OK...I'll say it.

WHO ARE THESE CHITHEADS COMING OUT OF THE WOODWORK TO BASH ETIM?

I don't mind posting opinions based on some type of facts but twisting others words (like what happenned to mine earlier) and posting false analysis don't cut it.

Post facts or REASONABLE doubts. Both with logical explanations and maybe some backup would go a long way for the new folks reputation...especially on this board.

I am 100 percent sure that people on allstock boards that are fighting about ETIM will have no change in the outcome of this stock. I also think that its a good sign we are getting all these investors who are laying down big chucks of money in this thing. They must believe ETIM has potential.

First filing of ownership by Devon Wesley he had 181,251,773 shares of Common Stock.
Second filing today he has 188,114,168

He is a lawyer who believes in this stock. Nothing more. A email was sent to him asking what he thought about etim.

AUDIT UPDATE

July 18th, 2007

Update: Audit Status & General Business Conditions

James Parliament, Chief Financial Officer of Eternal Image Inc said “We continue to work diligently on the audit. We have responded to the auditors request for additional clarification on the financial statements that we have already sent. The majority of the questions that the auditors have had are in the area of stock transaction verification. Coordinating the gathering of necessary documentation to support fairly stated financial statements has been an unanticipated and time consuming task. We will keep the investor community updated as details warrant”.

Clint Mytych, Chief Executive Officer of Eternal Image Inc. said “2007 is going to be a very exciting year for us now that we are booking sales. The second half of 2007 is going to be even more exciting as we expand our distribution base, increase our product portfolio, and continue taking restocking orders. Currently, there is a large backlog for our products due to increased demand and awareness”.

Eternal Image License with American Kennel Club(TM) Expands to Include Garden Memorial Stones
BusinessWire - July 18, 2007 2:15 PM ET

Eternal Image, Inc. (OTC:ETIM.PK), a public company engaged in the design, manufacturing and marketing of official brand-name caskets and urns, today announced that it has received permission from the American Kennel Club(TM) to expand its licensing agreement. The company, which already produces cremation featuring the AKC logo will now be able to extend its agreement into memorial stones.

"We were recently made aware of an interesting survey," said Clint Mytych, CEO of Eternal Image. "Twenty-three percent of dog owners said they would purchase a memorial stone for the home or yard, making it the most common item a pet owner would purchase after a pet's death. This is a market niche that is untouched by licensed images, and again is a place where the American Kennel Club brand can enhance our success."

Eternal Image's AKC urns are currently en route from Asia and will be reaching distributors shortly. The first shipment in the line has been more than two-thirds pre-sold through AKC.org, Cherrybrook.com, and Dog.com.

About Eternal Image

Eternal Image, founded in 2002, is headquartered in Farmington Hills, MI. The company is the first and only manufacturer and marketer of licensed brand image funerary products. Currently, the company offers urns and caskets that feature licensed images from Major League Baseball(TM), Precious Moments(TM) and the Vatican Library Collection(TM), as well as pet urns featuring the American Kennel Club(TM) and Cat Fanciers' Association(TM). The funny thing about that pr is that if we had gotten what we've 'really' been waiting for we all would have said 'hey, that's some great news', but the fact that it isn't what we're expecting has us turning our noses up calling it fluff.

If I were them I'd refrain from putting anything out as it's not going to make any kind of impact till they give us the audited's.

That kind of news is not going to raise this pps.

We have VLC urns selling (I sold one yesterday), MLB urns, 2nd order and bump on 2nd grouping, selling (I sold 2 and bought a third) and an MLB player requested and used our product, AKC urns selling 2/3s of 1500ct shipment, 2 new rev streams started or about to (Wilbert/AKC monuments), 1 new deal (CFA) in the design phase, PM urns out soon and all caskets coming this fall and we partnered with an overseas "manufacturer" and distributer to produce current and future product for Europe (at no cost to EI) .....

Also, we are completing AFs any day now, filing for uplisting, Float is non-existant, A/S has not increased, buyback starting with budgeted funds already in place, TV commercial and we are sitting at .0055pps......

I was able to pick up another 75,000 shares today. With the recent P/R's the last few days it tells me that things are getting back to normal and the A/F's will be out soon.

How soon? don't know but I'm just saying this because I think Clint has a majority of the questions answered and is once again focusing on what makes the company money. Selling urns and getting licenses.

I seriously doubt we will hit .004. We have not seen .004 for weeks, if not months. The lowest I have seen it is .0048 and that was the buy price.

However, if it did hit .004 I too would buy more.

In the long run, it won't matter if we bought at .004, .005, or .006. We should still be doubling or tripling our money (at the very least).

If ANYONE has any doubts of ETIM's abilities please look at the web site and PR's to verify the licenses and recent news.

Eternal Image's Striking Art Deco Pet Urn Design Approved for Production by the Cat Fanciers' Association
Friday July 20, 2:30 pm ET
First Shipment Anticipated In 4Q

FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Eternal Image, Inc. (OTC:ETIM.PK - News), a public company engaged in the design, manufacturing and marketing of licensed brand image caskets and urns, today announced that the Cat Fanciers' Association(TM) (CFA) has approved the design of the company's newest product, a pet cremation urn that pays homage to cats. The approval clears the way for Eternal Image to begin the engineering and tooling phases of the production process and the first shipment is anticipated for the end of 2007.

The Egyptian-style art deco design will stand eight inches tall and feature two feline figurines appearing to hold the urn in an upright position. The sculpture is inspired by the reverence the ancient Egyptians had for their cats, many of whom were entombed with royalty in pyramids. Considered the manifestation of the goddess, Bast, according to ancient Egyptian law anyone who killed a cat could themselves be sentenced to death.

"In many ways this is one of the most distinctive, artistic products we have offered to date, and we commend the Cat Fanciers' Association for their partnership in developing this design. We are confident this exclusive design will be exactly what cat owners are looking for to pay tribute to their lost pet," said Clint Mytych, CEO of Eternal Image.

Owners can have a cat's name engraved on a plaque attached to the urn. In addition, a picture of the pet can be placed on the front of the urn in a photo frame. The face of the urn also features the CFA logo in distinctive black and white lettering.

"Cat owners today feel the same reverence toward their cats that the ancient Egyptians felt in their time, and many have sought a way to honor their pets' memories," said a spokesperson for the Cat Fanciers' Association. "This urn strikes the perfect balance between form and function, and we are pleased that Eternal Image is making it available."

Pet owners have had few options when it came to purchasing an urn or memorial product for their animals. The alternative was to buy a funerary product made for human remains that does not reflect the life of the pet they were honoring. Eternal Image changed this is late 2006 when it released its first pet product, an American Kennel Club(TM) urn for dogs. It was an immediate hit: the first shipment of the AKC urn was more than 50% pre-sold before it reached the U.S.; the reorder has been selling steadily this summer.

The Cat Fanciers' Association is a not-for-profit organization founded in 1906. The CFA is the world's largest pedigreed cat and cattery (cat breeders) registration dedicated to the protection, care, and education of responsible cat ownership. The Cat Fanciers' Association is represented for licensing and merchandising by 4sight Licensing Solutions.
