it its true but it may explain the delay for this POS co. Anyway, you should be able to buy all you want at .0005 or less soon. Obviously no 1 is buying now at the overpriced pps.

Given the history of pink sheet companies claiming A/Fs due any day, and then postponing them for weeks/months while the price drops 90%+, I'd say people are worrying just the right amount.
