IBAC Corporation Reports Record October Revenues
NEW YORK, Nov 24, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- IBAC Corporation (PINK SHEETS: IBCX) a Hospitality Holding Company today reported record revenues for the month of October ($842,842.53) these revenue figures are based upon internal records and are subject to verification by the company's independent accountants and auditors.
The company projects annual revenue of $10,500,000 to $11,500,000 for the calendar year of 2006, which will represent a significant increase over last year and the best year in the company's two year history.
The company expects a significant increase in revenues for the forth quarter as the company's restaurants in the Florida, are entering the winter (high business) season, the busiest time of the year for those operations, due to the influx of winter tourism.
The company's Hotel division has realized significant revenue growth over the same period last year, due to increased traffic and ongoing and completed improvements to the properties.

IBCX eye popping news UNREAL. This will be THE play next week hands down. Can't wait for my fat 25% divi. Look at the financials here and only 300 million O/S AFTER the upcoming divi with over 10 mill in revenues this year!! The next huge play to come off the pinks.

Lots of attention coming here in the upcoming week. Divi set up a little different must be a holder by wednesday and hold till the 15th to receive the divi i believe looking at the ex date.

There is also another thing to look at because it states that due bills are payable on the 20th. Interesting play but a lot to look at.

I have no reason to pump or bash this stock. I have been buying since this company was formed.I will allow you all the joyus moments of pumping.The reality of it is that if you did not follow this stock from the begining you have no understanding of what can happen.All of my posts on the closed boards have been accurate to date.Those that are long know this so nothing to prove. As for the amount of shares I indicated I own im not going to argue as to what I own as of this date since it's not relevant. All I got to say is becareful.

typical confusion: the ex-date is the 18th, making the 17th the last day to buy (unless it's a weekend/holiday etc--I'm not looking at a calendar)...record date is irrelevant, except to TA.
Ya, Wally, due bills payable on the 20th, but still attached the 17th--err, that is, last trading day preceding the 18th.

there is no point is bashing amanick. check the original IBAC thread. him and i have been in this forever. we've accumulated through reverse splits and have ZERO confidence in this company. I'm actually in the money right now (cost basis .0129) and will most likely sell today.

What do you think Nomar? Is this thing gonna QBID or fall flat on it's face? I would think that with the completion of the aquisition and a filing that it could have a small chance of a QBID type run! It does seem to be the flavor of the moment at this time!....rick

I think it depends on the audit rumor. If they actually come out with the audit (doubt it) - then this will fly. Plus the dividend is coming up soon...

Nomar...They say they have the final audit in hand from the auditor! Thats no joke to put in a press release! If they don't then that would be a very serious false PR! So I have to side with the filing final coming out at some point soon! It's more the height of this particular run that I'm imerested in, and weather or not they will drop the filing in the mix with it...

Rickpic - they also say in one PR they sold the Royal Arkansas then a few days later another PR says that they own 50%. They have never answered which one it is...I'm just saying they always have conflicting PR's.

Nomar..we have both been on this thing for a few years and it's no secret this deceptions. I have always thought that given the amount of assets that ED has keep in this company, that it was worth more and only held back by those deceptions! I guess it's wait and see...good luck

Nomar if your thinking of jumping then it's looking like the MMs got a handle on the run! There could be a sizable return on an out and back in later! Not real sure what there playing yet though!

there is another way to look at this also! About 50% OF THE 350M AUTHORIZED HAS TRADED IN THE LAST 4 TRADING DAYS! Most at these higher levels or at least above .01, so that changes the bottom end on this stock conciderably. The more thats bought up here today, the more that average buy price increases! I just don't know how to call the nex't major step for this one other than I think it shakes big before the next level!
