The company is working on a fast track basis, and expects to file the form 10 very soon, thus giving the company the ability to trade on the OTCBB.
umm fast track ha! It took a year or longer for them to get the so called audit we havent seen yet or that has been released as of this date. So how are they going to otc with out the holders knowing what the even own if anything? and to say fast track is a joke because all this company has been good for is fast and sly PR'S.

"IBAC Corporation Prepares To File Form 10"
Whenever IBAC prepares something it always scares me. Preparation for them is like 2 years and even then they don't get it done.

Like I said I am wondering who got burnt on the pump. yes norma we all knew what was going to happen. some of us understand this stock some dont. We will some some activity tommorow for those that want to buy and hold for 2 weeks to get free shares but then they have the problem of selling what they bought after the fact to ride the free shares which depending what they pay for isnt worth it because we know the free riders wil pay a higher price then the stock will tank again below and not rise much depending on how many shares are sold. They will keep the shares below that price to prevent dumping afterwards and then as I said after the new years we will see a r/s then an attempt possibly to release the financials first and depending on the debt an attempt to go to otc which i suspect wont happen till at least the summer if even. I just hope that those who know nothing of this stock and bought because of the pumps didnt get burned to bad.LikeI always say don't get in it unless you got it to loose!

This stock is not a pos! Actually its a very good speculative stock to own if you got money to loose. If you got in this to get a quick buck im sorry you lost it. There are many postings by people who have been in this stock and you should have read and understood it.Sometimes pumpers have a way of enticing people to buy that have no clue as to whats going on with a certain stock. Having said that I know who got burned on it cause they are really quite now.

i've been warning.... as one who has been in this disaster for a couple of years I would suggest not buying anymore of this. while we can't figure out why this won't move the fact is that it won't.

Moneyroho welcome to the board. The best thing you could have done in a spec stock was buy low after you bought high.Having done so will allow you at some point to recoup some of your funds. Penny stock is a gamble and this is one stock you should not gamble with unless you fully understand the history of this stock.
This particular stock is called a speculative stock which means that in the long term there is a potential that it will be very lucrative down the road.Unless you can afford to take a loos and or hold a long time it is not one to play.I would suggest that you do swing stocks for small gains if you dont have much money. Those are not as risky as most stocks if you play.one of the swings i play is gbrc. again do your research and not buy in on hypes.
