Based on this company's supposed fundamentals this is an excellent buy point assuming they are not currently diluting the hell out of it.

fundamentals dont mean much if you dont know the debt.Which no one knows. This will see 0004 before years end easily. That might be a good entry point.

buy in was i thik originally at 0001 and then it flucuated as I accumulated.Im in about 15m shares combined but for me this is a spec stock alot of what I bought with was gains. I buy and sell based on what my averages are. What i like about that is if I get pissed I can dump. But I wont accumulate anymore till we see 0001 again which i think can happen

It sliced through the 200 day MA, then the 50. Will the SAR provide some much needed support? Stay tuned tomorrow for another episode of "Pinks of Our Lives"

really doesnt matter what the chart says in this stock. There are several people that can take this anyway they want. If you read my earlier posts when I was being ridiculed about the manipulation you will see thats exactly what happened. At any given time those who hold large amounts cant take it down very quickly.Just a matter of who wants to dump to control price.

If you want to play a stock that can run at any given time I suggest loking at ronc, apt, and cort. These are all good spec stocks for various reasons.GBRC is no longer in play today was the last day for it though it may have a slight up/down tick to it the remainder of the week but nothing worth the swing.

lol* cas it will be ok in the end I hope. I been doing good with gbrc and apt.Im out of grbc since not much of a play left. I just got a bit more of apt as I think its going tohave a good week already up 14.5 today. Got to diversify. If we hit 0001 I will make a run at it and yes we will see that soon enough.

kubla I have no agenda. I own this pos, and as an owner will say as I please, especially when I've owned this pos for the last couple of years and have been lied to by this pos company. but I'm not bitter.

Really dont care if you do. The reality of it is we both understand whats happening and those that dont got screwed. This is a long term stock nothing more or less and if it does pan out then its all green. But until we see the true audit we wont know what to make of it.

If people have read my/ our posts all along and some of the picks I threw out there to help them offset their loss they would have known who the players were and not got screwed. But hang in there with me we will work it all out in the end.I always hold till they fold when it tanks I never quit no matter how long. This has always been a spec stock.

I took a highly speculative nibble of this stock today and am of course hoping for a bounce from its recent price plummet. I might lose 50% or I might gain 50+%; that is the nature of this trade and I'm willing to face either scenario.

Casviper, as an owner of this stock wouldn't you like to see it go up? What benefit does your incessant bashing provide? If it truly goes to .0001 like you claim it will, that is a 98% decrease from its current value. It would be absurd for you to continue holding this "pos" from this "pos company" acording to the sentiment which you liberally impart to the rest of us.

kubla you wil have a gain but im not sure 50%.I anticipate another drop then a brief rise and would hope that if you get a net gain that you take it and be careful unless your in for the long haul.

Just seems a long time to be following a worthless stock if thats how you really feel about it. [Smile]

Definetly made some, and looking to make more. Its defiently got short term plays. up and down all over the place.

Feel sorry for those that bought and are holding for the "divys"..

If they even get them...!

Not long at all patience breeds success. Your not understanding my posts its not the stock that has people frustrated its the way the company is functioning. No one knows what this stock is worth till we have an audit which i would think will be out by next summer.

I agree Kubla hoping for a green close here... too many got stuck. If the company would issue an update pr on the financials it could go nicely. A green candle should get some interest maybe a little momo bounce.

Stolen from I*HUB so take it with a grain of salt

quote:
Conversation with IBCX IR guy
I finally spoke with Ed Hayter today on the phone after leaving a couple messages over the last few days. I am not gonna lie, Ed sounds like a man that is a bit overwhelmed right now. He said receiving over a 100 phone calls a day from shareholders is not out of the ordinary. He also said that he has received many threatening calls and emails as of late. This I find to be ridiculus. People just need to relax. Ed is only one man and can't talk to 100's of people at the same time.

As for the conversation. My main purpose was to let Ed know that if he wants to move forward, he needs to be straightforward with shareholders. I asked him how he would feel right now if he was in our shoes. The company files a Reg Dex and then all off the sudden the T/A stops giving out info to shareholders. He said he completely understood where I was coming from, but reiterated the share structure as Angel has stated. (228 Million O/S, 350 million A/S, approx. 100 million float) He also stated that the Reg Dex was filed in anticipation of future acquisitions and/or deals that might have required its use, however it is not needed at this time due to IBAC securing other sources of financing. (Angel also alluded to this in a past post, that the Reg Dex may have been filed but then never needed) Due to me kind of being in a rush I was unable to get back and reiterate the importance of getting the TA to give out info to shareholders, but Ed did get the original drift that I was not thrilled with the current situation.

We did also dip a little into Ed's past in this conversation. And when the conversation went that direction I was glad to see Ed admit that he made a mistake. He admitted that he did a 504 offering that killed the stock and diluted it to hell back when the company was young (ICAN days), but he said it was a mistake he will never make again. Ed said he has learned a lot in 2 years of being with this company, and if he could go back in time he would have done things much differently. So as I said I was glad to hear Ed feel some remorse for a bad decision he made in the past, as it makes me feel that he is less likely to make another decision like that in the future.

Also as Angel has stated before Ed has a large stake of his own money in this stock as well. Ed personally financed the acquisition of one of their properties out of pocket, with a zero interest loan to the company. He has invested over 6 million dollars of his own money into the future of the IBAC corporation. This should give everyone a little peace of mind. Ed is not diluting shares here, because he stands to lose his shirt if he does. Ed's best source of wealth right now is to build shareholder value and raise the market cap of this company. We both agreed that the stock is trading way below its true valuation, and once again I reiterated that if he wanted it to reach its true value then he would have to do things while keeping us in mind...

I also confirmed that IBAC owns 100% of the Steak Houses and Hotels, however they DO NOT own the land on which the [Steak Houses] sit. They lease the land for the time being...

All in all I was glad I finally got to speak with Ed on the phone. Makes me feel a little bit better about my position here, as Ed and company are looking for a lot more future PPS growth than just a few spikes here and there...

The Kook Book

P.S. would still be thrilled to see the TA giving out share structure info again...keep the pressure on people.

Thanks for the post Kubla I read that too and the poster passes the sniff test with me. He doesn't seem to have any agenda and he did say in his defense he was at work when Ed called and didn't have all his info in front of him so he had to "wing it". The question is why did the stock tumble like it did with no dilution from the company, well I'm sure some of us are familiar with naked shorting which is one possibility ..another is retail sellers and nervous nellies selling when the AF didn't come out as expected. This is a pinky with huge potential imo and I think it's just a matter of a short time when it explodes. For now it's oversold and confidence is coming back into IBCX watch for a gap today and slow rise back to reasonable levels above .01 and higher.

If you talk to anyone at this company it would have been Wayne not Ed.Wayne was hired to handle all company affairs.Several people tried to get a response and they never got anything worth the time calling. If in fact somehow this person got to Ed it still wouldnt matter because everything they say and do is suspect. This is a spec stock and the reality of it is untill we know the DEBT and SEE THE REAL AUDIT no one knows what this stock is worth. If Ed knows all of these concerns I am sure they would have released a PR recognizing the past mistakes and released the audit right away to give the company the confidence it needs to boost its shares and faith of its stock holders.
