Eternal Image Completes Audit and Plans ''Up-Listing'' to OTC BB Aug 15, 2007 9:25:00 AM Copyright Business Wire 2007 FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
Eternal Image, Inc. (OTC:ETIM.PK), a public company engaged in the design, manufacturing and marketing of licensed image brand name caskets and urns, today announced that it has completed the GAAP Audit of its financial statements for its fiscal years 2004 - 2006. The company also revealed that it will soon commence the process of filing a registration statement on Form 10SB with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). This will cause it to become subject to the reporting requirements of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, and therefore become a "fully reporting company."
Eternal Image has released the Audited Financials along with the auditors' report and a management discussion of those results on its website (www.eternalimage.net).
The formal audit establishes a benchmark for Eternal Image's reporting and sales, taking into consideration finances for the last three years of operations.
"The completion of the audit is the most important step to date in our path to moving up to the OTC Bulletin Board," said Jim Parliament, CFO, Eternal Image. "It is a very exciting time for us. The audit process was long - probably longer than anyone thought it might be - but that is what sometimes happens to young companies on their first audits. With the audit behind us, we are ready to take our next steps."
Parliament added that Eternal Image expects to file the Form 10SB soon. Sometime thereafter, once it has been reviewed and has cleared comments by the SEC, the company expects to be approved for trading on the OTC Bulletin Board.

Next step...uplist to OTCBB! Yes, that's the official plan.
It's going to take at least that to get this thing moving IMO. Yesterday's news should have rocketed this stock, yet in the end, there were just as many sellers as buyers. I think there are just too many shares out there right now, and until they start buying some back, I don't see how the PPS can make any great headway.
I don't doubt that this company will be successful long term, I just hope they can do it without a RS. I'm looking forward to the next round of financial statements, and I may look at getting back in around that time. For now, hanging out on the sidelines until general market conditions improve.

Eternal Image, Inc. (OTC:ETIM.PK), a public company engaged in the design, manufacturing and marketing of brand image caskets and urns, today announced that Major League Baseball Properties(TM) has approved the design of the San Francisco Giants licensed urn. The Giants urn will follow the recently approved designs of the Baltimore Orioles, Cleveland Indians, Chicago White Sox and New York Mets on the production line.
"The demand for our products has pushed production ahead of schedule. With the approval of the Giants design, the new urn will provide San Francisco fans with a quality product of memorabilia that will last a lifetime," said Clint Mytych, CEO of Eternal Image. "Baseball fans have been calling and sending email expressing their hopes that their specific team's urn will be next into production."
The initial urn line includes eight MLB(TM) teams (Yankees, Red Sox, Cardinals, Braves, Cubs, Tigers, Phillies and Dodgers). Corresponding caskets are in production for those eight teams and will be available late this year. Caskets featuring the four newest clubs will join the line late in 2007 as well. Urns and caskets featuring the balance of 18 teams will launch in late 2007 and through 2008.
Each Major League Baseball(TM) urn is hand-designed using die-cast aluminum with proprietary clear coat finish and sits atop a Home Plate-shaped base outlined in black. Each also features a baseball display dome at the top in which a favorite collectible baseball can be presented. MLB(TM) caskets are crafted from Eternal Image's proprietary composite and decorated with various woods and metals. Like the urns, each casket is instantly recognizable for the team after which it is designed. The supple interior fabric features the team logo and colors for the pillow and fabric trim.

Eternal Image Hires Exhibit Fair International to Design a State of the Art Trade Show Booth for NFDA Expo Aug 20, 2007 2:23:00 PM Copyright Business Wire 2007 FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
Eternal Image, Inc. (OTC:ETIM.PK), a public company engaged in the design, manufacturing and marketing of brand name caskets and urns, today announced a signed agreement with Exhibit Fair International (EFI) to design and construct the Eternal Image trade show booth for the 2007 National Funeral Directors' Association International Convention and Expo.
With an exclusive club-like feel, the trade show booth design is a departure from more conservative booths that generally populate the show. The Eternal Image booth is designed to create intrigue for all show attendees who pass by.
"Eternal Image is setting a new tone in the funeral industry by reaching out to younger funeral directors and distributors," said Clint Mytych, president, Eternal Image. "The Eternal Image exhibit at the NFDA show will literally turn heads. We believe this booth will attract a tremendous amount of attention."
Exhibit Fair International specializes in designing and building exhibits for clients in multiple industries. Their award-winning exhibits are featured at some of the largest trade shows in the world.
"It was an honor for us to help create and produce EI's exhibit stand for the upcoming NFDA Exhibition," said Steve Richards, EFI Account Executive. "We wanted to create an ultra sophisticated and contemporary Vegas-like lounge setting. Our design team worked hard to execute this unique challenge by considering EI's marketing objectives and needs. The booth had to reflect a strong image of EI and provide a positive and functional experience to visitors."
The NFDA convention is being held from October 7-10 in Las Vegas, Nevada. This expo offers a look at the largest variety of funeral service merchandise. It is a one-stop-shop for funeral directors, distributors and manufacturers. Everything from cremation exhibitors to autopsy services will be in attendance at the annual event. This convention gives companies like Eternal Image a way to expand their business, stay competitive and offer more options to the consumer.

