Well getting close to closing time and had 4 times the volume as yesterday and still looks like it is going to close at .005 or .0055 ,, I wonder if the MMs were just testing the .006s this morning ?But seems like too much resistance at .006 for this to run , so we need to break that .006 and let it run lets hope for more good news for this on Friday....

Eternal Image Says ''Viva Las Vegas!'' with an All New Exhibit for the National Funeral Directors Show
The 20' x 30' booth to welcome guests October 7-10
FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich., May 25, 2007 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Eternal Image, Inc. (OTC:ETIM.PK), a public company engaged in the design, manufacturing and marketing of licensed image brand name caskets and urns, today announced it has now reserved and is designing an all-new exhibit booth for the 2007 National Funeral Directors Expo. The show will be held in Las Vegas from October 7 to 10 at the Las Vegas Hilton.
"This will be the first year we will be able to display our own booth on the show floor and we are thrilled that we will have a significant presence," said Clint Mytych, president, Eternal Image. "Last year we just had prototypes and artists renderings to display; this year we will showcase nearly all of the products we are offering from our first group of licensors. For many it will be the first time they will be able to see some of our newest products - such as the Precious Moments(R) urns and the Major League Baseball(TM) caskets - in person, and we are excited at the prospect of reaching people at the show."
The 20' x 30' booth will be located prominently near the main entrances to the exhibit hall. The showcase will include caskets and urns from the Major League Baseball(TM), Precious Moments(R) and the Vatican Library Collection(TM) lines, as well as pet urns featuring the American Kennel Club(TM) and the Cat Fanciers' Association(TM).
The company also intends to showcase new licensed products during the show.

Eternal Image, Inc. (OTC:ETIM.PK), a public company engaged in the design, manufacturing and marketing of licensed image brand name caskets and urns, today announced that the company expects the results of its first formal audit soon.
According to Jim Parliament, CFO of Eternal Image, the company has received word from its accounting firm Harelik, Shapiro, Wolgin & Fine PC of Farmington Hills, Michigan that it is nearing completion of its tasks and should be ready to hand off the final financial package to the auditing firm Demetrius & Company, L.L.C., for their completion of audit procedures and issuance of their report. Jim Parliament says that "we are working very closely with our CPA firm on a daily basis to ready the financial package for the auditors." Jim also adds that "we have worked diligently to have the entire project completed by the end of May; however, there were a number of tasks that needed to be completed that were out of our direct control."
Once he has the financial package in hand, John Demetrius, president of Demetrius & Company L.L.C., expects "our completion should not take longer than one week to 10 days."
Eternal Image plans to announce the results of the audit by news release and post documentation on its website, www.eternalimage.net, within 24 hours of receipt.

Looks like we are pretty much on schedule for the A/F's, maybe a couple of days delay due to verification process.
I look at it as a pure benefit of a company since it just wants to supply positive information to the shareholders along with getting into the habit of filing so than can uplist to a higher exchange.

just looking for it to break a penny first. but when the day comes for that break it will and could see 2 or 3 cents on that run. depends on the type of news that pushes it. then it'll dip and find new levels.