Eternal Image's "The Last Word Vol 1. Issue II - Summer, 2007
A message from Clint Mytych, CEO
As you read this we are completing plans for our new trade show exhibit, which will be unlike any exhibit ever built for a funeral industry trade show. Let’s just say it is in keeping with our progressive and industry leading reputation. We will debut the exhibit at the National Funeral Directors Expo (October 7-10) in Las Vegas. Word has it that the funeral home distributors that have displayed our products at regional shows this summer have been flooded with interest; we expect our new 20’x30’ booth to attract quite a bit of attention as well.
In the meantime, a great deal has been happening here, from the completion of our audit (see our web site for details: www.eternalimage.net) to the recent announcement concerning the formation of Eternal Image Europe, plus our newest product line extensions. We continue to seek new licenses and hope to have one or more special announcements in the coming months.
Read below for more news and check the website for continuous updates (and news release archives.) Thanks to all of you who believe in our mission! - Clint
A Lesson in Timing: Jim Parliament talks about the audit process
This week we reached a major milestone; the completion of our audit which is a prerequisite to file the 10SB. The audit was a very involved process. The most frequent question we received from shareholders was, “Why did it take so long?” The short answer is that an audit takes as long as it takes. The auditors have prescribed steps that the company being audited does not control.
Here’s the long answer: more than 2000 people hours were logged on the audit by Eternal Image, our supporting CPA firm and our auditing firm. During the course of the audit, EI responded to hundreds of questions regarding our company and our financial statements. This included responding to emails and phone calls while providing source documentation (some more than two years old) for a great many transactions. This kind of examination is a very time-consuming process - one that quite frankly took us by surprise. But as we studied more about what other companies have gone through, we learned this is not uncommon.
Auditing has changed tremendously over the past decade. With the high profile collapse of a litany of corporate giants, Congress and the SEC have raised the "audit bar" significantly. The independent audit process is very involved and is governed by the PCAOB - Public Company Accounting Oversight Board. The audit examines in detail the financial statements to obtain reasonable assurance as to whether the financial statements are free of material misstatement (whether from errors, fraudulent financial reporting, misappropriation of assets or violation of laws or regulations that are attributable to the entity or to acts by management or employees.) The audit also examines and tests evidence supporting the amounts and disclosures in the financial statements, as well as internal company controls.
Why all of the rigor? To protect the shareholders. The completion of an audit signals whether shareholders can have reasonable assurances that there are no material misrepresentation in a company's financial statements, and confirms that there are no material weaknesses in internal controls. We appreciate our shareholders’ patience during this project. We believe with the successful conclusion of this audit project, our shareholders can have reasonable assurances that Eternal Image is reporting its finances correctly, has proper internal controls in place to protect the shareholders, and is a company that has tremendous growth potential. - Jim
Baseball without Borders
Major League Baseball™ urns continue to sell just about as fast as we can make them! Investors often ask us if urn sales are region-specific and we are pleased to report they are not. Team urns sell without geographic boundaries. A funeral home in Atlanta might purchase a Yankees urn while a one in Kansas City might order a Tigers urn. By opening day 2008 we anticipate that 20 or more team urns will be available; maybe more. (All will be available by the close of 2008.) Our newest design, for the San Francisco Giants, was just approved by MLB™ and has been rushed into production.
We’re often asked “which urns sell best?” so here are the standings going into playoff season:
1. Yankees
2. Red Sox
3. Cubbies.
Stay tuned to this race!
Have you heard? Before he passed away earlier this summer, Clete Boyer, former third baseman for the Yankees (1959-66; major leaguer from 1955-1971), asked his friend to make sure he obtained an official Yankees urn for his remains. This request (which we helped fill through a distributor) sparked a creative idea: special engraving plates for MLB players, coaches and officials. The plates are black and etch out gold – and are available from our office.
Product News: Caskets are Coming!
It’s true: look for the Vatican Library Collection™ and Major League Baseball™ caskets to debut at the NFDA Expo in October. Our first Precious Moments® urn – a proprietary figurine design available nowhere else – will also debut. We will also anticipate to preview the new AKC™ and CFA™ Garden Stone products at the show as well.

Already did...now just waiting.
If it takes a year, so be it but I think it will be moving again much sooner than that. We have the uplisting to the OTCBB & the Las Vegas trade show just to name a few catalyst.

Sorry man, I thikn this one is dead in the water until somethign big happens. I thought that it would run when/if they released the A/Fs since it would show that they are trying to get "legit" to uplist, but it provided for no more than a quick bounce. Not sure what they could do in the interim to get this moving. Maybe when they actually announce an uplist, but until then, I just don't see it running on anything more than charts or pumps.

The A/F's did provide a quick bounce but everyone new they A/F's were coming and I think a lot of that was already priced into the PPS. We also new the A/F's would not be spectacular.
Unfortunately I think we may be in "hurry up and wait" mode.
